Staff was attentive but not overbearing. Really appreciated how the young woman at the front desk advised us not to get the top floor bay due to the last available not having a great view. read more

I took my Big Brothers Big Sisters Little to Top Golf last night to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of being matched as Big and Little sis. She had never been to Top Golf before so I thought it would be the perfect place to take her. When we arrived there was no wait for 1st floor so we jumped on a bay for that floor. When we got down there I was immediately helped by our bay attendant, Clare. She took our drink order and then brought them out pretty quick. When she came back out she observed that I had a badge and thought I was as teacher. I corrected her and let her know that my little and I were actually apart of BBBS and not a Teacher/Student. Clare got excited and said she thought what we were doing was a good thing and admired that we were in the BBBS program because she's always wanted to be a big. So I ordered appetizers for us next and when Clare brought them out to us she said she had a surprise for us. She brought us some of the Silver Dollar Smores complements of Top Golf as an acknowledgement of us being in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. This made both my little and I feel very special as we never intentionally flaunt our mentorship when we go out for our activities. I wanted to give a major shout out to Clare and also Top Golf for their kindess! I hope to bring my little back soon and that Clare joins the BBBS family :) read more

Totally cool! Great concept! High tech, full bar, great service, good food, friendly & professional staff, energetic ambiance... We were playing our own "game" and kept having to adjust our scores so an employee came out to see why, we told him about our made up game and he was totally cool with it, they only wanted to make sure it wasn't their system that was messing up, which we thought was very cool of them to be concerned with how their system was functioning. If you don't have your own clubs they have them there for both men & women. I noticed there were people there of all skill levels, so it was not intimidating for beginners like me, but still very relevant for seasoned people like my husband. We'll definitely be back, very impressed. read more

Top golf is a lot of fun with a group. It's a great atmosphere. The food is pretty good, a lot better than I expected coming in. The nachos and steak sandwich are delicious. I was really excited about the mushi (Mexican sushi) but was kind of disappointed, it was lackluster. All in all I can't wait to come back. read more

If I could give this place 300 stars I would. Amazing atmosphere, and it helps if you kinda know how to golf a tiny bit, which I don't, but it was still so much fun! Three levels of awesomeness and really helpful servers. Food good. Booze even better... Fun for parties, or just with a few friends! I definitely recommend and can't wait until I can go there again. read more

Ok I am an older guy who can complain easy. But this place is fun. Good food and music. They gave me a "Hero's " card, now I am a member for being a Veteran. Take your friends and it will be a fun time. You hit balls to a lighted target. Compete for points. You sit like in a bowling alley and eat, drink and hit golf balls when it is your turn. They have a putting green which I need to just go and practice. A nice place for a date or with a group of friends. Age really not a factor. Old guy says so. read more

I would not recommend going here during COVID. Sure the game was fun and all of the employees were very nice, but I felt extremely unsafe the entire time I was there. There were people in the bays on either side of us not wearing masks and the only things between us were small plastic barriers between the tables and nothing in between us while we were golfing at the tee. I am not sure if this is to code but even if it is, its the bare minimum and at the height of a pandemic the bare minimum is not acceptable. When I booked the reservation, I assumed it would be a fairly safe activity due to the venue being outside. I did not except there to be large groups directly next to us, and that unmasked people would be less than 6ft apart from each other. My boyfriend and I wore KN95 masks the entire time unless we were seated at the table and eating or drinking to try to minimize our risk, but honestly I would have left from the beginning if I knew other groups would be seated so close to us(they were seated after we had begun). If I knew the lax protocol of TopGolf I would have never visited in the first place. If groups were seated at every other bay this would solve so many of the issues I had! Clearly they are focused on profit over safety. If you have any concerns about spreading COVID do not come here! The game itself was fun and if there wasn't a global pandemic going on I would return again, but after this scary experience it will not be happening anytime soon! read more

I'm not much into golf, but this place is fun. We had a great time smacking the ball around. You don't have to be good at golf to play. The food and drinks were great too. My wife really liked the screwdriver. We'll be going again soon!! read more

We came here with a large party of people and needed to get 3 bays. The wait for it was a lot shorter than expected. We had a great and attentive server. Unfortunately they ran out of a lot of things that night at the bar... which was a little disappointing. However, Top golf is always a fun place to go and hangout with friends especially for those of you who are over the clubbing scene. read more

I've probably been to Top Golf about 4-5 times, I have a $5 membership card and everything. It's an awesome place if you aren't crazy...meaning the third floor is a jumpers paradise... there's a small net in case you fall... they may want to restrict kids from going to the third floor lol. Go with a big group, it's fun, and everyone will have a good time. Yes it's kind of pricey... but that's why you go with a group. There's also alcohol everywhere so I mean you can't beat that. oh and women seem to dress up when they go here...like full face of make up, heels, short dresses... ummmmm take it to 6th ladies... read more

The 5 stars is for food/service only as we didn't try out the golf. Had a small lunch group to catch up on the times and were kind of pressed on time. With that being said we sat in the bar area for lunch. Great menu, great choices and very reasonable prices. Looked for a "lunch" special but didn't see one, might of had one, but we didn't see one if there was. I ordered the Club sandwich and was very pleased.i honestly didn't expect such a large sandwich and it was very filling as well. Kind of made me forget about a lunch special! Others in the group ordered the Club as well as the flatbread pizza. Everyone was pleased with their meal. The service was spot on. It wasn't very busy at the time but I've been to other places in the same situation where the service was very poor. Not here, we were asked several times if we were ok and not just by our server. Not to the point of overkill but just enough. I will be back to try the golf next time and I'm looking forward to bringing the family for a great time. read more

