I recently went to Topgolf after getting a gift card for Christmas. When I went to pay, there was an issue with the card. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and diligent with trying to fix the issue. While we waited they were extremely accommodating until the issue was resolved. Because of the manager and staff during this interaction I would highly recommend this location. The food at this location was also very good and came out promptly. read more

Fun place but they hire lots of people who have never worked in the service industry before. I asked for a a rose and the server brought me a sparkling rose. When I told him I didn't want the sparkling he proceeded to say "oops" and then still charged me for it because it was opened by him. Then my boyfriend's sunglasses were stolen off the table and we think by the server and when we asked the manager for who was serving our table, she said "we don't keep track of who cleans the tables". Fun place! The ladies at the check in counter were very nice! My only gripe is when we got to our bay and our waitress checked us in to play she conveniently was tapping the screen very fast when it came to the membership fee. It was $5 so don't get me wrong it's not about the money. It was the lack of explanation of it when she signed us up and when she gave us bill. That's when we saw it. The service is horrible. We ordered 4 ice cream sundaes for our kids while waiting for our booth to be ready. After 30 mins of waiting they brought them out without spoons. It took another 20 mins to get spoons (needless to say their ice cream was melted). We asked for napkins, never got them. We were given our booth to golf and NONE of the heaters were working. There's nothing enjoyable about playing golf in 30 degree weather. We made several complaints only to be told the heaters were working it was just too cold for them to make a difference in the temperature. After 2 hours of complaining, the maintenance man finaly admitted that the heaters were broken. It's a cool concept but I'm in no hurry to return to this place. read more

Always a good time at topgolf. Having been to many of there locations throughout the country this location falls a bit short on the hospitality side of the equation. The hosts do not guide to the bays and the service is good not great. The cocktails are made inconsistently which stinks because you will have a great cocktail and get the same one and it will be poor. Sort of overpriced, you can play in an actual golf course for less money. Very noisy lobby, you can't hear the check in person where you have to pay....Place is designed to spend spend spend..Customer service could be better.....The wings are good though..nice modern facility...be careful when you sit in the couch, there is a Granite desk at head level and it will knock you out cold if your not careful, I told them about it, they basically just shrugged their shoulders and walked away.. read more

I've been here many times before. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Tonight I went with 5 friends and was told at the desk it was a four hour wait and there was no food. I still put my name in thinking it was definitely a lie. After talking to my friends we decided to drive home. After one hour exactly I received a text that my spot was ready. Hold on To your wallet because there coming for it. I once played at the top golf in Oklahoma and had a great time and I was aware of how pricey it could be but this place takes it to the next level. In oklahoma you entered your credit card on the game computer and they charged your card per hour you played and food bill was a seperate bill. Not here when you get your bill its all on one bill so if played for 3 hours which after 5pm is $50 a hour that $150 will be part of your bill. So you will be tipping on your golf game game not on just your food bill. Also included in my bill was 4 membership. I already had a membership. Also we had a 50 gift card . We received a receipt for the gift card with the bill but it reflected no where on the bill. We then added all the items on the bill on our phone calculators and tried to get the total that was on the bill and we could not get there totals. The waitress would just say the gift card was included. The four of us thought we were nuts because the math didnt make sense. Waitress comes back and says oh yeah I looked at your bill again and its should be less. She took $20 off. It's still didnt add up. My friend finally got frustrated and just paid the bill but we all feel we got ripped off. As for the golf its fun sometimes balls don't register. Then we played a match play which was 2 on 2. Like our bill the scores did not add up properly. The food is good But I will go by a bucket of balls for 10 dollars at the local range and make up my own game. read more

They let me make a reservation for a bay at 10:30. They did last call at 11:30. On a Saturday. Right after last call one of their servers came over to me and took away my FULL DRINK from me. Took my entire drink away that I paid for. Then at 11:59 they turned they computers off and we couldn't even see our final score of our game. Will never come back. read more

