Fore. Four. Get it! I would give it a five but it doesn't have the proper mojo. Small round weapons that you can launch at the golf cart driver from the third floor. Who wouldn't love that? And, $35.00 per hour, oh well, that's life. No. Really. It's fun. Oh yeah, having your very own personal "food caddy" ain't too shabby either. read more

Gaming charges seem inflated but our server couldn't explain. Not her fault but she didnt offer to look into it or for someone else to explain. 2 hr bay turned into $100 game charge. Food is less than average. That might work in other cities, but a disappointment in Austin. read more

Great time! Sierra S. was our hostess for my bachelor party and showed us a great time! Service and food was perfect.

This is a cool venue. I can see why people are drawn to this place. You get to hit golf balls, drink and watch your sports teams on tv in your own bay. One caveat to the previous statement...you get to watch your team play only if the workers can change the channels correctly. So my 2 star review is for the horrible service we received on Sunday, October 20. In fact I am writing the review as I sit and wait for them to change the tv to the 49ers game. It has been an hour since we requested the game. So I finally decide to walk to the control room and I would say about 12 workers are sitting there twiddling their thumbs or playing on their iphones. Working hard. I ask about why it has taken an hour for them to change the channel to the game we requested and I get a stupid snotty response from the girl who is sitting ON the desk...that they need a manager to change the channel. Are you effing kidding me? That is genius....not. But guess what? Grab a chair and change the channel yourself....something they fail to tell you. What is worse is that NO ONE here even knew or offered this little tip to us. It is ridiculous that it has taken over an hour to change the channel. You are a sports establishment. ..get it right or people will start to go elsewhere to enjoy their sports. Horrible service. This is my first time here and l am not impressed by the service. What a shame. read more

Went there last Friday for a company party. It was alot of fun. Food was great. It was the wait staff, just one in particular. Her name was SAM she looked about 18 with dark brown hair. She was all over my husband. Openly flirting with him and the other married men there, with the wife standing right next to them. I understand that's how they make tips with the men, but for her to act like that in front of the wife is really unprofessional. The other two ladies were very nice and professional. Just watch out ladies if SAM is your waitress. read more

Worst top golf out there. Don't waste your time with these guys. Food and service suck.

The concept of Topgolf is really cool, if only they could actually pull it off. Our group of six arrived at 6pm, and were given a 2 1/2 hour wait. We expected that. Our group goes up to the 3rd floor to get some food, and play the outdoor games. This is where everything stared to go wrong. The waitress (on the receipt: Sam B.) was just awful. She had an attitude, and when our table asked for cookies (on the menu), she said she didn't want to have to tell the kitchen to bake fresh cookies. Ummmm, what? Isn't that your job? Moving on...food was brought out staggered, wrong, and late. It was so-so at best. An order of fries never came, and again, our lovely waitress says she doesn't want ask the cook to make more. She also managed to close out the wrong tabs at the wrong time. Four hours later, and our group was still not playing Topgolf. Hands down, worst experience at an establishment in several years. Y'all need to get your shit together. read more

Top Golf is fun for the whole family. We took our kids as well as our parents and everyone had a great time. We had over an hour wait but were able to sit in the lounge downstairs. The kids played pool and shuffleboard and we had snacks and drinks. They did seem to be short handed on servers in the lounge but once we got to our bay the service was much more timely. The food was good and we enjoyed our afternoon. read more

Fun place to go with the guys! Wish they had one closer to the Bay Area!

I called top golf at 11:00 on Saturday June 22 to see if there was a wait to get a bay. I was told there was no wait. If you get your bay before 12 it's $20 as opposed to $40 after 12:00. My nine year old son and I showed up at 11:20 and they told me it was an hour wait. This is 20 minutes after I had just called them and there was no wait?? When I complained to the manager and told her I called, she said well there's nothing I can do for you. There were a bunch of available bays 5 minutes before 12:00, but they wouldn't call anyone until after 12. They called my at 12:10 so I had to pay full price. They have a bunch of teenagers running the place. It's a pretty cool place, but they're just out for the almighty buck and don't care about their customers. read more

We go to Top Golf quite often even though we're not golfers. You don't need to be because you're not really playing the game of golf. You're only trying to hit the ball into targets. The atmosphere is really fun and the food is pretty good. My favorites are the brisket tacos and the mushi - like a Mexican sushi. There are reasons for a 4 instead of 5. The machines malfunction sometimes by not spitting out a ball and you have to wait for someone to come fix it and also the green target seems to have something wrong with the sensors because it frequently misses points. My other big reason is the inside bar service - quite simply, it SUCKS. When we have to wait for a bay, we always go into the bar and grab a table, which is usually still dirty from the last people. We wait for someone to come take our order and most of the time go to the bar and order ourselves because we wait so long. I've stopped ordering food in the bar because by the time we finally get someone to take our order and the food comes we usually end up carrying our food to the bay. Now we just order at the bay. We still love the place and have just lowered our exectations on the inside bar service. Outside is always fantastic. read more

