Amazing!!! We had so much fun we kept extending our time!!! Perfect for all parties and a great price!!!! The food was great (and a fair price)! They have pool tables and x-box's connected to tvs downstairs so you have something to do as you wait!!!! The service is AMAZING!!!! Half of my family are allergic to nuts, so when we told the waiter, he brought out the chef! The chef even had a menu that listed a bunch of common allergies and what we can and can't have. Then he went through our order and made sure we can eat the food we wanted!!!!!!! Over all, this place was fun and very accommodating!!!!! I would come back any day!!!! read more

Not the place to bring a group. Great concept but don't plan on bringing a large group without a reservation. (And by the way. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone when you pick that option. After two attempts the week prior someone finally answered and said. "Sorry we need 48 hour notice. But for an extra $50 per bay we can still reserve bays for you.!) The check in process was a mess for us. Bunch of teens with no accountability running the process. Told 2 hour wait then got a text in 30 min. Then told sorry that's just one bay. We'll text you when all bays are ready. Then got another text 5 min later for another bay. All in all the fun didn't come close to outweighing the frustration. read more

Good times..food is good and so is the atmosphere. Kids friendly. Great experience with family and friends. My son and husband absolutely loves this place. We had to keep on extending our time to play. Price is good too.. Will be coming back here again. read more

Great place for fun, food and great drinks! If you're not the gold type it's still a great place to go with friends and have fun and kick back and enjoy yourself. They have awesome food and great beer on tap. If you are a fan of gold it's a great place to practice and compete against your buddies! Give it a shot and you won't be let down!! read more

This Top Golf is one of the newest ones. Much more modern than the one in Alexandria (which, in their defense was one of the first ones). 3 levels, modern atmosphere, lots of minigames to try out and fair pricing by the hour for you and your party. Haven't had any issues with staff, but I wish the wait times were a bit shorter. read more

We went to Topgolf for the very first time two weeks ago on Sunday. We had no trouble checking in and getting our table. Service was slow but we were fine since we were having so much fun. Our appetizer came after we had started eating dinner. The hostess had suggested playing for one hour and then increasing the time slot. Once our hour ended, we tried increasing time but kept on getting an error message. We needed help but could not find our server. In the meantime, we were in the middle of eating our dinner, a person came asked us to move into the bar area right away since our time had ended. We would have been understandable if there was a waitlist and our spot was needed. However, it was not a busy time and plenty of spaces were available. Topgolf Manager was not helpful either and we left without finishing our dinner. We had a very good family time but will never go back again due to poor service. read more

Top Golf is a cool place to hang out and have a beer. It can be a bit expense considering you are basically paying to hang out there and drink it's not too bad if you have a good size group. Wait times are long at times but they have a text pager system so you can go over to One Loudoun until a bay is ready. read more

This place is amazing. Great family fun venue. You can go with both small and large groups. It was raining when I went and someone in a golf cart picked me up from the parking lot and took me to the front. The food is great and so is the service. The only thing is this place stays packed so plan accordingly. read more

Went with a few friends to celebrate my bday and it was pretty ok. We got in line to sign up for a bay which didn't take long. After we went to the bar to get drinks while we waited. After our first round we were taken to the bay. We got there and our waitress seemed unenthused to be there but we figured maybe she had a long day. She told us ahead of time there were a few things going on in the kitchen with them canceling orders out so food may take a while. We said thanks and ordered our meals expecting a delay. We went ahead and started our game and our food came out in about 15 minuets. No problem since we only ordered wings and a quesadilla which were so good we decided to order again but had difficulty locating our waitress. A few times different people of our group would look around for her or ask a runner to get her since she was pretty much out of pocket. When did put in other orders but our meals came out wrong. We ordered wings but instead got double quesadillas and a two of the burgers we ordered took about 25 minutes to come out. A few of us ordered different items after we tracked down our waitress. We knew they were having technical issues in the kitchen but after a while we wanted to get food that was other than quesadillas that was brought to our table. At the end of the night we paid for things and got ready to leave. Out waitress came back with cards but one of my friends realized their card was missing. They actually had to go into the management office just to locate our waitress. Apparently she told them they could take this out of the management office and assured them they didn't have the card. My friend had to explain they never received it and the waitress shuffled through some check books to see if it was there. Low and behold it was still in her possession. She passed it to my friend and left if at that. It was a decent experience but overall we may just try another location instead. read more

I was here back in December and had an amazing time. Our bayhost, Ashley did an amazing job. I was told she was let go and that is a shame. I will take my business elsewhere if that is how you treat your staff. read more

Fun but expensive. Best if you go with a group. Understand the whole environment before signing up to be sure you know what you are getting I to. read more

Great venue. A little pricey, but the food is good and except for this last visit, the wait staff was very attentive. Great way to spend an hour or two. read more

Fun atmosphere and delicious chicken and waffles!! Try the donut balls with injectable filling! Both of those are well worth the visit.

