I originally did not have a great impression of this place due to a few small issues on my first couple visits but the management here is amazing and really went above and beyond to make things right! We had a fantastic time there this past Saturday and I can't wait til we get to go back again! read more

I love practicing here, but the establishment needs better bartenders. Maybe bartenders with experience? It takes at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged. It's been longer many times before. Considering the wait to play golf is so long, they should staff the bar better. The bar service had always been terrible every time I have gone there. The second time I was there, the bartender (skinny, brunette, kind of goth appearance) under poured our drinks. I used to be a bartender... I know how to eyeball a correct shot and know how drinks should taste when made correctly. This bartender was either not properly trained or.... Yeah... She doesn't know what she is doing. Also, this same girl- also didn't put olives in my man's martini today. She just threw them into the martini glass. The previous male bartender actually gave him olives in a separate glass- even though it took 6 minutes to be asked if we needed drinks. The manager, Brad, came over and asked how we were doing. I was watching him for a bit- he was making drinks and took them out to someone's bay. He was extremely attentive to everything that was going on & working hard and very friendly. I respect managers like that because they are extremely rare. Besides the terrible bar staff- Our server was Aaron H. Checked on us frequently and always offered more drinks. You'd be surprised how many servers don't ask. Aaron also called me and the guy I was with by our first names. He got mine off the credit card and got my guy's name off the bay. Aaron was awesome!! Great memory and very smart! I am not able to come here often before six, so today I was really happy they went with week prices and not the weekend pricing considering its Labor Day. I'll pay $20 and hour, but not $40. On week days, prices change from $20 to $40 at 6pm. On weekends- $40 starts at noon. 4 stars to everything and everyone. Minus 1 star to the bar staff. They need more bartenders or should fire the ones they have and hire some with experience. read more

Top golf is a great experience and tons of fun. Place is relatively new to Austin area so parking is mostly full and sometimes there's a wait, but that's why they have a bar on each floor. Definitely a place to check out even if you aren't a golfer! read more

Top Golf is the perfect way to spend a couple of hours hitting balls and drinking with friends. The staff are very helpful with any problems and the range bays provide great relaxation time in between shooting golf balls. The inside is even better with bars and TVs to watch the game. Even if you're not a golfer or have ever picked up a club in your life, Top Golf is great fun. read more

This place is awesome you have to try it out .. And I thought the food would suck, boy was I wrong. The food is great.

My boyfriend and I went to top golf and had been there once before. We got there at 6PM and signed in. We were told it would be a 2 hr. wait so we headed to the upstairs bar. Some friends were meeting us there after their date night dinner. After our friends arrived and 8PM rolled around we decided to check in and see about our bay. We were told it could be another 30 minutes to 2 hrs. before we get a bay. Ummm..wait, we checked in 2 hrs ago. and you told us it would be a 2 hr wait. NOW you are telling us an additional 2 hrs, so a 4 HR WAIT. Needless to say we left and wouldn't have stayed in the first place if we were told the true wait time. Completely inconsiderate of people's time and we won't be going back. Oh and when finally got the text that our bay was ready it was 10:15PM. We won't be wasting anymore of our time at this establishment. read more

This was my first time at top golf. It was an "interesting" experience. On the one hand, it was a fun time, but the other it was a complete disaster. We waited for over three hours to get into a bay before we could even start the evening, we had two food orders that were forgotten, and very few places to sit. Understandably places of popularity get busy, thats expected. But to be forgotten on several occasions, and looked over so often because our group may not be as big as some others is unforgivable. The game it self was fun, but I don't know that it was worth the wait and poor service. read more

Your avid golfer probably won't like this place as much because it's super pricey compared to going to the driving range and hitting a small bucket. However the real fun at Top Golf is taking people who don't know how to play and watching them. My gf has NO idea how to hold or swing a club, and she loves going to TG. It's nice because I get to swing the clubs, drink beer, and hang out with her and some friends who would never go to the range with me. It's expensive, so go on off hours. Also it helps to go with a group of 4 or more to split the cost. They have clubs, but if you have your own feel free to bring them. If you're a golfer be sure to get a group together and give it a try! If you've never played don't be afraid to go, it's loads of fun! You never know, you might just end up discovering the joys of being a golfer. read more

I always have a great time at Topgolf. The staff is very friendly & the food is good. Great way to spend a few hours.

