Went here for my hubby's b-day celebration with a group and the wait was not too bad for a Friday night. We had Jonathan G. And he we was amazing and so fun! Will definitely return and hope to get Jonathan again! read more

It is a lounge + driving range. A one of the kind place. A great place to hang out with friends. The staffs are great!

The food is average but the experience is great! Really fun to have appetizers, drinks and hit some balls with friends. Think of it like a typical bowling alley experience but more upscale (and more expensive). Only thing I think is dumb is that if you forget to bring your card you have to pay $1 to get a new one. I think I have had to buy like 8 due to that. It is already expensive so I think the card should be covered. Other than that its a fun time. Service is usually good. read more

Have been here 3 times now, and have thoroughly enjoyed each occasion. Very nice, clean and inviting facility, excellent employee assistance/waitstaff, and - most importantly - highly enjoyable and well-designed game. A great choice for an office happy hour, family outing or solo visit. Bring your own clubs if you wish, but clubs they offer are fine. read more

This is a review of the food only. The veggie burger is awesome, that is pretty rare for me to say. The house salad and chips/guac are also very good. I'm shocked that this place did so well, I would never imagine a sports place to do it right!!!! read more

Let's be clear. I love TopGolf. I don't go often, but when I have, I have had a good time. However, my last visit left a bad taste in my mouth which is now making me question my love for TopGolf. I had ordered a salad and when it showed up, the portion size looked 'light'. I took note of it but since I was famished, I ate it all up. it was delicious. My friend later ordered the same dish and the quantity was twice as much mine! All good I thought - this can be resolved. Called the manager and when he showed up, he didn't apologize, then he blamed the kitchen staff for overlooking the portion size, and then offered to order me a new salad. I told him that I already ate my salad and did not want to waste a whole new dish that I would not be able to finish. "Typically", in the service industry, I would have received a compensation for the mistaken meal - I would have been happy with a 50% discount considering that's how much I got off of my meal. But he offered no such thing and let me pay full price. Very odd - was the manager just being a millennial (just kidding folks!) or obtuse or was this some sort of new policy he was being forced to adhere to? I could never tell. read more

Great facility, fun atmosphere and the food is pretty good. Great place to take team for an outing and the consistency of how often the technology works is amazing. The fact that this seems to work 98% of the time is why we keep coming back. Fun place! read more

I came to this top golf location a few months and everything was fine. This time around was not good at all . Granted we come in just before 1am. We get assigned station 321. To up an dour card doesn't work. Tell the workers and they say we need to pay. Why would we just go up to a random station. But anyways we go back down and one of the workers acknowledged we paid and complied with eh proper procedures.... few minutes go by and by the balls stop coming out for a good 5-10 minutes. Flag a staff down and they say we will get someone to assist you. They re fill the machine and I tell one of the guys that it's not cool cause we pay good money to hit the balls and he just ignores me. So we loose about 15! Minutes of our hour. We other a bunch of food and one of the dishes don't come out . Not that big if of a deal. One of my buddies gets his eye busted trying to teach his girl how to golf. The staff come and try to help, very helpful. It's OUR fault . Not a big deal. The manger comes over and ask if everything is good and I say yes but, tell her about the card not working and the balls stop coming out out and she pretty much gives me the vibe OK WHATEVER JUST LEAVE, your fiend needs to get stitches. Just not trying to hear any of my issues, totally just blew me off. Yes, it wasn't that big of an issue but, I'm huge in customer service because that is part of my profession, she just blew me off as if I were full of shit. To top it off they said my glasses were. Not there after I realized I left without taking them. Went back but they said there were none to be found. The whole experience was terrible. I called the following day because I had left my eye glasses after the whole ordeal. Spoke to someone and described the style of glasses i left. They sounded like they found them so, I race over. I walk in and am greeted immediately. Ask for my glasses and the gentleman proceeds to check. Returns and says his his manger Steven will bring them down. Steven brings my glasses down and unfortunately they were similar to mine but, weren't. What a damn bummer. Steven asked me what happened yesterday and I explain to him. I told him from the beginning it wasn't that big of an issue but, he felt it was. I really appreciate his effort in trying to help resolve any situation or problem we had. Thanks to him we will gladly return. Hopefully my glasses appear somewhere. Thanks again read more

This place is really cool. It has a very fun atmosphere and the technology is crazy! The only reason they don't get a 5 star is because the wait to get in can take quite a while. Definitely recommend going on a week day. Other than long waits this place is a blast. read more

