I guess you can only get them burnt. Also, the tvs may look cool around the bar area against the walls but they're all outdated. Tried to watch a world cup game and had to ask multiple times to put it on. Meanwhile they have all of worldcup flags around the bar area but you have to beg for a game. The waitress was great the bartender blew me off when I asked him to change the channel. I been here multiple times for golf and the food was always good. We had a great evening attempting to strike golfing ring targets and consume a classic Old Fashioned made with whiskey, sugar, bitters, a splash of water, an orange peel, and a cocktail cherry....at the same time. They only gave us 1 small salsa cup and 1 small cheese cup for all of that and charged us $4 for extra cheese that didn't come out until 15 minutes after we asked for it. The food was delicious. The service kind of sucked and the girl could care less. I must've asked her five times for a drink and then finally I asked her for a water. She never brought anything but kept trying to upsell the beer in the pictures Until we gave in the ambience was actually a lot cleaner than I was thinking, but there was a lot of families and a lot of kids hitting balls which was OK. It was a lot less noisy than I thought and it was a lot of fun. It was our first time so I don't have anything else to compare to except for the terrible service from our girl that was our server. My guy saw us put them down in under 5 min flat what's the deal. Double charged for golf play once online when booking and once in person. Had a free hour of gameplay from some membership originally charged for the full amount then said well we played for an hour 45 minutes which was 15 minutes over the booked hour 30. There's a timer my guy how is that even possible. Ended up only paying for 45 minutes like he did me a favor until I went and saw I was already charged for 30 when I booked. Make it make sense. 8/31/25 (Labor Day Weekend) was my first time at this Topgolf. I came here with my GF. I had went to Topgolf in midtown Atlanta, GA back on 5/24/25. I drive by Topgolf a lot and wanted to come back. The environment here was good. The employees here were nice and friendly. I didn't know that this Topgolf had a football goal post. I was able to hit the golf balls through the goal post. The waiter said there would be a shift change in 35 minutes but he would get drinks and apps in, got the drinks but then disappeared to the very end to say the new server would come. She never came to the table while we waited another 22 minutes to try to put in an app, ended up leaving after playing an hour game, would not suggest coming during a shift change. Just returned from Mt. Laurel TopGolf. I just had back surgery and this is like only my second time out. Think I hit 3 balls and the server comes out asking for my Visa card. After maybe 4 more shots........here she come's again. This time she asks me 'what I want' from their bar. "Nothing" I say I can barely get down on my knees to place the ball on their T. Anyways,...here she comes AGAIN. She tells me that she has to hit the card again because I only have 10 minutes left. So far I've only hit 10 shots. Ladies night at Topgolf is the move, people! This Mount Laurel location was on their game (no pun intended hardy har) the Saturday night that my group visited. This was my first Topgolf experience so I don't know how this location compares to others around the country, but I was really impressed by the organization, staff, and menu. Coming in with zero expectations on what to expect was probably helpful in making this such a 5 star experience. Book a bay in advance or just show up and wait at the bar for one to become available. I thought the pricing for what you get is fairly reasonable actually - especially when split amongst a group. We did 90 minutes of playtime - all of us had varying degrees of golf experience and it truly does not matter at all. You can bring your own clubs or just use what they have available at each bay. I also want to shout out the amazing serve staff here who were attentive, quick, and personable. Topgolf prides itself on it's menu and it didn't miss. We ordered the pretzel bites and chicken tendys which both slapped, and my mule was also surprisingly pleasant. Beer list leaves a little to be desired but your whole party will be able to find something that works for them. This is a bit of a drive outside of the city proper but worth it for the experience. If you're looking for a night out with friends or something different and fun to do with your family, you have to give Topgolf a try. This was my first visit, it was myself and 5 of my buddies, 2 of them had been to Topgolf before. Let me tell you that I'm not a fan of golf nor have I ever done any golfing besides Putt Putt Golf down the shore with my kids. That being the case, I didn't think I would have enjoyed Topgolf as much as I did. I would imagine that if someone that plays golf where to go to Topgolf they would love this place. We had the top floor (3rd) it was a cool view and there was a nice mild breeze. The menu is a good bar type menu, they have a nice selection of mixed drinks and beers. We ordered burgers, chicken sandwiches and wings. Everyone was satisfied with the quality and taste but we all felt the portions could have been bigger. The burger was a little small but tasty and not the wings are just enough to make you want to order more. Keep in mind we are 6 men with big appetites so you can judge for yourself, you may feel the portions are big enough for you. The service was excellent, our server was on top of her game and everything was served in a very timely fashion. I'd give them employees at Topgolf a 5 out of 5! This was my first time to TopGolf ever. I enjoy golf, but I'm not a crazy serious golfer. But I can say this would be fun for golfers or non golfers. I was also a caterer event, and they did a great job making it an enjoyable experience for everyone there. The conference/ meeting rooms are really roomy and nice, as nice as any conference center I've been to! And the service was off the charts. Super nice and helpful servers. Each one I dealt with was super helpful and pleasant. The food we had at the arranged buffet was outstanding. They had good drink options, from