Aside from the Texas heat in summer at an outdoor range, this place rocks. It's a great way to both meet and mingle with friends. The games themselves are fun, that is what differentiates this from any other driving range you've been too, and with good food and sports to top, it makes it a great weekend retreat. read more

This place is awesome! So much fun and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great crowd of people and a lot of bays. I never felt crowded, judged or neglected. I wasn't very good the last time I went but I still had a blast. They didn't have any happy hour prices and the beer was just meh but I still recommend this place. It's really cool how you can track and view your points on their website too. read more

This was so fun. While visiting Austin I had a friend recommend this place but I was a little unsure because I don't golf. However our friends invited us, made me feel a little more comfortable since they go occasionally and we loved it. I think of it now like bowling, you go bowling for fun . Why not golf for fun. Food was good too. read more

The idea is a good one but I was a little put off this time that I went. I didn't like how the waiter took my credit card before I got my food ( I understand they open a tab when you purchase alcohol but all I ordered was water and wings), he asked if we (a group of 5) wanted to open a tab we all said no. First he gathered all our cards (2 were wanting to pay with cash) wrote our names on this paper then walked off with our cards without telling us why. That upset me because this hasn't happened before when I've came in top golf so I felt a bit discriminated against. Also I've never came this early but the people and some staff are so unfriendly (they're probably not from Austin anyway but for people born here Austin used to be a friendly city before everyone started moving here) read more

Top golf has reached out to me and has made this situation right.

Top Golf.. I'm disappointed in you. I've been coming here since it opened and things are not boding well. The food quality is definitely going down. Not sure if a new chef has taken over but when I went last week I was not impressed. The menu is simple stuff too (burgers, nachos, salads, sandwiches) so it shouldn't be hard to deliver something tasty. I felt a little sick after my last visit and I will think twice before ordering anything here (aside from drinks) which brings me to my second point.. The drink prices have gone up :-| Ok so for those of you who don't know - Top Golf is EXPENSIVE. It's typically $40 for an hour at the bay, the food is $$ and the drinks are $$$. They do not offer happy hour or drink specials. I get it, I'm going to pay money at this place, but it's starting to board on price abuse. Yes, Top Golf is a fun place to pass the time, but it's failing to deliver the overall entertainment experience. Come on folks - offer a drink special or two and bring the food quality back up. read more

Loved top golf. Had never been to one before so it was a new experience. Great staff, lots of fun, fair prices. I can admit though that my meal was rather bland. Could have just been what I ordered, sunshine burger. I wish I had a top golf where I lived. read more

Great time on our second trip with my wife. She is not even close to a wanna be golfer but she loves going here with me. Only a 20 min wait on a Saturday morning, which was a dream! What an awesome experience. read more

This place is so much fun. Our group of 4 had one person who had never swung a club before and one who had played her whole life. It was fun for all experience levels!! The clubs are in great condition! Service is excellent. It's just a tad hot in middle of the summer. read more

Topgolf - 4th of July at TOPGOLF - New American Near Me - Austin, Texas

I cannot say enough nice things about Julia and the whole team at Top Golf. Julia was so welcoming and really wanted to get to know me and my now-husband. We spent time meeting face to face and talking about our vision for our rehearsal dinner. When everything with my wedding planning was hectic and overwhelming, Julia was a voice of calm and confidence. We opted for the fajita buffet and an open tab in the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. All the guests were completely satisfied, including a number of gluten-intolerant guests, a handful of vegetarians, and even two attendees with an aversion or allergy to cilantro. The service staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The combination of the beautiful banquet hall with the golfing entertainment was a perfect combination that could not be rivaled anywhere else. I highly recommend the event space, the event coordinators, and the service staff at Top Golf! read more

Fun place to go, great drinks, food and service. They have the best burger I've ever had.. not kidding. It's a special blend of meats and it tastes amazing. The servers are attentive and friendly. The bar is hit or miss though. We waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged, drinks were wrong, etc. but once you get to your bay, it's pretty great read more

My wife and I went for the first time on Friday and we had a good time. Drinks were great but we just had dinner so didn't try the food. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the fact that our screen was having issues and very unresponsive. Our server even acknowledged the issue but never offered to move us. We just dealt with it because it had been a long day and didn't plan on staying too late. Overall a great time read more

We loved our time today at Top Golf. The service was amazing. Good times had by all. Our servers Alex and Lex were the best!

