I could make this review super long, but I'm going to try to keep it short and sweet. I was there last Saturday with my friends to celebrate my friend and I passing our RN boards after a long four years of getting our BSN. we went there to have a good time and to finally be able to breathe and relax. We were quoted a 2 hour wait--expected on a Saturday, no big deal. We went to look for games to keep up occupied during that time. There wasn't much but we managed. About an hour later our bay was open. We got there and it pretty much went downhill. The server (that I'll keep anonymous even though I do remember his name) was sarcastic as hell and we really didn't appreciate it. The first thing that pissed us off was a few times after we started, I went up to hit a ball because it was my turn and I tripped. Immediately the server came over and asked if I had too much to drink because his managers told him to ask? I used to be a server, I get that is something that is of concern when you're selling alcohol in the establishment. BUT, He asked me about ten times like I was lying when I said I had TWO DRINKS and that I had clearly tripped over the rubber lining. My friend was ready to leave after that. I played it off like it didn't bother me. Anyway, so we get to the end and he asks if we want anything else. I ask if he can split the checks--"yeah I can, even though it's super difficult to do that"...okay? He tries to make it like a joke. I'm over everything at this point and ready to go. As a server for the majority of my college, that's not how you treat people....and we were nice and easy the whole time. After we spent almost two hours with the awful server we went upstairs to sit. There were people next to us with a taser, (and another girl stated she also had a knife), playing around with it like it was nothing. Two security guards watched them and did not do anything. A server actually went up the the group and asked them to leave. We will not be back and are ashamed we spent so much money at this place. This Topgolf needs to have the people who work at the Vegas Topgolf come and train them---the managers, security guards, all the way down to the servers. Vegas Topgolf is TOPNOTCH all the way around---from the immense amount of things to do while waiting all the way down the the amazing customer service.. in the future I will fly to the Las Vegas Topgolf before I ever waste my money at this one again. read more

I had a blast at this top golf. I have been to four including mount laurel and I have not seen better service than mount laurel! Krystal w. Top Golf was a lovely experience for me and my family but there was a few things that were concerning to us. As a popular family bonding restaurant, the music was excessively loud. The whole time it was very hard to talk and it bothered me because I was trying to have a conversation. Very fun place, if you never been here it's really a good time even if your not into golf, automated ball system right at the tee you and aim for what ever hole you want of different sizes to score various amounts of points depending on hole, location and distance ranging from 10-200 yards away and where in the hole you hit it's all computerized with trackers in the balls. The holes you can hit in range from 20 ft wide to 6 ft wide in variety scattered close and far left and right. It allows you to take as many or as little amounts of shots per person in any rotation up to ten shots per game per person which is great because if someone is not available or eating you can keep the game moving and play as many games as you want in your allotted time. You can choose any different putter per shot or per game from small iron to a large and all in middle, lighter collection for women. Food was good they are similar to a TGI FRIDAYS style food not affiliated obviously but relatable. Good beer on tap and in bottles , local brews , specialty drinks and even your own heat controls if it's cold out and they crank so you don't even know your outside. Great time recommend to all, a little pricey and to have to pay $5 just to register are the downfalls, group of 4 with drinks l, apps and game were about $250 plus tip. Still a great time but could be cheaper. read more

Loved the location- clean, new, fresh, vibrant. Food was also good- loved the nachos with chicken. Really good! Bloody Mary was on point too. Our server, Kaitlynn, was pretty bad. Took her 10 minutes after we were seated to come over (it was lunch time and the place wasn't full) only after we waved her down. She took our orders by memory instead of writing down, and then had to come back 5 minutes later to ask us to repeat the order. Then, she got one dish wrong and we had to send it back. So, the other member in my party had finished eating before my order was sent out properly. The food was also sent to the wrong table twice. Wasn't a huge issue, and she apologized, but it just made the experience really poor. Will definitely come back to give this place another shot. read more

Great venue and bar - but definitely eat before you come. Waited for 45 minutes for our food and it was cold once we got it.