beers to mixed drinks to soft drinks and juices. Had a great time with family. Made reservations a few days in advance and had to leave a deposit. It's 6 people to a bay, so we had 2 bays. If more people want to come and not golf, that's fine. It's almost set up like a bowling alley; you have the lane, a few seats and a few ft back a bar style high top w/chairs. We received a platter for each bay of: chicken finger w/honey mustard, sliders, w/sides of pickles, lettuce and tomatoes, chips w/salsa and shredded cheese on top of the salsa and buffalo style cauliflower (I think). Our reservation also included soft drinks and donut holes. Alcohol sold separately. Our server was thee best, Makenna or a Mackenzie (?) totally forget her name. Just an FYI gratuity is not included and gratuity goes off balance due and not total balance, which shorted our server but we made sure we corrected that error with her. My family and I got kicked out of this location without a warning or a reason, and all we can think of is discrimination or Racism since we were the only people of color there. We have trouble finding activities for our disabled brother to do so we were so happy we found an activity for him to enjoy. Family Gathering @ Top Golf Mt. Laurel. Was looking for a place for a family gathering. 5 children ages 9-16, 7 adults. Only 3 had ever played golf. A 9 yr old, 12 yr old and 1 adult. Our goal was a family friendly place where we would not be confined seated at a table where you interacted only with a very few people seated next to you. We wanted the ability to move around, talk and have fun. Although only 3 of the group ever held a real golf club everyone had fun. We had 2 bays next to each other for 2 hrs. It worked out better then we had hoped. The interaction, the laughs and even the golf. The food was perfect. Everyone ordered what ever they wanted and I think the food exceeded everyones expectations. Our waiter Angel was a very impressive young man. Always a very big smile with a very laidback but efficient attitude. Our group did not all arrive @ same time. Angel was always there as people arrived. Ordering was chaotic on our part. Angel handled it all very smoothly and always with a friendly smiling attitude. He constantly reminded us he was there for us and no rush on ordering. I'd say he was a big reason why everyone had fun. He helped with getting us set up electronically, showed us how to get the games started and how to get the golf balls out. All and all a perfect evening that exceeded my expectations. Now the negative. In todays world of companies trying every way they can to knit pick customers with BS fees to separate them from their cash Top Golf has come up with a unique almost blackmailing fee. $40 to reserve 2 bays next to each other. I decided to celebrate my birthday with a small gathering of friends at this Top Golf as it would be an enjoyable experience with delicious food and drinks. I was not disappointed and we all had such a great time at Top Golf. Here is my review of the Mount Laurel location. Parking: we thought that by coming during the early afternoon on a Saturday that there would not be as many people, especially during the winter. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I made the turn into the parking lot, I saw that it was particularly busy. However, there is ample parking to accommodate all of the guests and more as there were plenty of spots available. Service: 4/5 - The people at the front desk were super friendly and very accommodating. Initially, I was nervous that I would not be able to get 2 bays right next to each other, however they saw my reservation and made sure that I got 2 bays next to each other so that my party did not have to separated. I really really appreciated that as it took some stress off my mind and let me fully enjoy the birthday celebration. The staff was very helpful in getting us set up to play and brought us our food very quickly. I was overall impressed at how smoothly things were running despite it being a busy Saturday. The Experience: I think I can speak for everyone when I say we had such a good time. I think there is something for everyone at Top Golf. If you do not like to golf, no worries as the venue is also a sports bar with great drinks and TV in each bay. Each bay was well heated so we did not even really feel the cold winter weather. The location was very clean and all of the equipment was clean and ready to use. I had a friend who golfs with his left hand and they gave him proper lefty friendly clubs immediately. In total, we stayed 3 hours. We laughed, we ate good food, and played golf. We had shared appetizers and loved the Mac and cheese bites and the pizza. The only downside is that Top Golf starts to become very expensive so I would keep that in mind when you go. The cost is the only reason why I give this place a 4/5 stars. I also recommend making a reservation for a bay before you go so that you do not have to wait too long to start playing. But it was $25 to reserve online, which was painless and a smooth process when you get there and checkin. There are outdoor heaters so you do stay warm, but just be prepared in case it is just a bit colder. For FIRST TIMERS, FYI there is a $5 one time new member fee, and then they charge you per hour dependent on your golfing times. I believe ours was $45/hr and we golfed between 3-5pm on a Saturday. The whole process is pretty cool! We chose the Angry Birds game because we wanted to play that virtual game to make it more interesting since we're not real golfers, and once we figured out how to play, it was a fun 2 hours! Food/Drinks Service was great and we were always getting checked on. Food was good! We went with the nachos with smoked chicken, I only wish the portions for this was bigger! The chicken tenders and fries was also just ok. Drinks were good.. I had the sangria. They had a good menu and a number of beers on tap. I saw they had other cocktails, one in particular that game in a golf bag souvenir glass.. if you wanna pay $18 haha. But it looked cool! After our reserved time was done, the server was quick to tell us that they needed to promptly clean for the next group, but thankfully the bar inside had lots of seating available so we can finish our drinks. This was my first time