Been here a couple times, great! Food is a little pricey but worth it! Drinks are $3.17 but free refills! An hour for $30 and the staff is nice! Pizza is 16.17! For pepperoni!

It is my first time bowling at Rollhouse Columbus, since it changed their name from Game of Western Columbus. The staff is very friendly. Kudos for free water and unlimited soft drink refills because they do not have to-go cups. They did get rid of the soda vending machines. I enjoyed myself bowling at Rollhouse Columbus and will be back soon. I will have a pizza, burger, or snack on updated upscale menu when I come back to Rollhouse Columbus.

We've been here many times and also use this location for Kids Bowl Free every summer. I absolutely love the people that work here! It definitely shows that they care about their job. They are very patient with all my kids. They employees encourage the kids and really want them to enjoy bowling. We only do the laser tag when it's on special because it's a little smaller than some of the ones we've been to but it's nice that it's not super crowded which is why my kids love it. The kids enjoy the game room and the games are fun for adults too. I like that this place is always clean and we even like the food. The fried pickles and peppers is something we order regularly and everyone likes it. I do love that there are tables and wide comfy seating down by the lane as opposed to some other places where you have only have those hard plastic seats by the lane and the tables and chairs are up behind you. This makes it more comfortable for everyone and easier to have food during the game so the kids are not walking back and forth past other people just to get a drink or a bite of food. This location may not be as big as some others but it is our favorite because of the atmosphere and the employees.

This place is fun for bowling. The laser tag is fun too. I've always had great customer service here, but I'm giving 4 out of 5 for a big reason. The biggest thing I'm confused at is the time they open. On Google it says 9am. We show up at 11:43am and they're not open. We see a sign on the door that says Summer Hours 12pm. But, it's spring time. I'm so confused with what's the real time for opening. I will show you what I mean in the photos

Yesterday day we spent the day at Western for my daughters 5th birthday party. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left the staff was professional and helpful. We had about 15 people bowling, kids and adults and the staff did an amazing job at accommodating of bowling needs. I had 5 children on one lane with a need for bumpers and a need for the bowling assistant contraption. They made sure all of this was set up before my guest arrived Many people in our party ordered food which was quickly prepared and brought to our tables. On top of the fun friendly staff that helped to make our event a great success our family members from out of town was highly impressed with the facility. Thank you again Western !!

This wasn't just laser tag, this was laser war! What a great time! I came here with my fiance and…read moretwo other friends for the first time and we had an absolute blast! There are three different "theaters" or "maps" you can play in, and they rotate. One is set up like an office, another like a house (complete with real parked cars), and another is a warehouse. The guns are modeled after the characteristics of real guns (shotgun has wider field of fire but shorter range, pistol is more accurate with shorter range, P90 has full automatic with a functional scope, etc). And the guns are heavy too; similar to real weapons. Next, you get assigned a "mission" each time. We played four rounds total: free for all, team deathmatch, split team deathmatch (half of your team starts on the far side of the map, half on the near side), and "traitor" where one person on each team is chosen as the traitor and it's your job to eliminate everyone on both the other team as well as your team. I was chosen as the traitor for my team, so I had to subtly try and pick off my own teammates. I should mention that friendly fire is active ALL THE TIME in every type of match. You get 10 lives per match, and a limited amount of ammo too (although the ammo limit was never a problem). Matches have a 16 minute time cap. After our first two rounds we were lucky enough that there was a kids' birthday party there, so we got to play some 10 vs 10 matches too. This made the matches pretty hectic but a lot of fun. I think ideally I would like to do these with 7 or 8 per side. Pricing is a little steep but not so bad that I won't be back. It's $5 or 6 for a membership, which is good for a year. Then you have to choose to buy either 4 or 8 matches in a package. It was $24 for 4 matches or $34 for 8 (if you buy the membership). And you can use those matches any time over the course of a year. There is also a basic drink/bar area where you can grab a beer or pop if you want. There might've been some standard bar foods (hot dogs/nachos) there as well, but we didn't check it out. If you choose not to buy a membership, you can buy either 3 or 6 matches, but you have to use them all up on that visit or they're lost. I forget the prices of these because we did the membership. They also have special "event" pricing for groups that you can do, but the downer here is that you have to pay as a single unit and then rely on everyone else to pay back the person paying. Membership fees are waved during that time for everyone, and they're unlimited play. Overall this was a real good time. One thing I would have liked to see was some sort of scoreboard/ranking outside of the arena that would show you how many kills/deaths/team kills each person had. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'll bring more friends along.

Ordered tickets about a month ago, I got a broken foot so I called them and I asked to…read morereschedule... they told me to just come in whenever we can and we can either move the date or just play that day. Came in today around 8 PM today and I couldn't even play because I was told I wasn't even in the system even tho they have looked up my name previously when I rescheduled? so there goes my $75 down the drain

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the shoe attendant and given shoes immediately. They had a limited selection of food (think burgers, chicken tenders, and soft pretzels) but we didn't have anything. They also had fountain drinks available for purchase but we again opted out. We were told that outside food or drink wouldn't be allowed so keep that in mind during your visit. As for the atmosphere, it was fairly energetic. Music was playing and there were TVs on the back wall. The lanes appeared to be well maintained (although I didn't do great- lol) and the score board was easy to figure out. They also had an arcade section with a few arcade games and claw machines. Overall, our visit to Bowlero was pleasant and I could definitely see us coming back one day :)

They have food there if you want it. Think beers, pizza, etc. If you need special accommodations for kids with bumpers contact the staff members. Otherwise you will play without the bumpers. Who wants me to challenge them now? Not going to get started on how many bowling trophies I have from back in the day. So if your not looking to challenge me to a game of bowling. Come check it out for yourself!

The deals on attractions/food/tokens were affordable and worth-while. We golfed, played games, ate pizza, and rode go-karts. As an overview, the place is older. Not dirty per say, but doesn't scream clean. Bathrooms are the cleanest in the building, though. Pizza wasn't bad at all! Golf was decent. Go-karts were fun. Most of my party had never ridden before, so not sure what to compare to. The games were great. A few machines down and a few that ate your tokens. Staff is AWESOME. Manager Josh especially was so kind and helpful to our party of 9. Overall, I think the adults had more fun than the small children.

We went for a birthday party, and I saw the staff being helpful and friendly with setup, etc. Plus when I had things to do at the counter those folks were friendly too. The kids spent all their time in the playground area and the arcade. Hard to get them to stop. We could also have done bumper cars, go carts, putt putt, etc., but they weren't interested. The mini golf course looked pretty big and pretty nice. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday early afternoon, which was much appreciated. A decent crowd, but not crazy, and not many screaming kids running around. All more or less in line. There's a lot to do, and though I didn't pay so don't know what a party costs, I will look into it for Kid K's next. Plenty of parking. I missed the turn; look for the sign and narrow drive between two car dealers, and you have to head back off the road a bit.
