We were "regulars" at Time and Change prior to Covid but hadn't been here is a while (since pre-Covid). I don't know why we stopped going here but we recently came back. Came in on a Sunday to watch the bengals game and catch up with a friend. Pretty standard bar/small restaurant atmosphere. Id say they had an ok amount of beers on draft. I had a pretty tasty Christmas ale. We were starving so we ordered 12 wings, half Cajun dry rub and half sweet and spicy Thai to start. I wouldn't say the sweet and spicy Thai had much kick to it but it was our favorite. Honestly the wings we had were some of the better wings I've had recently. We also ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and I'm not sure if they had a super star cook in the kitchen that day or what but it was a solid 9/10. The cheese was so melty and delicious, I joked about ordering another pizza while we were there. This place is a great low key no frills establishment that is equally situated to satisfy a family sports bar experience as it is a helluva happy hour. Great food and great service at great prices. I like to take my daughters there for dinner and I've never been disappointed. The servers are all great with kids and are willing and open to make recommendations. This is a pizza and sub joint. The burgers / sandwiches are solid but the pizza and subs really stand out. If I had any recommendations for improvement it would be to offer a veggie side option for the kids other than fries. My family and I were in Columbus visiting friends and looking for a place to eat dinner. We came across Time and Change and had a great experience. Traci was our server and she was so accommodating to our toddler. She brought her dinner out even before our own entrees so our hangry toddler could start eating asap. Music wasn't too loud, but we could tell it would be a great hangout to watch The Buckeyes when they're playing. Looks like they do trivia nights too. The owners even came out and talked with us as one point. Sounds like they just purchased the restaurant and are working hard at make some changes for the better, including rolling out a new menu. The Parmesan fries appetizer was delicious but would be hard to mess them up. My meal came out incorrectly but still tasted fine, just not what I ordered--they did correct it so I'll give them that. Domestic drafts (Yuengling, Bud/Miller Lite) and bottles are on happy hour-ends at 6, assume it starts at 4 but can't confirm. Time And Change is an average sports bar. It's located in a small strip mall. They have a kitchen with the usual fried bar shit. It's better to get something to eat at the Chinese place next to it. This is better to chug a few shots. It seems like a usual neighborhood bar. It's open in the afternoon on weekdays, but on the weekends it opens earlier. They have a few drink specials going on most of the time. It was apple cinnamon whiskey for the autumn. The bar wasn't busy for the happy hour. It never gets too crazy. The bar is laid back if there isn't a game to watch. If you like quiet neighborhood bars you probably will like Time And Change. It's best for watching a game. Cool little neighborhood place right next to Minico's. Got there early around 4:15 on a Friday and the bar area was bumpin. Nobody really in the restaurant side and I was a bit concerned but don't be. Place has a great feel and is calm. My buddies got there about 1/2 hr later. Waiter was on it with the beer (we all had rides) and then the place took off. Kids, families, couples, you name it. I ordered the gyro nachos and holy crap, awesomeness galore! Time & Change is located in the same shopping center as my kids' daycare. The shopping center has many vacant storefronts, so I was thrilled to see Time & Change move in. And the restaurant has drawn a lot of traffic into the plaza, which is great and hopefully will draw in some other businesses. I've visited T&C a number of times after picking up the kids. The place is pretty nice, with a 12' bar, tables, booths, and an abundant number of flat screens tuned to sports. Menu is what you'd expect for a sports bar. Burgers, salads, pizza, etc. Food here is decidedly lackluster but edible. I wish the beer selection had more craft beer. Yuengling and Blue Moon on tap is as good as it gets here. Service here is friendly. I imagine this is a good place to take in the game, but isn't worth seeking out. read more

I just read my glowing review of Time & Change from August 2019. How times HAVE changed! What was once our favorite pizza in Westerville has now become a veritable coin flip: You don't know what quality of food you'll be taking home. The pizza I brought home tonight was so undercooked, I wonder whether the person who opened the restaurant today remembered to turn on the oven. I understand the trouble places have hiring good people, and I see new faces each time I pick up my pizza. But the pizzas we've been getting are so bad, I have to wonder what type of training -- if any -- the employees are receiving. I keep giving T&C a chance, and they keep fumbling. Can't go wrong with the local pub. My husband and enjoy the burgers and the wings. The ambience is lively and if you go on the Wednesday nights they have trivia night. It can get pretty loud on those nights. Even it is fun. The food is good! Try them out. Our go to's are the burgers as I said but they have good sandwiches and the best onion rings. They have great beer choices and the pricing isn't bad. The service is good too. Sometimes they have only one server so you will need to be patient. My husband and I go 2-3 times per week to grab an easy dinner and a few drinks. We love this sports bar! Not only is the atmosphere great with several TVs, a pool table, and great bar area, but also the food is definitely a step above most bar food. Try the meatball or chicken panini and you won't be sorry. Also, check out Wednesdays if you're into trivia. We haven't participated yet, but it's always fun to watch. We've never had any trouble with the service either in the bar or the restaurant area. A special shout out to their bartender, Ron. Decent burgers, 9 TVs, and not a single clue about what games to show. For example, tonight is the start of March Madness and their 6 largest TVs were showing the 1 vs 16 blowout (Villanova vs Radford, no local interest) and 3 smaller TVs were showing the Kentucky game (decent local interest). Whatever. Dumb, but not a huge deal. But when the other 2 evening games started and the 1-16 game went to halftime, you guessed it, we were treated to 20 minutes of loud talking heads on SIX FREAKING TVs and the other 2 games were nowhere to be seen. Of course, both of them were very competitive. Did I mention this is supposedly a sports bar? It's a good thing the burgers are halfway decent or this would be a 1 star review.