at this location. My family and I had a ton of fun but for how packed it was I feel like they could've used more staff. We hardly saw our server and it took almost an hour to get our food. We have a huge family so it wasn't a big deal especially for how packed it was. The one disappointing thing was I had to eat a cold egg sandwich for lunch. It came out missing the avocado and side of fruit, not the end of the world, it happens I can wait. We told 2 separate people neither one was our actual server about it and they both said they'd bring it up. I waited almost a half hour and it never came so I just ate the cold sandwich at that point because I was hungry. When we found our server she was surprised it never came and was very apologetic she even brought us her manager who was also apologetic and took it off our tab. They offered to make a new one but at that point I already ate it. Everything else was awesome though and we all had a fantastic time! As a first timer, I was quite impressed by this place. We went Wednesday night for my birthday and it was packed! Holy moly! The place is humongous. We had a reservation, received a text confirmation 30mins before, waited for couple mins at the bar and then were lead to our bay. It was 40deg that night, wasn't sure how to dress since it's out in the open. The heaters do a fantastic job so i recommend dressing in layers. That way if you get too hot you can take off the layers. Our server was very sweet. I heard people complaining about food being served late but lucky for us, we got our food right away. We ordered Signature Nachos, Warm Pretzel Bites, Impossible burger in The Sunrise and Spinach & Goat cheese salad. Would you believe us if we said we finished each and every crumb? Now keep in mind the quantities are not going to be diner quantity. Now for the actual golfing- it is $30/hour (open to noon), $40/hour (noon to 5pm), $50/hour (5pm to close) and $5 for a membership. We did an hour and it honestly went by really quick. It was a lot of fun and as a first time golfer I got a little frustrated but that's a personal problem we don't need to get into. lol To make it more entertaining they have games built in to make it more interesting. So this was the first in person event I have attended since lockdown last year. The Topgolf team did a great job in keeping the bays separated and people distanced. All staff wore masks and there were sanitizer stations available through out the premises. Masks are required when moving through the areas of the facility but you are allowed to remove your mask while in you individual bays or at the bar when eating/drinking. Staff were friendly and helpful and we all felt welcome and safe having the event there. read more

I enjoy going to top golf with friends. It's a good activity to have fun with everyone. It is entertaining and there are food and drinks! What more can I ask for. I usually get the appetizers when I go to to top golf like wings, tots, and quesadillas. I also enjoy the variety of beers and cocktails options they have on the menu. I would say if you have a coupon for top golf, the price is worth it! There are also game options you can play for points but overall, it's a good entertainment spot with friends and family. The only downside is the wait, especially on the weekends. I usually have to wait for more than half an hour so be prepared to wait for an open booth when going during the weekends. read more

One of the managers promised us (a group of 4) that we could play as long as we wanted and we could get anything we wanted to eat when our bay was malfunctioning for about 20 minutes at the start of the day. It was never clarified how much would be covered, so we figured it was the whole check. This place probably does around a couple thousand a day, so we figured that although it was very generous it was well within the means of a big company. We weren't going to ask any questions, we weren't planning on eating there in the first place. A place that charges 30% more for everything in the building offers you free stuff, you take it and you go have fun. We spent a REASONABLE, $90 between four grown up men and we got the check and they covered ONE appetizer. The waiter, who was amazing, said he thought the manager told us how much we would be covered for, which he never did. When the manager came over he tried to say he said he would cover "some" of the food when we all clearly heard him say "get something to eat, whatever you like, we'll take care of you." The irony is, none of us even cared that we had a late start. If they just reset our time and did nothing else, we would've been fine. But instead, he made a promise he couldn't keep and neglected to clarify and then tried to blame US for his failure. On top of lying, he tried to blame US for not being able to read his mind and only order food within a "reasonable amount." He said, "I said I would cover some of the food. I can't cover a $100 check," and while I normally would agree with him, how is it my responsibility to know how much would be covered? Tell me, is a reasonable amount of food covered for four adults the price of ONE appetizer? Should we have drawn straws to see who gets the free burger? Or should we have "reasonably" assumed that the amount covered would be enough for a couple sodas? Everything is overpriced here, between four adults $90 total, about $22 a person, that sounds reasonable to me. If he had simply told us how much he was willing to reimburse this wouldn't have been an issue, but instead he lied to us about what he said and casted the blame to us. Is that how Top Golf treats their customers? Definitely the last time I eat at this place and once my summer pass is over, definitely the last time I play there. He even tried to act like he was applying the 10% off on food that you get with the summer pass. I paid for that 10% off, you're not GIVING it to me. Just an all around jerk who clearly knew he was in trouble for having to potentially write off a $90 check because HE was not clear enough. We even were going to tip our waiter regardless if the bill was $0, and we still did tip him. I don't like that the manager put the waiter in that awkward position. It wasn't the waiter's fault, it was his boss's fault. Just unprofessional and rude. read more