Had some great fun with my mates. Our server Red was very helpful and the food was great. Wish we had more time because i was just getting into the swing of things Would definitely go back next time I'm in Austin. read more

Had my 60th here. I let them do the party planning. You can go less expensive ways, but I have to say Lindsay Kane did a great job. This place is my idea of fun. We go here with friends and family usually on Friday nights, and it's a blast. We are the grandparents. Our son and daughter-in-law, 3 grandsons 2 with girlfriends, and then usually some friends come along. I keep telling myself to quit telling people how great this place is, but I can't seem to stop telling folks about it. read more

After a couple more trips to TopGolf outside of the Friday and Saturday night rushes, I can say that the experience improved dramatically. The host stand was helpful not only in getting us seated, but also making sure that we had a great hitting bay. I think the experience (for us, at least) during the day or dinners during the week fits our style much more. The food and service were great, as has always been the case. Hopefully we'll be able to return again soon! read more

Server is more attentive this time around. I must say with all the construction in the area it is very dusty.

Had the best hamburger in my life. However the wait staff is poorly trained. Our wait person served us well, but really messed up our tickets. We had 12 guys in our group, we ordered and were served well, and were ready to go hit a few but it took 15 minutes to get the tickets correct. The poor wait person was totally overwhelmed by the point of sale. Poor training and that reflects on the manager. We finally got to hit some balls and had a good time. The balls have chips implanted in them and don't go very far (about 20% of normal. But the price to use the range is fair. We had 4 guys per bay and we hit balls for a hour and that was enough. read more

This is my second time at Top Golf, I would say my first experience was very satisfactory, this weekends not so much. The biggest difference I noticed was more time and attention is spent towards big groups (obviously, money and tips) and not so much the average size group of 4 people. We arrived at 7pm on Saturday evening. I asked the girl at the front counter how long it was going to be to get a bay, she said 1 hour-2 hours. I went and checked in, the computer system said up to an hour. The place was absolutely crowded in the bar area, no where to sit and way too crowded to stand. So, we ventured upstairs to the bar area where a band was playing, once again no where to sit or stand without being in the way. We finally had to go sit in a hallway that lead to the upstairs bathroom and just wait. An hour has passed, I go downstairs to check on how things are moving along, the man at the concierge desk tells us that the wait is now 2 hours. That would not count the 1 hour we had already waited. He said they would text us. Back upstairs to the outside bar area I guess.... We got some drinks and then a couch that was across from another couple opened up and we awkwardly set across from them. When their server came to pick up their food, he ignored us like we did not exist. He did not even see if we had a drink or wanted a drink or any food so we had to pull him aside and ask him to wait on us. We ordered drinks and an order of French fries. This is now about 8:30pm. The drinks came but the food did not come for probably another 30 minutes. Let me tell you, it is probably the size of the fries from McDonalds and I am not sure why it would take 30 minutes to make French fries? So, about two hours and 45 minutes have passed without any text message. My friend and I went down to the concierge again to check on our wait time. As soon as I said my name he told us our bay was ready. I was wondering, if we had never checked, would they have even told us? The bay we played at was fine and the game itself was fun. My only hang up with this establishment is the lack of customer service throughout the night. Once we got to our bay, the other people in our group proceeded to order food only to be told about 45 minutes later that the bay host forgot to even put the order in. He said it was probably the fact that we were next to a big party and that he simply forgot to put it in because he was overwhelmed. I can sympathize with that but making your customer feel like they are not as important as a huge group is not very welcoming. My advice is come with a group, make reservations and it will probably be a better experience for everyone. read more

Really enjoyed my first time here thanks to my daughter and niece! Only reason for 4stars is because when you order food it takes a long time to arrive. However, the food was very good. Drink delivery is super quick. I like that you can have a group and can split the cost. They also do this for the food/drink orders. Great family fun. Going to have to try it in the evening read more

Golf is great, especial with friends. Food was alright. Place is a little pricey, but if you visit during their happy hour or off times it's pretty reasonable. read more

My husband and I (and some friends) came here yesterday for my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We only ordered the queso, guacamole and chips. It was quite good! I highly recommend this place for a night out with friends. There are tv's in each bay so you can follow any football games. If you download the app on your phone, you can track your game and use your phone as a remote for the tv. I would love to see one of these places pop up in Bryan/College Station! Oh, and this place is dog friendly! read more

