If i could leave zero stars tonight i would. I get that it's a Saturday night and it's busy but my family and i had the worst experience. When we originally made plans for Saturday night at top golf i went online to make reservations knowing that it would be a busy night. The website originally gave me the option to reserve a bay for $25 but when clicked on told me "no bays available to reserve, but no worries, we block most of our bays for walk ins". Upon arrival, the front desk asked how they could help me. When i told them i needed one or two bays for me and my family, the kid laughed and said there is a 4 hour wait right now. Nothing i can do. I then asked to speak with a manager and let them know that my family of 8 came from 45 minutes away because the website said walk ins are welcome. He smirked and said" walk ins are welcome.....you just have to wait 4 hours." Horrible customer service/management at this location and will not get my business moving forward. Website should tell you no bays available.....not tell you walk ins are welcome....unless you are prepared to wait 6 hours to play golf read more

Came here for the first time last week. Our party had a lot of fun. They have heaters set up so despite the cold weather it was very comfortable. Their margaritas and mojitos are great. We also ordered food. The nachos were just ok. The burger and potato tots were yummy. We reserved a bay ahead of time for extra $ but the place wasn't full when we got there. Probably could've saved a few bucks. Overall we had a great time and plan to come back again soon. read more

Just went to the topgolf tonight (tuesday night) at 8:00 for half price golfing. I walk up to put my name in for a bay and they tell me 2hr 30 min wait which should bring it to around 10:30. I decided to just leave after I put my number in because I wasnt going to wait all night for a bay. Next thing you know, I get a text message 45 minutes later saying that your bay is ready and to make your way to the front desk. Im aleady home at this point! Point here is to not tell somebody 2hr 30min wait when it going to be ready in 45 minutes, very wrong to do. Since the staff there can not give me a resonable time, they now lost my buisness tonight because of the wait time being way too long but I will never return to this TopGolf ever! Not right at all to give somebody a 2hr 30 min wait time but text them in 45 minutes letting them know their bay is ready! So this review is coming from someone with 0 golf experience (well except mini golf). We came here for a team event and all had a great time (some had their own clubs and some had on wedges just FYI in terms of the varying levels of golf professionalism). I liked that it keeps score for you so you know exactly how bad you are compared to others. Each player gets 20 balls, so for your turn you can either use them all at once or 5 at a time, etc. We had two bays for 13 people, and it's nice because it is indoors but very open to the outside so the ball actually goes on a real field. There are multiple large holes with flags on the field that determine how many points you get (i.e. the further away and closer to the center/flag the more points you get). There are various sized golf clubs provided. Finally, the food is truly delicious. There is a really good variety and also a ton of drinks options. In conclusion, confirming that this is fun for everyone! read more

This establishment in my opinion is not intended for non Caucasian patrons; as our money in my experience is undeserving of respect. There's something about a lack of regard and subtle racist attitudes that come masked in disrespect that makes you want to shout on the mountain tops "black people don't spend your hard earn dollars here". Chris aka "the manager" with very little management skills - finds it inconvenient to explain "company policy" when a customer is being charged for something you were completely unaware of. After spending almost 300 dollars at this location. 171.11 at the bay and well over 100 dollars at the bar. My black dollars could not garner 2 mins of explanation about the 50 reservation fee. I am not surprised by his behavior because it was only modeled by the server Lisa who only had pepp in her step for people that looked like her. Mediocre food, over priced, good golf game that should be played in other locations with people who can check their nasty attitudes and biases at the door. read more

This place is pretty cool. Went with a work group last week ( holiday party/team building) and we had a blast. I can not speak for the regular people going but I thought the cost was very reasonable. The spread of food was perfect and tasty. We had Mac n cheese, chicken, biscuits, briskets, beans, chip and cheese sauce and hummus. I am not sure with some of the reviews knocking the service but our attendant Tina was really good. She was on top of everything and helped us the entire time. Even the food and drink runners were on top of the stuff. We even had a golf pro helping us out for while. I did not personally use him because I am terrible but other said he was very helpful. Half the group is really into golf and the other half is not but we still had a blast. Just hanging out with the drinks and food was even worth it. We played some of the top golf games and we all enjoined them. Now you can see it is all outside. Granted the day we went was like in the mid to 40s, we actually turned off our overhead heaters Bc we were to warm. So I think all year long you should find comfort. I mean maybe a day with high winds but I would not worry about it. Tips- they have valet parking sometimes. The other parking is a little far but not terrible. I can not speak for regular pricing or food prices but thought value was good. Tina was a great server. Other staff was really good to. The policy on reserving a bay is ridiculous. We reserved a bay thinking the $50 fee would not be charged upon showing up to golf. Even though we did show, paid $75 for 1 1/2 hours of golfthey still charged us $50 for the reservation. If we would have just showed up and requested a bay, they would not have charged us an additional $50. There was really no need to even make a reservation that night. It was not crowed, but we had never been there before so we were just making sure we were able to play. Calling it a reservation fee is quite deceptive and basically a scam for newbies to waste 50 dollars. It should be called a booking fee and the average person would pay closer attention to what they signed up for. It was very obvious when I called in to complain to the manager (Mia), that they receive complaints exactly like this on a regular basis. They have done nothing to address it and allow the abuse of customers to continue knowing full well they are deceptive in their charging of customers. After golf, drinks, tip(on drinks and bay because it is was all on 1 Bill) and of course the reservation fee it was a VERY expensive night. I do not recommend going to Top Golf with out looking into cost and fees. I was told to contact Colin Lester and I did but got NO response. read more

