The food at the restaurant was very delicious!! I got the mushi, buffalo chicken sliders and quesadilla with the group. The restaurant has a great selection of drinks! The mushi was a mexican sushi which was great! It was hard to put one roll into my mouth at once but nonetheless the food was delish! It may be too mushy for some people so keep that in mind. The sliders were just your normal buffalo chicken. Predictable but a hearty size so it felt like a meal! My sister gobbled it up but i felt the sliders were pretty cold. So we had a great first greet with waiting on our bay. Got a drink at the bar...great. bay was ready and we sat down. Our server said hello and that's it. We wanted shots, or just original cocktails, no follow up. We wanted food... literally had to flag him down for everything. We gave up and just left. I hosted a work event here and had the best service I have received from any event I have hosted. It started with Brian Imoff who made sure that I was able to get my need accommodated. From that point on all of the service staff was wonderful. The food was on point and the golf was fun. This is THE place to hold an event. Any event. A company team builder, an event for clients, just some time to blow off some steam. The Top Golf staff is top notch and they really go above and beyond to help with anyone who needs any little thing! It's always easy to have a good time. I hate scammy business practices. Here, you MUST have a $5 membership before the game will actually keep score for you. Stated differently, show up, get in the bay, then be forced on their mailing list in order to have the game operate as intended. But, at least the drinks and food are overpriced right? Had my hubby's 50th birthday party here. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the menu options were minimal and we didn't get the membership cards as promised , but received some promotional cards that had expiration dates on them. Also, the pricing isn't adjusted for people that already have membership cards. All party options have built in pricing for membership cards included. If you remember, we had ok've of the first parties at the new location when it originally opened in November 2018. That was definitely an ordeal! We got gift cards as graduation gifts and decided to visit again. I saw a promotion specifically on the Top Golf Columbus website for a $20 per person bay sharing opportunity. Of course, none of the employees heard about the promotion, but after a few moments it was found. You would think... Yay, right? WRONG!!!!! apparently, is not valid for the Columbus location. Also remember at that extremely expensive party that supposedly included membership cards for all of the attendees? Yeah, that didn't happen, either. Came here last Saturday morning and had a great time! We reserved a bay for $10 and were able to select how long we wanted to play when we got there. It was my first time and everything was explained clearly to me. I don't understand the $5 membership fee but I didn't mind paying. We had 5 people in our group and rushed through three games in 2 hours. Our waiter was very attentive and we were never without a drink. We did not try any food so I can't comment on that. Took the family (4 kids) for an early Father's Day gift for my husband on a beautiful weekday morning. We had the best time! The entire staff was superb, very friendly, helpful, & fun!!! My friend and i were sexually harassed by a worker for 2 hours straight, even after we said to leave us alone. It wasn't until another employee saw what was happening and said something that he walked away. I asked for a manager and told him what was happening. His response was that he didn't see anything happen so he couldn't do anything. We asked for a refund, and he said he couldn't even do that. So i asked for his manager, and they said the same thing. This place is a lot of fun, if pricey. Skip the food and watered down drinks at the bar, though. There are 3 stories/levels here, all of which have individual bays with their own couches/tables, and their own interactive computer screen where your scores pop up, similar to bowling. The driving range is well maintained, and the system is surprisingly accurate about where you hit the ball (so long as it goes into a designated area), but a few times we had to alter our scores because it did not register any points when the ball went into the scoring zone. When we arrived on a Saturday during the daytime it was very crowded, and we were told there would be an hour and a half wait for a bay, so we went to the bar area on the bottom floor and ordered an appetizer and drinks. In the dining area, the service was slow - we had to flag down someone to come take our order. The appetizer (loaded fries) were terrible, frozen fries with a small amount of cheese and bacon on them. The sangria literally tasted like fruit juice and grenadine. Didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it. This place gets 4 stars because real reason we came, the driving range, was a really good time. The couches and bays are heated, so it's fine during the winter as well. Great for a large group. read more

Had been waiting for this place to open for a while. Once they did we stopped in to check it out. First impression in the door... Felt a little over taken care of. Was greeted by a gentleman at the door. He asked what brought us in today, he wasn't amused when I replied.... Bowling. He then directed us to the desk that was about 15 feet away. We went there and the guy took our phone number and name and told gave us a bay number to report to. We headed that way and was met by a lovely young lady that gave us a perfect explanation of how the games work. After that we started playing. Shortly after someone came to drop off menus and asked if we wanted a drink. We said we weren't sure what and needed a few minutes. 5 minutes later a different person came back and we ordered a few drinks and an app. A different person brought the drinks and then 5 minutes later yes... a different person brought the mac and cheese egg rolls (delicious). We paid our bill at the end of our hour and started our way out. As we were leaving a staff member that had NOT waited on us the entire time walked past and said.... Have a nice day Tom and Lori. We were trying to decide if it was creepy or great service that he knew both are names without any previous contact. As for the game.... its awesome and loads of fun. My wife who has never swung a club in her life picked it up right away and did pretty well. Cant wait to come back and play with a larger group. One thing that kinda took me the wrong way was the way the pricing is set up. The website states that from opening-12:00noon is $25.00, for 12:00-5:00 is $35.00, and 5:00-close is $45.00. Well we arrived at 11:40am, got to our bay at 11:45am. Once we finished receiving our instructions are was ready to begin it was 11:50am. We were then told that even though we are starting before 12:00... that we will be playing into the next price level and will be charged $35.00. Another $10.00 was not an issue.... but I just found it a little misleading. definitely a fun place and will return often. read more