This place is pretty cool but it's way too expensive for me to go too often. A date with my wife ended up costing over $100 for golf, dinner, and drinks. It's fun for once in a while but the food isn't that good. I'd rather just go to dinner somewhere else and hit balls at a normal driving range. The scoring system really isn't that accurate anyway. read more

First time here I got invited , issue 1 I ordered something and as I order our server walked off in the middle before I can even order my child's food she came back to give us our drink, I said mam and she turned her back real quick and walked away , 2nd my other family member had to go find her because she disappeared for the longest so I can finally put my child's order in , 3rd when we were served the rest of our drinks they tossed the coasters on the table and didn't even place them on the coaster, no big deal what ever but as we were trying to put all that behind us we got extremely disturbed by what we saw , we saw one of the coworkers grab one of the younger boys who runs and serves the food and shakes him and was yelling at him , the words weren't clear but this lady should not be grabbing any one of her coworkers in that way. And lastly the lady who did serve us had a nasty attitude and when we asked where our food was she just kept saying it's coming out it's on its way out it's on its way out along with your dessert and our reply was well the desert is already out just wondering about our other food ... But this is what got me , as soon as it was time to close out and time to tip she was SO NICE , my first experience here was trash and I definitely will not be back. Normally I would ask for a manager right then and there but I just wanted to spend time with my family. read more

This place is so much fun! I am not a golfer, but I went with a group of guys and we just played for fun. I have to say, the food is surprisingly AMAZING. I had the turkey burger, which was fantastic. I also tried the flatbread with steak and a shrimp and grits dish. All were equally stunning. Highly recommended for food or play. read more

The facility is very cool and modern and a great concept. Great place to take a group and everyone of all levels can play and have fun. The food is actually really good and they have 3 levels where you can play x box or shuffle board or pool and it doesn't even have to be golf. There was a long wait but it was worth it. The service is pretty terrible though so make sure you don't mind that before going. read more

Hannah was the best! So nice and attentive! Will be back soon just because of her!!! She was willing to accommodate on all our requests and was just an overall fun person to be around she felt like one of us instead of our server! They checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having the time of our lives and we most certainly did. read more

I recently went to Top Golf in Austin with family to celebrate a birthday. While everyone really enjoyed the experience, I had to give only three stars simply because of the noise level of the music playing overhead. It was so loud I had to shout to be heard and I had no voice the next day. Top Golf, please turn down the volume control. read more

This Friday night a group of four of us went to Top Golf after work to get some food. Since we are all also in the service industry we get off late. We arrived at 12:50 and put our order of a single round of drinks and a single pizza at 1:10. At 1:35 I asked the bartender whom we ordered from, and whom we were sitting directly in front of the entire time when our pizza would be ready. She informed us "the kitchen had been running slow all night" Perfectly okay As service industry folks we understand when a restaurant is running slowly. No questions asked, even though the four of us were the ONLY four at the upstairs bar. At 1:50 we inquired about our pizza again, since it was almost closing time and it wad 57 degrees outside. We had remained at the bar for our food, far from any heater, at the convenience of our bartender so he wouldn't have to find us when our food arrived. At this point it was still missing. I asked for my money back since I was still starving and freezing 40 minutes later. The manager who comped it asked if he looked for it would we like to have ot for free if he found it. I reluctantly said sure through chattering teeth after an additional ten minutes I decided to leave pizza or not. I will just decide on somewhere more reliable next time I get off work . We passed the manager again on our way out and received a brief apology. Apparently our food was sent to the wrong place, when we were the ONLY people at the upstairs bar. When we replied with a short "it wasnt the first time", since it wasnt, we got an "okay" from the manager. read more

I organize our company parties and just had one at Top Golf...we had the entire 2nd level. Thanks so much to Katelyn, Laura and Kristin for making the event a success! The entire staff is wonderful to work with and so attentive. Took a lot of stress off of me. Hope to be back next year! read more

My Husband and I enjoyed our first time at Topgolf (we are new to Texas) about a week ago, FYI if you plan on going on a friday night be prepared for a 2/12 to 3 hour wait, we were informed the we could stay and eat at their "Main Bar" as well as "Terrace Bar" we looked around but there was a lot of people around, A gentleman named Bo informed us that we could go out to eat and come back within the 3 hours he said they would text us when our bay was ready, (thats pretty cool) he also mentioned that if we didn't response back to the desk within the 15 minutes of our text that our bays would be giving to someone else. Fortunately when we back we had Bo take us to our bay and show us how Topgolf works later we were greeted by our server Alysa, to say she was a great server is a understatement, I've worked in the service industry and I have never been treated with such great hospitality, thankfully on such a busy night my husband continuously quite bothering her about changing the TV to march madness it had been at least 10 minutes and she tried to have a manager change it for us but no one showed, She then explained that we can change channels from our phone, (we didn't understand) so she pulled out her own Topgolf card and changed the TV right there (technology these days) needless to say Topgolf is a great place to bring friends, drink, just get there EARLY! read more