It's a fun place even if you don't know have to play golf. You still need to hit the ball though. There's food, music, and other games besides golf. I am known as a horrible golfer but this place gives me more enjoyment. It's like a bowling alley to me but with golf balls. read more

We drove all the way up there to buy a gift card for my boss and the gift card machine was down. They said we could grab a bite to eat and it will be back up in 20 minutes. They told us the food was great. What a lie! Almost inedible. Cold, plain and I didnt even get what I ordered. The bartender girl was super cool. After we ate and had a drink we went back up to buy a gift card and it had been maybe 45 minutes. Machine still down. We could have had a much better lunch somewhere else. I didnt play golf so maybe thats fun but the food sucked and they lied to us. I will never go there and will get him a gift card from somewhere else read more

I wish I could give the place 4 or 5 stars, because it is a lot of fun. The problem is that the service is constantly slacking. The only time we had a great server was upon our very first visit. I've yet to see him since. Everyone else that has served us has been mediocre at best. Most servers appear to be working their first week on the job. Between beers taking more than 10 minutes to arrive, to our food being delivered to someone else's bay (yes, this has happened to us TWICE now), to our food arriving cold because it sat in the window too long (our server "forgot" about it), it just speaks poorly to me about how employees are trained. We have asked if there was anything they could do about the inconveniences (maybe a complimentary app or beer?), but no one has ever followed through with us. It's really disappointing. I know it's a big place, and there's tons of people who work there, but maybe the consistent poor service speaks for more than it should. Possibly there is a high turn over rate? I'm not sure. We would be back more if the service were better! read more

We had a corporate event here last night and it was awesome! Great food, very accommodating service and fun atmosphere. Great for groups of all sizes. read more

I had a total blast! All of the employees were very attentive and nice. The food was good, although it was overpriced. As were the drinks. Other than that, this place gets an A+ read more

Fun place to hang out with friends and family! There's lots of activities to do such as mini golf, some shuffle board and pool while you wait for a spot to open up! Also very cheap if splitting for an hour with a group of friends! There's friendly staff and a fun place to go during the weekends and summer time! read more

It was ok. The food is horrible. The cost of the games was surprisingly good. I expected to spend way more money. If you're into games that glitch, crappy food and having a few beers with friends then you should try top golf. It was my first visit so I will definitely give it a second chance. It was meh but not horrible. It's a good bro date. read more

Liked this place very much. Really enjoyed the games and drinks over here. Ambience and service is good. Definitely I will visit again . Only thing is since this place is on demand we will have wait always. If they improve phone reservation system that will make us east to visit. read more

This is my first experience with Topgolf, I'm having a blast and the waitress and front desk person are awesome. I'm giving it three stars because I can't give a 3 1/2 Star. The reason for this rating is because when it came to our heaters not working properly and it being about 30-28 degrees outside we noticed our waitress and offered her a solution to use the movable patio heaters. She informed me she would contact the maintenance worker to address the heaters first and use the movable heaters if they were not working. The maintenance guy walked over and greeted us. He literally turned on and off the switch and told us that she t was working but just not at its 100 potential. He also informed us that we could not use the movable heaters due to a safety issue. He walked away and didn't even give us time to ask a question or ask for other options and instructed our waitress not to give us the heaters. As a business that operates as outside they need to have a backup plan to ensuring customers have access to heat. The experience at this place wAs good minus the heat not working which really created an experience that was focused on how to stay warm. read more

This definitely my favorite place in Austin. Chandler is the best server you have. Very friendly and badass. Promote her to manager. She said mozzarella are awesome. I agree. Add them to the menu. read more

We have been taking our family here for over a year. They have really made it fun for both my parents and our kids. For a golf facility, it is surprising how much fun the kids have. The food is very affordable. The drinks are fun. Definitely worth a family trip. We really love the covered outdoor setting, and the kids love that it seems like a big video game. Put it on your to-do list, a very fun night out! read more

I really liked this place and what it had to offer. Had a better time then I thought I would have had. I have played golf most of my life and have never experienced this type of driving range. Food was good and drinks . Just a tip: not a place to practice golf just a place to go and have fun! I will be going back very soon. You should go and check it out. Alot of the complaints I seen was from staff. I think they are working out this kinks since it is so new. CONS: Not enough parking More instructions from the staff on how to use everything More clubs to use PROS: FUN FUN and FUN Drinks, Food, TV'S Great Location read more

Well it is about time I give this place a Review. This place from day one has been a hit with Austin, and the atmosphere it offers is amazing! Minus the wait times you can experience if you dont want to be on the bottom floor, everything is exactly what you would want for a night out of fun. From all the games and pool for pre-entertainment, the golfing is a bang for your buck and quite entertaining too! The quality drinks they serve at the bar is amazing and the food is "top" notch! I just enjoy this place and will be sure to go back with all of my friends! Thanks Top Golf, you guys rock! read more