But they messed up our order didn't bring us utensils and failed twice to bring me a junior right handed golfing set, I was to short to use the others. The screen was off but we still had fun. Bought $150 in gift cards a month or so back because there was a promotion for free appetizers for each $50. Reserved two bays there this weekend and when I went to pay the $450+ bill the staff did not want to initially accept my gift cards as part of the payment. So a couple days later I still had 3 free appetizer vouchers to use that are expiring at the end of this month. Was there today and tried to use two since it said "one per person per visit" on the back and there were two of us at the bay. And they said we could only use one. I want to clarify, the staff/service was great. It's not their fault, they are doing as instructed by upper management. But this is warning to anyone who gets talked into buying gift cards or their misleading promotions. I like Top Golf but their corporate-driven marketing/promos are deceiving and their gift cards are apparently less valuable than cash/credit card. read more

Ok, let me start. Me and some friends went here for a get together. After warming up and playing our first round, we realized that our machine did not score ANY of our balls. After our waitress fixed the issue a half hour of our precious time was wasted. We played a little bit and went to switch the game mode that we were playin, only to realize that that are all VERY similar. Then we got down to our last few minutes. We were rushing through our last ones in order to maximize our time. I was past the red line, but I was in the bay next to ours and a safe distance away. Almost immediately a Manager came over and went off on us. Then we were nearing our last seconds and my Hispanic friend dispenses 2 balls in order to maximize our hits. The same manager came over and EXPLODED on our friend, even though the people in the other bay next into us had SEVERAL extra balls out. However, our waitress was very kind and helpful. That was the only thing positive I have to say about it. Overall we had a negative and racist experience. read more

First: Very little explanation except for the instruction for purchasing the membership. Second: lots of 'no'. No overview of: the clubs - men vs women; the game types - what's the goal of the game; the number of balls per game; and the switching of players to play. Also, waited 8 mins before the server showed up (no server in sight). No napkins after the food was delivered. Third: didn't meet the expectation of the reservation. Booked for 7 people. I got a table with only 5 chairs. Thank goodness I had gone to a Top Golf in a different state and was somewhat familiar with the basic. That was my first time golfing in my life, and hence, I and the teens were novice. The 3 stars rating is due to the food was good, the trainee server was not bad, and the teens had fun. I suggest to future customer to go with someone who is familiar with Top Golf or with golfing. The rest can be learned within 20 mins in to the game. Just grab anyone and ask!! read more

My family and I came in for food,drinks, and obviously golf. But when we were about to start golfing our ball dispenser was not working. We informed a floor manger and within 2 minutes Kendall and Sennet came up and saved they day! They fixed it immediately! They were so nice and friendly to us while they were fixing it. They showed our kids a little about the system and how it actually worked. Even though it only took them 2 minutes to fix they were able to give us extra playing time. Love those guys!! read more

Top golf is always a great time. Drinks, food, golfing and heating for cold days. Compared to other top golfs this ones prices are amazing, $35 for two hours on a Tuesday. Only downsides are the ball doesnt get tracked like at other ones, so if you lose it in the air you only know where youve hit it if you get points or not. Also frequently points didnt register, so I missed a bunch of points that should have counted. It was just a fun date night and not competitive so didnt matter but would like to see all points register. Staff was 5/5, super friendly and fun. read more

This place is a blast! We went here for our work party. The bays are comfortable for 6 people (if you have a bigger party I suggest getting a couple bays) the atmosphere is fun! Nice upbeat pace, not so loud that you can't have conversations with your group. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and had plenty between the six of us (the jumbo pretzel platter, Mushi (not sure about the spelling on that one but it's on the app menu lol) bacon mac and cheese spring rolls, and the chips and guacamole which came with salsa as well. Not one of us had any experience with golfing and or driving ranges, but had a fantastic time! RECOMMEND making a reservation in advance (check their website for how early in advance you can make one a head of time because the place fills up fast!) you have to pay a little extra, a kind of convenience charge for lack of a better way to put it, but it's totally worth it. The wait was in the upwards of three plus hours when we walked in for just trying to get a bay with out one. Didn't have any of the regular menu items as far as entree's go but will definitely try one next time, everything looked good. It's more burgers and sandwiches kind of place so be prepared to splurge on your diet haha! read more

Went here one evening and the night was almost stereotypical for a black person... not mentioning the wait...I'm talking about service. We (husband and I) sat at a high top while we waited for our bay...we had to signal the waiter a minimum of 4 times before he stopped (I won't mention he had to pass us to get to the waiter station)...hoping we'd get better service at the bar (they had 4 bartenders) we were mistaken. I never take names but I did that night bc I truely planned a corporate complaint and it went like this: Top golf complaint Mike inappropriately touching body by scratching and digging Cody- didn't speak we had to beg for service Ross-general jerk behind bar...we sat there for over an hour and he never spoke I saw him wipe his nose and scratch his crotch more than once...