The food is always great here and the service is good. My only complaint is that a few of the balls I hit went in to the targets and didn't register. This got annoying, especially when I hit a good shot. read more

I booked a private room at Top Golf Austin for a milestone event. The experience, from my initial consultation to the after-party tie-out, was exceptional. My sales consultant, Kyle was professional, caring, and very responsive. Those assigned to my event went above and beyond to make my guests feel special. I will not hesitate to host another event there in the future or recommend them as a premier venue. read more

I've been more times in the last couple weeks than I feel comfortable admitting. It is right down the street from me and when you have a group it's incredibly affordable. The food is as good if not better than you would pay double for downtown and the drinks show up to your bay as you blast golf balls out into space. Great staff, rotating local and regional beers, and a real chill environment to get your drive on. read more

Lots of fun! I suck at golf, but this is a party game like no other!

This place is such a great place to take friends, family, or coworkers. Try the bloody Mary. Its always packed so be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it. read more

When I went to Top Golf, I had never played golf before and didn't find it that interesting. However, when I went I had a blast. The golfing was super-fun and the food and service was good. Overall, I had a great time with my friends, even though I was the least experienced golfer there. I highly recommend going for anyone of any age, gender or family size. I'm sure it would be great for a family, or with friends, or even by yourself. read more

Great concept, a lot of fun to go to! Free Valet which is always a plus! The drinks are great, but the food and the service are a hit or miss. I've had great experiences where bartenders and servers are super attentive, then mostly I've had servers just forget about my table and not come around for quite a while. read more

Had an incredible Friday night. It was our first time going to TopGolf and the entire experience was perfect. We started our night with food and a few drinks at the lower bar. Our server, Katie, was probably the best server I've ever had while at a restaurant. She offered up drink suggestions that were reasonably priced and great in taste. I also asked her to surprise me and bring the best thing they had on the menu and she didn't disappoint by bringing the quesadillas. You don't always get service from waiters and waitresses like we had but when you do, it always makes it a memorable experience. Aside from Katie's great suggestions, she was also fun and outgoing, knew when to joke and was always diligent in tending to the table. The golf speaks for itself. It will never be fun...unless you do well. Can't wait to go back. read more

I love this place! It's such a neat place . Always a good time! Hope to make it there soon again!!

Horrible for small corporate groups! This place is hugely popular, and apparently like some other Austin places that get to be hotspots, they've decided to do things their way, not the guests' way. Their minimum corporate group is 12 - and even for that in the afternoon, they wanted $50/head for just FOOD. Who eats that much at 3:30pm? They wouldn't flex given that I had 13 on the team but suspected only 11 would be there. So we went without a reservation: had to close out the bar tab while we waited for a bay. Then had to close out the BAY tab because a shift was turning over. Then found out that the golf bay time was billed separately, you had to go to the front desk AND the information from the hostess was wrong - it was in the person's name (an employee's husband as she had borrowed his card for the day!) not mine despite my card paying for it. So we were at 4 different receipts just for one outing all in one place of business. Anyone in corporate America knows that A/P just _loves_ trying to make sense of 4 receipts in one day for the same group at the same place - looks like fraud to them typically. Overall, we had a great waiter (the 3rd one) and the food is tasty, but ATTITUDE AND SETUP STINK. I will add that while my profile says Dripping Springs, I am a Director at a large tech company with 2 locations within a few miles of TopGolf. And my team was all aware of the limitations. read more

Come for the atmosphere; the food isn't much above acceptable. If you like an environment like a bowling alley, but actually clean, nicely furnished, and without the bowling, top golf is a good place to try. read more

Audra is the best server ever!!! Came here with my family front out of town and she went above and beyond to make our time super fun and very special. Great atmosphere and great server with a wonderful personality really made our experience! read more