Decided to try this place out. Walked in, explained to the guy that I was a first timer. He cordially walked me through the process of becoming a "lifetime member". The clerk estimated that the wait would be about 90 minutes. Asked for a phone number and told me a page would be sent when they were ready. A little long, but okay. My date and I went and had a few drinks at the bar. 3hrs later, I went to ask what the ever living hell was going on. The first person explained that they had no idea, and called Wendell. This idiot immediately said he recognized me. He then went through the software, and asked for my phone number. I rattled it off. He explained that "oh we got the wrong number.". I asked why numbers were not repeated back like every call center ever. He said he didn't know. I explained I was waiting for 3hrs. He literally looked at me and asked where I lived. Apparently living downtown is not good enough for him because he said there was nothing he could do because I lived downtown. He then asked me to look him up next time I was there and maybe he could help me out better. Because I just like sitting in an overpriced bar watching fat people demand that the bartender go to the corner store and buy Busch lite (this seriously happened) for 3hrs. I have had better service from airlines and ISPs than this place. I will stay away. After I call corporate for a refund from my "lifetime membership", which got me nothing. read more

This place is awful! I ordered a pizza and asked where it was several times. The staff never put my order in. After a 2 hour wait, I finally got my pizza and it was ice cold. The staff sucks all around. And the food.... Terrible! Not to mention all the issues with the machines! It took 30 minutes to get checked in. The golf machine wasn't tracking the score. We had to put it in manually. read more

We went to this location excited to get an hour of playtime, getting our bay right at 11pm (the closed at midnight). Then the bay we were at had some technical malfunction where the ball wouldn't dispense. Instead of moving us to one of the empty lanes right next to ours, they tried to fix it for 20-30 minutes, cutting into the hour that we had already paid for. After failing to fix the machine despite the efforts of at least 4 different employees, who all said something like "hmm that's weird, let me go get _____", they finally went and got a manager because we wanted a refund. After insisting on a refund despite the manager's discouraging disclaimers about how long it takes and how painful the process is, he took our cards and went to process them. He said there was no way to get a receipt for this transaction, and then magically a week later there was an issue because half of us didn't get a refund and had no receipt or record in the system. This place has poor service and poor management, and although we had been there previously and thought it was a cool idea for a place, we will not be returning again after this incident. read more

Hung out here last night and loved it was a great place to visit and food was decent "accidentally lost the club though

Awesome place. Great food, drinks, and the game is wicked fun. I'm addicted.

My father In-Law has spoken about this place a few times when I would come into visit. I thought, sure, a driving range with levels, wha who? I was completely wrong and should have went the first time when I was visiting. I have never seen a place like this. Even if you don't like golf, you can sit back, play games with each other, drink adult beverages, and more. The price was unbelievable. I have been telling friends in the Nashville area about this place, and I just found out they are opening one now. You have to check it out if you hear the words, Top Golf. read more

This is a fun place to be at, but it's overpriced. $40/hr for a bay is a bit much, but it's the food and drinks that get me. There's nothing special about the food and there definitely isn't anything about the drinks that justify them being so expensive. I literally pregame and eat dinner before going there, just to avoid buying food and drinks. read more

Only negative to this place is the wait time if you have a big group or go on the weekend. Outside of that the service, food and golf is exceptional! I waited around 3 hours for 2 bays next to each other so beware, patience is needed. It is affordable if you have 6 people in the bay! read more

Service alone was amazing! Gaby at the front desk was very helpful with splitting our payments and applying military discounts. She was very descriptive on what to do since we were first timers. We came in the afternoon around 3 and we were seated immediately on the third floor. Beautiful view, Hayden who walked us up to our table was very thorough with instructions and made sure a girl in our group who was left handed had the proper clubs. Our server (I'm going to accidentally butcher his name) shezaod?? He was fantastic, food was out very fast, drinks were out very fast, and he made sure to keep checking on us to make sure we were ok. Food and drinks are actually very well priced! I had the bacon Mac and cheese spring rolls and they were very good! My husband had the chicken buffalo flatbread, he didn't Iike it. But the liquor drinks, they do not hold back on the liquor! So overall, great place and great service. While its summer time, I suggest going at night because it was very hot. Manageable hot because they had fans everywhere (plus no flies!) but still next time I go, it will be at night time! read more