The wait times here are ABSURD. 2+ hours minimum every time I've come. If you call ahead to try to get an estimated wait time, you will wait about 10 minutes before getting a live representative, and once you do get a live person, they are not allowed to give you wait times over the phone, probably because they know that people wouldn't go and spend tons of money at the bar on overpriced beer and and food while waiting 2+ hours on a TUESDAY NIGHT. Have not even shown up there and already have a TERRIBLE opinion of this company. Received a $100 gift card that I'm looking to use. First, the pricing structure. They charge $25-$50 on the weekend for the reservation This does NOT include playing any actual golf. Just to make a reservation. Then $30-$50/hour. Pretty steep. But here's what led me to leave the review. They also do not accept gift cards for reservation fees, which is one of the main things you pay for. Called Top Golf to find out if I could use it for the reservation, and there is NO way to talk to someone at your actual location. You only get routed to a call center, where they told me that gift cards can't be used because "they use a third party company for them." This obviously does not begin to explain why we can't use a gift card, and is the exact point where this went from being expensive but fun to just a money grubbing company. Tried to talk to a manager, and they sent me to someone's voicemail. It's a shame, this looks like a fun concept, but this company is very customer unfriendly. read more

I made an 8:45 reservation for a bay and drove an hour to get there just to have them tell us they were closing for the night because a bird has been stuck in their net for a few hours. They had my email address and phone number on file from the reservation I made and didn't bother to send out an email or give a phone call to let us know we were not able to go. Then they said we would get a $10 credit for the next time we go. Really? Should be a free entry for the inconvenience. Seriously so unprofessional and poorly run operation. A group of mine came in on a Tuesday and it was packed. We had to wait 1.5-2 hours but that didn't bother us. The server we had by the bar was nothing short of miserable! A lot of fun for 6 people and under though. They only allow 6 per lane and I had a party of 7. On a Friday night it costs $55 per bay per hour which is reasonable when divided up but because I had 7 I needed 2 bays, not that big of a deal... or so I thought. In order to get 2 lanes together you need to plan an event where they force you to get food for a minimum of $100 per lane. This means they literally forced me to pay $200 for unwanted food for 12 people. Except I don't have 12, doesn't matter you need to buy food for 12 people. Even more what time do you think it is that they want to charge for food by force with a reservation 9pm - 11pm. What's more they don't even charge you $55 per lane per hour, instead they charge $80!!!! When I questioned this all they said was "It's a bundle, you need to get the bundle." How about instead of forcing things down my throat and making me pay $600 for something I was expecting to pay $220 you be accommodating to a medium to small size of people. Stop trying to make people buy things they don't want, and a bundle means the price goes down, not $50 more per hour plus $200 of unwanted food and making you need a second bay for having 1 person extra. It's too bad the average person can't just go to TopGolf with a couple friends without being robbed blind. read more