TopGolf has been so much fun! Alex was our server and he was nice. Marisa a manager came up to our bay to make sure our experience was phenomenal as well. And it absoultuly was! The food was hot and the drinks were cold. I will most def be back!!!!!! Thanks for rocking my Friday night!! read more

Love this place! I'm not a golfer at all but always have the best time here. I was intimidated going in the first time thinking that i was going to be the only person who isn't a golfer but, to my surprise, i saw lots of families and friends just hanging out at all skill levels. Their food is tasty and comes out quick. Highly recommend. read more

John S. worked our bay for The Caddy Girls event and he did an amazing job! All of the girls left happy and he always made sure we had what we needed. He also came up with some great conversation. Thanks for the good time! read more

What an amazing place to come and hang out or enjoy a special occasion. The atmosphere is great, food is great, and staff is amazing. Dana, the hospitality manager, is phenomenal. You definitely are in great hands at Topgolf! read more

Usually a good time if you're in a bay dealing with the actual customer service people. Sit at the bar and you'll see the usual Austin thing - service that's barely up to par and a wait staff that thinks they're clever enough to talk a bunch of weak-dick shit under their breath with nobody noticing. Witnessed it with my order, the order next to me, and the order at the corner. I would've spent more, but I'm not going to sit there and listen to childish punk shit because somebody thinks they're too good for their job. read more

Great time! Love top golf very clean and friendly establishment. Food was pretty good as well!

Good place to hit a couple of balls and have a couple drinks.

I went to TopGolf, for a work event. It's a nice time, atmosphere is nice. Althgh it is a little pricey. Go in a group.

I understand the water restrictions but I'm from out of town and didn't realize that the limited menu would be EXTREMELY limited. Was told to talk to dusty, the "manager" and he was not helpful at all and disrespectful. Serious lack of customer service. Will likely not ever return. Definitely won't recommend. Only good part was our waitress, Lex. read more

Tons of fun, and a lot of things to do besides golf. Even if you've never played before, it still can be a good time if you give it a shot, especially if you're hitting from the 3rd floor. Only downside for me is that if you want to eat or have a drink, it can get a little pricey. But you can split the rounds with the people you play with so the actual golfing part doesn't have to be expensive. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for a bay to open, but usually it's not so bad. read more

Dropped by to watch a soccer game. NOT an extravagant request since probably 25% of the TVs were showing women's softball. The game was on FOX, not an obscure subsidiary, just regular ol' FOX. Fifty minutes, several reminders and three different channels later, the TV is finally on the correct channel just in time for kickoff. Halfway through the soccer game we ask if a different TV can be changed from a fishing show to the Cubs game on WGN. THE MANAGER tells me that they "don't have that channel". After the soccer game, we walk out to the terrace bar & the bartender has the Cubs game on within a couple minutes. I don't think I'll be back. One star for the concept, another for the bartenders. TopGolf should consider taking the channel-changing duties out of management's hands & hiring a 4th grader to handle the grueling & complicated task. read more

Great place and concept, but customer service was slow and management was horrible. Management would not do anything for the appetizers that took over 2 hours to come out. We had to buy extra time on the bay just to wait for the food and over 20 minutes to get left handed clubs. The bay next to us waited over 30 minutes for a manager to fix a bill that was incorrect before they walked out. I believe with a better staff this place will be amazing. read more

I love this place! It's so nice that it is in Austin! Food was amazing, great service, and great drinks! Service staff was friendly and it was Gatsby night for them, so everyone was in costume. Even the golf was amazing! I don't think it would be very fun to go by yourself, but we had a company party here, and it was the perfect spot! read more

I finally had the opportunity to check out TopGolf a couple of weeks ago and had so much fun! I went with some of my friends and my dad. He has been to quite a few driving ranges but he loved the atmosphere at TopGolf. Although we had to wait 2 hours until we could play, we could hang out in the bar area and order drinks/food in the meantime. They delivered a couple of wrong drinks, but that could be because it was so busy. All in all, I think that this is a great place to go with friends. and I will definitely be going back! read more