Top golf is a great activity to take friends to who are visiting from out of town especially when it is raining in Austin! We had a great time at top golf today and had an excellent server Justin, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with any questions we had and brought all of our food out correctly and in a timely manner given how large our party was. He was very personable as well. He made our experience a great time! I would recommend top golf as a good place to take any friends to! read more

Went yesterday and was a fun time until we saw some of the personnel in the kitchen were licking their fingers! Gross! Now mind you the woman who did it was a server not actual kitchen staff but since she is handling food, her hands should not be in her mouth. Our waiter was never available unless we tracked him down. When asking another employee to find him, they were flippant with their attitude "He may or may not came back". The game system counted some balls but not all so scoring was not perfect. It was still a fun time hanging with friends but for sure will NEVER order food from here ever again. We did tell someone at Top Golf about the finger licker but do not know what if anything came of it. read more

Manmosas at bangers and then head here to ride the buzz out or keep on drinking til u can't tell if ur hitting the tee or the golf ball but who cares cuz ur havin a good time. Grab 2 lanes and compete with ur friends over shots, makes it competitive and fun. Solid high tech driving range, extra TVs laid out in all the lanes so we got to see lebron get worked by the Celtics so that was a plus in it self. There's AC in the lobby downstairs if u get burnt out and wanna play foosball, pool or shuffle board and the putting area is free just ask for a putter and a ball and kill some time out there if u are early for a reservation read more

I spent my 34th birthday here a party of 10 and we had a ball drunk and playing golf something new service was awesome how ever my waiter A.J. stole $100.00 from me... We had a really high bill but yea he robbed us of 100 and the manager the next day says he's their best but I do not appreciate him stealing an addtl 100.00 What happened: My bill was 525.40 at the end of the night 2 bays 10 ppl mind you prior to me going to my bays I opened and closed a tab of 88.00 at the bar... Between 1140p and 12a AJ brought us the bill and my fiance and his best friend paid the bill 525 and AJ received a 25.00 tip plus 20.00 tip from another person from in my party. He also received an addtl 25 because he swiped his card to start another hr at 11p AJ was a great host he interacted etc... Now after my fiance friend paid the bill of 525 AJ went to my fiance and told him he was 100.00 short... We was drunk but not stupid lol but anyways my fiance handed him 100.00 and continue to leave as he was leaving he ran into his best friend and asked what did he give AJ and he said 525.... So my fiance went back and asked AJ where is the addtl 100 and AJ contained to say he don't have it he can check his pockets !!!(something a guilty person say) at this point my finance is drunk we all are and to avoid conflict and jail we left. Next day Sunday around 5p I call top golf spoke with a manager AMANDA and she states he's her best server blah blah blah okay his service was great not denying that but AJ stole 100.00 from me ams that was not cool at all... She gives me 40.00 dollars ony membership card lol I'm never coming there again .... AJ IS A THEIF I DONT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY ITS THE PRINCIPAL!!!! read more

Pretty fun place to hit golf balls. Even for newbies like me! Very crowded on the weekends. It's definitely a fun group activity.

Was staying at the Domain area, which is walking distance to Top Golf (in case you don't have a car or don't want to pay for an Uber or Lyft). It's my first time visiting a Top Golf, which will cost you a $5 membership fee. I went with a few coworkers after work, which was $45/hour after 5:00pm. split between everyone, it wasn't bad. Really cool spot to relax and just hang out. Food and drinks weren't too expensive. A bucket of 6 beers can range from $20-$30 depending on what you get. Being from New York, this is a pretty good deal in my eyes. My friends and I shared a few appetizers (Pretzel bites, Guac and Chips, Hummus, and Flat Bread) and it was enough for 4 of us for a light snack. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area. read more

Top Golf in Austin has the best customer service I've ever had. Went here with friends and had lunch and drinks. The waitress made some minor mistakes (I'm the type of person to understand no one is perfect) but overall their service was so pleasant I did not even care about the minor mistakes. Fun place to have drinks and pretend you know how to golf. read more

I took my dad and husband for their first visit to Topgolf, and we had a great time! We were expecting there to be quite a bit of a wait, as we wanted to be on the third level, so we went to the bar and got an appetizer and some drinks. Shortly after we got our appetizer, our bay was ready! We had a ton of fun playing and relaxing. It's a great atmosphere, regardless of age! The only thing that I would recommend is for Topgolf to add a way to let the server know you need some assistance. For example, we were having issues adding more time to our bay, and by the time we were able to get our server over to help us, our session had ended, ending our current game. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend and WILL go back! read more

Consistently over charges for time golfing,on my most recent visit, I came with a large group for my friends birthday. My group of 11 brought the overcharges to the employees attention they were not accommodating or understanding even though the error was on their end and not ours. We asked to speak to the manager, dusty, and he was very rude to our group while fixing the overcharge because he said a couple of dollars don't make a significant difference and he had to void all charges and re-ring us up in order to fix. We asked for some sort of compensation and he proceeded to snap at the bday girl and offered no apologies or compensation. I'm very upset at how we were treated especially considering every one of the 11 were over charged 5ish dollars. read more

This was my first time visiting top golf and I actually had a pretty good time. This was a Tuesday night so it wasn't that crowded so we got a spot pretty quickly. I always enjoy a place where you can have activities while you eat/drink and this was that exactly. Although I am terrible at golf, it was still a good time to just have a few drinks with friends in a casual laid back atmosphere. I'm sure this place gets super packed during the weekends so I was glad I went during the week. read more