We had a great time. The food was good, the place is spectacular and the drinks are excellent. Our drink runner was Priscilla and she was great, always had a smile and interacted with us all night. She kept the drinks coming. It was nice to see such a positive personality which you don't always find at large establishments. We will be going back. I have been here couple of times and was so happy to revisit again but this visit was highly Disappointing especially with the service !! Staff were literally ignorant..We were assigned Bay 317, played for 2 hours and the Staff just don't care when your done.. either you have finished your food or not .. you need to just walk out of bay ! So we took our daughter and future son in law for an evening of fun and food, while it was fun, I'm giving low marks as the yellow hole was only sporadically registering points even though balls were going in, in addition the staff did nothing to clear the field of a hundreds of balls so many shots were times by hurting other balls not cleaned up. My daughters and I went on a whim because we had heard great things about the place. The gameplay was fun and all was fine until I told Brent, (Brett), that we would not be extending out time at the bay because I wanted my daughters to focus on eating and not lose time at the game. Prior to this, we had ordered drinks, appetizers, our food, AND dessert at once because Brent, (Brett), said that since I was paying cash, I had to pay the bill immediately after ordering since it was not a tab. He then suggested that we move to a table then instead of guiding us directly to the table he pointed at it and said, "you can sit right there". Once seated, we received all the food at once, appetizers, meal, and dessert.  No one came over and greeted us. I have to go directly to the bar several times for napkins, utensils, and to-go containers. At no point during our visit did someone come to our table to check on us. There also was a group of four servers criticizing a co-worker very loudly saying that she was an "alcoholic" and "is always getting pulled over because ashe is always speeding," and that they "would never ride with her." I found it very sad that this was going on in front of clientele and instead of focusing on their clients, they are gossiping about someone in such an ugly manner. The food was great. The nachos and burgers were absolutely delicious, but the service was extremely subpar for the amount of money that is charged. read more

Terrible experience. Showed up with my family and was told there was a 2 hour wait (Friday night, so totally understandable), so we decided to go to the bar area to grab some food/drinks and wait. Sat at a table (there was 6 of us so no room at the bar) for twenty minutes without a single waiter/waitress stopping by to help us. I then walked up to the bartender to ask if there were servers around and was told they would send someone right away. Another TWENTY minutes go by (over 40 minutes at this table, NO EXAGGERATION ) and still no one had showed up. We decided to chalk the night up as a loss and leave. Don't usually review chains but have mixed feelings on this Top Golf. I understand it just opened but they have some service issues they need to address. We first went on a Sunday afternoon which I know was a mistake but thought since the Eagles were on with a must win game it wouldn't be bad. However it was a 3 hour wait. No big deal, we left and decided to come back the next morning. Went online to make a reservation and they were booked but the site said they keep most bays open for walk ins. So we went back at 10:30am on NYE Monday. They told the women in front of us it was a 3 hour wait but there was no one there and the bays were empty. The women asked to put her name in, they took it and said they would text her. My issue is why don't they offer that information? Why do you have to ask? We did the same then left. Then we get a call 45 minutes later saying our bay was ready after we already drove home because they said it was a 3 hour wait. The range itself is very narrow and short which is not ideal. Service was fine my only other issue is when they brought the check to sign it didn't have the itemized bill and could lead some people to tip on the total bill. I feel you should only tip on what the server provided. In our case if we tipped on the entire bill it would have been a $25 tip on $28 worth of beer. I really enjoy Top Golf and I will be back. Hopefully they clean up the service issues. read more

They don't let you get a bay next to another bay of friends because they want to force you to pay for a party and the bays only hold 6 so you can't get just one. Um, it's not a party if you just want to get your friends together and go to a bar and hit golf balls. They make it frustrating and hard to just go, and they shouldn't do that because the novelty will wear off and many people already know it as the difficult place. read more

I was here on Sunday morning. First, it took 15 minutes to check us in. We'd made an online reservation, and the 7 girls at the front all just stared at each other, and looked confused trying to find our reservations. Once we finally got to our bay, service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. But the food and drinks were good, and decently priced. It just took an excruciatingly long time to receive them/be served. Our server messed up our order, and our bill. I'm not sure I would ever return based upon how terrible service was, which is a shame because I liked the idea of TopGolf. read more

The food is good,the drinks are cold,the staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. The games were fun and we all had a great time. So. This was my first experience at this location where my service was kinda all over the place. We reserved a bay and had to switch bays 3 times. At first they said our bay was ready and then we got there people were still playing in it. It was windy and rainy....our second bay didn't have any heat....our 1st bay host was noticeably irritated which rubbed me the wrong way. Our second bay host was pleasant we actually tipped her. Moving on....we went to order appetizers they said the power in the kitchen was out l...seems suspicious. Y'all serving alcohol but people can't eat ??? This wasn't thought al the way through I honestly think they ran out of food because we went to order on of the drinks they were out of the ingredients pineapple/pineapple juice? Topgolf is a lot of fun. Anyone can play or enjoy watching. The customer service is very good. There is plenty of parking and the venue is clean and well kept. The food is pricey as is playing. The bays can be reserved which is costly but you can find some times that the bays do not cost extra. There is a 5 dollar charge for each new member and different amounts per hour depending on the time of day. Four of us spent $184 for 90 minutes of play and food. We will definitely go back. read more