Loved Top Golf!! So much fun. We started the night with cocktails at the main bar. The bar had a nice selection of spirits. Great staff! The brisket nachos were so Delish. Then we golfed on the third level. We paid for 2 hours but it was so much fun we kept paying more to play. Wish we had a Top Golf in California. read more

The golfing here is really cool, but I had a pretty bad experience with the food. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and an order of fries. The chicken had a charred fly on it and the salad was wilted and on it's way out. I didn't realize about the fly until I ate some of the meal. The fries were fine. I sent back my meal and they took it off my check but still gave me a bill for the fries. The least you could do when I an unsanitary salad would be give me some fries on the house. I won't be eating here again. read more

been here several times and have had great customer service for the most part. its always fun and clean and inviting. I've been when its slow and when its super busy and also at night. great location, free valet, very accommodating. read more

This place is tons of fun to go with friends. It's pricey, but enjoyable. Also been here for lots of work functions that were great.

Top golf is like an updated version of putt putt/bowling alley but with alcohol and a dog friendly environment! It's a little pricey but cheaper than playing an actual round of golf! The food is pretty good, service very good. In order to keep track of scores each player has to have a card which is $5 plus the hourly rate for your golf lane, just FYI. read more

Fun fun fun with a group. Foods ok too. Beer! The upper level is where you want to be. Yelp said this was too short so I'm writing more words... read more

Great time. Good food & beer selection. 2 flat screens in every Bay and wait staff is very friendly.

This is a nice and fun place to go with a bunch of people. A little pricey if you don't go during their happy hour.

Check your receipt and bank account! My tab was $27 dollars and the sever came back and apologized because she charged $86 dollars to my card. She said she would comp my $27 dollars for the mistake. She came back and said she accidentally added a $27 dollar tip and charged my account $114 dollars. This caused my account to overdraft and charged an additional overdraft fee. There was no manager or supervisor on staff so I was told they would let the GM know the next day. Days went by and nothing happened, so i emailed the GM, the OM, and corporate in Dallas. Its now more than a week later and i have NOT received any reply from anybody. One of the charges is still on my account and the overdraft fee has not been taken care of as promised. THE WORST customer service in my opinion. read more

Topgolf - Mushio__new way to eat a burrito... Awesome - New American Near Me - Austin, Texas

Great atmosphere and really nice people. The prices to rent a bay seem a bit high, but is offset by the lower-than-expected beer and food prices. They seem to be intentionally overstaffed, so there are lots of people standing around willing to help or chat or give you tips on your swing, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy being there, so everyone is friendly. I suspect I'll be spending a good amount of time here. read more

Neat place but u will be deaf from the music being set to 11! Yes I know that makes me sound old saying the music is too loud! Oh well!

I've never golfed a day in my life but I love this place. Great activity for any kind of group at any time of the day. The food is good event the salads. I would suggest this place for game watching, friends hanging out, any kind of birthday parties or mixers. Great concept lots to do even if you don't want to stand around and hit balls. read more

Excellent concept. Loads of fun. I would definitely go back. Only criticism, the queso is terrible. Literally the worst queso I have ever had. If it hadn't been for that, I would have given five stars. read more

Fun place with tasty upscale appetizers. Try the shrimp and grits. Top golf is possible for any skill level and is an enjoyable way to spend the day with friends. I'll start off by saying I've never played or watched a game of golf in my life and I still had a blast. The way everything is interactive and easy to play a game with the on-screen display is fantastic. The even were able to supply me with with "Lefty Clubs" and both my children "kids size" clubs at no extra charge. The food was very good. The drinks were OK i guess but a bit pricey for the quality of the drink. My biggest complaint would be the parking. Prepare to be waiting and driving in circles for at least 30 minutes unless you plan on paying for valet parking. We will definatey be back in the near future. read more

Great atmosphere, food is good, golf is kinda pricy but fun unless u know the right people.

Great place. Came here after work with a group of 15 and we ended up staying for over 2 hours. Prices are great and during the weekend you can save 50% if you come before 12pm. Overall it was a good experience with good food. read more

This is such a cool place! When my boyfriend first described it to me, I wasn't exactly sure if I'd like it very much, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. It's a super chill place, great to go with a group of friends or family (I took my mom there when she came to visit and she had a blast). It's also kid-friendly, so I definitely recommend family outings to this place if you have kids. Apart from the Golfing, I also enjoyed the lighting, the food, the drinks and the service. read more