We had been waiting a while to go to Topgolf.. seemed like an interesting place to go. Unfortunately to make a reservation at peak times requires a fee. Why would someone have to pay to reserve a spot? We finally made a reservation for 12/31. The place is nice and the golf is good. We went to order food and as we were ordering.. Sorry out of Hamburgers, French Fries, flat breads. Everything we went to order seemed to be out. We ended up ordering Quesadillas and a sandwich. We ordered this within 5 minutes of our slotted hour to play.. had to ask the waitress if our food was ready yet ... at got it when we had less than 20 minutes left to play. The food was cold. I had a great time earlier this evening with my wife and daughter. We played for a full hour in the arcade nature of the golfing game had us all engrossed. The workers there were spectacular and helped us and answered all our questions and answered some that we didn't even know we had. All good w typical Topgolf setup. Good family fun. Didn't care for the beer temp, seemed barely cold and no frozen glasses. Main thing I didn't care for is being immediately rushed out literally the minute our time was up (bay327). We still had drinks on the table, but had to leave because of "another event". Interesting they said this because there were other bays open and we had the opportunity to extend our time. As a venue, the place is very nice. The food and service was not as impressive though. It is still a new location, so there was a three hour wait for a golf bay. We got a table at the downstairs bar so we could get some food and drinks while we waited. The other guys had ordered nachos to start things off before I had arrived. I was there for over half an hour before the waitress came by for drinks for the other three guys in my group. It was 45 minutes before the nachos arrived. We didn't have napkins or utensils, and the table did not look like it was cleaned properly. It was wiped by something wet, but it shouldn't leave a sticky residue. Not appetizing. We got the call for our golf bay, and went there to order food. As another review stated, having a menu of greasy finger foods might not be the best idea to have while hitting golf balls. The food took forever to show up...I'd say an hour, and it frankly wasn't all that good. The food was cold, and the crust on the steak flat bread was gummy. The backyard wings were easily the most tasty thing, but $11.25 for 6 wings is rather steep. I understand this isn't the corner bar or pub, so you aren't going to see 25¢ wings, but seriously? We finished our golf, and went to a restaurant down the road to actually eat. Another thing that was bad was the outdoor heaters. I love the idea of them, and they work quite well. The bad part is that there are two golf bays for each set of heaters. We were in the right side bay, and the heat controls were on the left. The family on the left had the heaters set on cremation, and didn't want to turn them down. I was hoping the inferno from above would heat up the wings and crisp the flatbread, but it just made us sweaty and uncomfortable. It ruined the experience. read more

We visited Top Golf Mt Laurel for my birthday with family and had a very nice time. The service was great for both golf and food delivery. The games are great of fun and even if you don't golf you can play very easily. The food is typical bar fare with wings and sandwiches. Its an all-weather facility so you can play anytime. It is a bit expensive probably 60 per person for drinks,golf and food. Not bad for an active night out. We are going to try the brunch and golf which looks awesome read more

First of all you can't make same day reservations so we walked in and it was a 3 1/2 hour wait...whatever. So we get our bay it took us 30 mins to finally get a server to order drinks and food. The server told us we couldn't order drinks if we didn't order food and we told him we just ate. He denied us any orders after that ..food or drink. Top Golf is the place to go to for a nice night out with your friends. Top Golf offers an unique golfing experience. They are not your typical golfing place. For starters the have a full size bar as soon as you walk in. Which is perfect when you are waiting for your bay to open. I highly suggest that you make a reservation and go with a group of people, because your wallet will thank you for it. If you plan to go during the weekend, you should book your reservation a week advance because it fills up pretty quick. When you are planing your trip to Top Golf, your reservation fee will either be free, $25, or $50. The price depends on what day and time you plan on going. Now fast forward to 15 minutes before your reservation starts; you will receive a text message asking if you will be arriving on time. Once you receive that text, you need to text Yes back. After you do that, they will send you a message telling you that your bay is ready and which one it is. Once you arrive to your bay; a server will greet you and explain how everything works from playing to drinking to eating. Their drinks are pretty good, but I have not tried their food yet. I heard its pretty good, and Im excited to go back to try it. When it comes to the golfing, each game it a hour long, and you can extend it for how many hours you would like. Keep in mind each hour is between $40-$50 The game itself is pretty cool, and you can chose different games to play. This is the place to go for a fun night out with your friends. Its a great way to catch up, lets some anger out, and relax. Just make sure you go with a group of people, because trust me the price adds up very quickly. read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was nearly empty. When we walked in, there were several people leaving with golf clubs, making me a bit nervous that you have to be a good golfer. You don't. The games were fun, although sometimes when I hit into the yellow circles, it didn't register my points. Frustrating because I would argue that was between me and a clean sweep against my opponent. The service was excellent. People came around to explain the games, the drinks came out quickly and the employees came around and checked in on us throughout the hour. I can imagine they need a lot of people for busy Saturday Nights. I do think paying 5 dollars for a membership is a little silly when you still pay for the bay. I think it was $30/hr for a bay. We could have easily spent longer than the hour we booked. I echo other people's concerns over parking. While it was fine for a Friday afternoon when no one else was there, we had to park in the second lot so I imagine during the weekends, parking is ridiculous. I will definitely be back, but i plan on spending more time and bringing more than 2 people! read more

It was our first time there and they explained everything well and came by several times during our time there to see if we needed any assistance. This was a different experience. We had noon reservations. When we arrived we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Long story short, that 15 minute wait turned into 2 hours. We sat at the restaurant/bar. We ordered drinks but didn't want to order food since we were told it couldn't be transferred to our bay where we would be seated so by the time we finally got our section, we were ravenous. The staff that works there were very nice. They are quite overwhelmed and probably could use more help. The food was average at best. With that being said, it was a really fun experience. We are not experienced golfers and had no idea how to hit a ball so we laughed a lot (at each other). Our bay had really comfortable seating with plenty of room. I noticed it was very clean. If we go again, will make sure we eat before hand. read more