We got to top golf 20 minutes before our reservation started. They informed us that our bay was ready, we said our whole party wasn't here yet and they said we could wait for them up there. Once we got to our bay we were harassed I feel is a good word by an employee who insisted that she signed all of us in. I told her that she was more than welcome to sign us all in but we wouldn't be starting our time until 7 when our reservation started because our full party wasn't there. She continued to laugh at us as we told her we would have waited in the lobby and then proceeded to make us look every person's phone number up that would be there so that she could sign them in too and literally would not leave till we had a number for every person and until she hit the start time. I have never been pressured that way that we were to put my phone number in or anything like that the past several times I've been here. It was way to obvious what was going on and to be greeted that way set the tone for the night it was so Disingenuous. Our waiter was so amazing and so friendly though but it was hard after that to pick up the mood. I've always had so much fun at top golf but after that experience we decided we won't be returning again. read more

First of all, the place is absolutely stunning... love everything about the looks, ambiance, etc (thus the 2 stars). Went there for the food (not to golf) and the food and service were very disappointing. Food showed up (after a long wait) quite cold despite the fact that they had food runners. I would have mentioned this to our waiter but he was nowhere to be found. Glad I went to experience the awesomeness of the place but I won't be returning. read more

They Seriously Need a New Operations Manager. First time on a Friday night: not impressed. Parking: Lots of Space( They have Valet parking) Checking in: was promptly and they send you a text when your bay is ready. Restaurant: Service: was not what I expected, we didn't see our server for the first 15 minutes after sitting down, then in increments of 25 min after that( we only saw our server 3 time in the hour and a half we were there). We didn't get any utensils or table napkins and we had to go get all these things on our own. We later found out they were under staffed on a Friday night due to management predictions of snow!( they should really look at the weather before making these decisions)there was no forecast of any bit of snow anywhere ( they used a different location revenue and staff predictions for the Mt laurel location) and management didn't adapt to the large demand of customers and weather predictions. Food: was good and well prepared ( I don't know if it was because it took so long and I was hungry). But the grill later caught on fire and they had to stop cooking and serving food. We later found out that management was in the kitchen helping out, so maybe that's why it caught fire( management should trust their kitchen staff and stay away from the kitchen) they should be deeply involved in the operation portion of the business which was deeply hurting that night. Play: so I received my text quicker than it was predicted to be saying my bay is ready and will receive a bay assignment shortly but nothing happened. After 30 minutes wait I went to the check in desk and they went thru the whole checking process because they didn't know what happened and after another 20 minutes was able to get a bay and we had a lot of fun playing. A lot of these issues could of been resolved with management doing there job and bringing in the required staff for a Friday night then making the required adjustments as the night progressed(ie. sending staff home if over staffed)and not make predictions using different locations. I probably would not go to this location again but it seriously need a management overhaul or it will loose a lot of returning customers in this area like myself. They are not the only Golf in this area so they should really step their game up. read more

Went this weekend for the first time with my husband and 3 year old daughter. We had a great time! We had a reservation early on a Sunday morning and got right into our bay without a wait. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us set up with our games and helping my daughter with her junior clubs. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Playing Golf is fun especially with friends; however service is subpar and their policies are inconsistent. The first time me and my wife went we were each with our own signature golf alcohol drink. By the third time we went we were told they cannot serve us our own signature golf drink. The same happened with our bill. Our first several times attending servers insisted that we split the bill with our large party; however when we went back a third time we were told they cannot split the bill and we had equal amount of guests as our previous visits. Again fun place to play golf but the service is sketchy and their policies are inconsistent. The drinks are also watered down. read more

Came here for the first time today with my family and wasn't exactly sure what to expect. We ended up staying for almost 4 hours. The prices were fair and the staff was phenomenal. Had an absolutely awesome time and would recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely be coming back. read more

This was my first time here and I loved it. I never golfed before but was able to have fun with all my friends. The service was amazing, the price was reasonable and I had a great time. Our server, I believe her name was Love, was amazing and helpful. This is a great place to have fun and hang with friends. It can be a fun place, but it all depends on the server/attendant you get. Some are fantastic, others are awful. The fact that the experience here can range from 'white glove' to 'being in the wrong line at the DMV', I had to rate it low overall since the price is always 'white glove'. If you are paying $50 an hour for a driving range and $18 for a margarita served in the golf bag glass, you should have attentive service each visit. read more

We had a great experience at TopGolf this weekend thanks to our Host, Nate, and the awesome Managers! A group of us celebrated my dad's 60th birthday, and they took care of us from start to finish. The 2 hours flew by - the golf, food & beverage, music, and service were well worth the money. It is definitely one of the most unique activities/settings & I am so happy they brought it to South Jersey. We had a great time. It's definitely worth the price and despite if you're great at it or terribly embarrassing, it's a lot of fun. The heat lamps make it nice and warm so you can hit while wearing just a t-shirt. We also had a great server, Julia. Has such a great personality and makes your good experience that much better. The food is good. I was upset that I got over charged for drinks. I asked for a double and they charged me for a whole extra drink a double should not cost another 9$. It turned me off and I have not been back since. My bill only on drinks was 130$ that was crazy. read more