I'm not a golfer, but this was a good place to entertain friends from out of town. It gives you something more to do than just going out and sitting in a restaurant to eat and drink. Speaking of which, the food wasn't too bad either. I probably won't be back since I'm not a 'golf fan'. read more

Top Golf is such a blast, and I'm excited that Austin finally got one!!! I lost my players card and they were able to replace it for me. Drinks are kind of pricey, but the excellent staff makes up for it! At one point, my balls got stuck in the machine. As soon as I told my waiter about the problem, a helpful gentleman named Jonathan was there within 30 seconds to fix it. He made small talk with us while promptly fixing the problem. I'm not sure what he did or how he did it, but he made us feel comfortable like we were regulars there (and he was a hottie too!). He got our balls to come out and gave us some extra time for free for the inconvenience! I would definitely recommend Top Golf Austin to everybody. This is most fun place I've ever been to in Austin!!!! And holla at Jonathan if you make it out ;-) read more

We went on a weekday afternoon. It is not as crowded as weekends. We got in and had some salad and drinks by the bar first. Wine is nice. It is easily spending several hours there, it is fun to play and drink Irish coffee at the same time. A nice place for a small group of party too read more

The service in the morning is a little slow. But once they get to you they are friendly. I ordered a crystal head I'm a ginger drink which according to their website was a special for 8$ and calamari. Have a bit of a wait the drink came but the waitress asked were I saw the drink at and I told her on the web site, she said that they no longer make this drink but they would made it one time for me. Well then a little while later the calamari showed up which was delicious! When she came back about 35 mins into being there and sweating for the heat she finally offered to turn the fan on. As I was ordering a beer. When it came to check out the I looked at the bill and was charged 14$ for the first drink I ordered, which I cording to their website should have been 8$ that's almost twice the advertised price. Base on that I would give them a one star but since the services was decent and the food was great I'll give them three stars. Over all I was disappointed in this location. The facility is just like any other topgolf but I'll probably avoid going here again. If your in Houston though the top golf near Katy on i10 is a great location and the seating is much better than this location here. Update: Went back last night after management offered a free game play because of my previous experience, well the night shift is a complete 180 from the day shift. The location was completely pack(like most top golfs are at night) but the service was ready for the crowds and was able to attend to our needs as well and saw them frequently helping other guess. I order the calamari again and some pickle fingers as well as a blue moon. The food was great, still so worth the money. Our waiter was great, friendly easy to locate and had the check ready as soon as I was ready to leave. Afterwards a manager came by to see how the visit went. He was also friendly. I would say tell cared about you experience at. The spot and will try to offer you the best experience they can. At the 3rd floor bar there was a live band and a good atmosphere to hang out after you finished your game. read more

Super expensive food so I recommend eating before you visit but the golf is fun, bring a group of friends for a date night and split a one player four or six ways and it's worth it :) read more

Great fun for all levels of golfers (and even non-golfers). The balls have gps to track your swing's distance, earn points by hitting targets, and keep score. The view is spectacular. The service is good. And if golf isn't your thing, you can try shuffleboard, bocce ball or video games instead. Tends to get really busy on weekends and the wait can be long. But definitely worth it! read more

The service was amazing, Kristina g. Was a great host and a wealth of knowledge. Definitely coming back.

Being good at golf is not a requirement to have fun and enjoy a lively atmosphere.Imagine hitting your golf ball and instantly reading the stats on your shot. The genius behind TopGolf relies on using special golf balls outfitted with micro-chips. Players then utilize real clubs (free to rent for the entire family) and take shots onto an outfield. Highly addicting and entertaining, players of all capacity will enjoy the positive atmosphere and feedback on every shot. Targets range from 215 yards to 20 yards; ideal for everyone. We enjoyed several of their appetizers and main entrees. My daughter was adamant about hating golf and not wanting to go but once there it wasn't at all what she thought "golfing for the afternoon" would be. She had a tremendous time and was glad we pushed her to join us. read more

Do not purchase gift cards online. They will claim the gift cards are not any good and scam you out of your money. This has happened now at two different locations - Austin and El Paso. Will never go back. read more

Took my family to topgolf for there first time! We had Tanner E as our server, he was a character from his dancing on the floor to his amazing service! Awful. Just go to the driving range. The software and screens don't work and don't track anything at all. May as well just hit balls and drink beer in your yard. I can't describe how disappointing it is. We couldn't even get balls to dispense! read more