This place is pretty awesome and the food/beer is good. Expect about a 2 hour wait if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. Unless you have a large group, you are better off eating before/after you play or you can chose to take a break from golf to eat quickly while the timer on your game ticks away. The idea of paying per game instead of per hour seems much more ideal if they didn't want people to feel like they're wasting golf time by eating but obviously they make more money that way so WHO CARES?? That's what its all about around here, right? read more

Great fun for a night out! Definitely beats bowling and is super fun for late nights during the weekend with friends or a date. Try some of the deserts and ask for a top floor bay. (PS during the colder months the bays are heated by thermal lamps and it's great to get some fresh air while still being comfortable) read more

We held a department event a couple of weeks ago for about 80 people and everyone had a great time. The facility is VERY nice and well maintained. The ambassadors (servers) were awesome. They worked hard to make sure that everyone was well taken care of. We were only there for a couple of hours so we only appetizers and desserts but it was all very good. The only reasons I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is I think management should provide more servers for a group as large as ours. We had three servers for 80 people and I think 4 or 5 would have been better.. And with a group that large we could have used two food stations vs. the one. Minor things that will definitely NOT keep us from coming back. We'll see you again next year. read more

Just got home and I am so furious that I had to write this review. Went to the Ashburn location at 11pm on a Friday night until 1 when it closed. From the start my group of 6 people, 3 couples, were ignored. We sat down at our section and spent 30+ minutes trying to get a waiter to order our food and drink. Each time we would flag someone down they would say, "I'll be right with you," and then weren't seen again. Finally after forever we ordered. Then the machine that places the ball stopped working and a tech guy had to come over. He claimed to give us "30 extra free minutes on the house for the troubles" but I doubt that was even applied since we stayed until closing. Then one of the drink orders were wrong and the waiter forgot 3 meals. He said he would bring the missing meals out quickly. Then the machine stopped working and they had to move us to another section. Once we moved, we did not see our waiter for a long time. You would think they would be notified if their table moved. Finally 2 of the 3 meals were brought at 12:40pm when everyone on our level had cleared out. The waiter brought the checks and I tried telling him that I wanted the Mini Pretzels taken off the bill because they were never brought. He wanted to act like he did not understand despite explaining it to him several times. It was then 12:55 pm when he came back with the Mini Pretzels. I did not want them, I had told him I wanted it taken off the check. I left frustrated because he wanted to pretend like he did not know English and could not help me and security was coming telling us to leave. This business is rude and they have awful service and do not care about the customers. read more

Server's smoke dab devices during their shifts. I am familiar because of my son. YOU NEED A NEW RESPONSIBLE STAFF.

Fun place. Some what on the pricey side for just one person to play golf because of the one hour mini. There is a great roof top lounge and bar area. Also a great place for the family. Another reason for the 4 stars is because the parking lot is either full( which is great for business) or there are not enough parking spaces. I'll let you tell it. But you should absolutely stop through there or have a happy hour for a corporate event. read more

Fun place to check out if you are in the area. Nice facility and friendly staff. If you are a golfer don't pass this place by.

So a bunch of my coworkers and I like to come every Sunday for industry night. It's such a great deal! However the past two Sundays I've ordered the calamari and each time there was a hair in it. To top it off, I'm actually here right now typing this because so much shit has happened in the hour we've been here I don't want to forget it all. We started off our experience sitting at the bar for 15 mins until being told by the barback dude that the bartender is currently on break and he would see what he could do to help us out. She finally came back, got my brothers order, then went to computer and was showing the other bartender stuff on her phone instead of making his drink. When we asked to close out because our bay was ready the brunette rolled her eyes then slammed our checks on the bar. Finally we were brought to our bay where we had to wait another 10-15 mins for someone to activate it. Our server, Kyle B, was really cool when he initially greeted us and started off very helpful but quickly became annoyed with us for no reason. We ended up having a large group so the manager moved half of us to a different bay. By the time last call came up, our server was in our bay. My friend asked if she could order something and he told her "make it fast". Wow. Then he said he could see what he could do, comes back 10 min later at exactly 11:30 and says "sorry the bar is cleaning up and doesn't want to make your order". Are you kidding me? Don't you guys close at 12? I work in a restaurant, HENSE why I come for industry night, and at my restaurant we serve guests until we close no exceptions. Not sure if our crew will be making it out next Sunday, I think we could all agree we need a break from the bad service. I hope they weed out all the bad apples eventually. Shout out to your manager Melissa M for being awesome and accommodating! read more

The customer service and protocol for Covid procedures is absolutely horrendous. Having a supervisor tell you that "7 people in a bay not allowed" when it's family. When the bay next to us had 8 friends next to us that played for an hour. When family is in town and we took 3 hours of our evening to come here for them. Let alone the approach when coming to talk to you about the regulations. We waiting and hour for a table at the bar not being told about this said rule. Since "we have pictures posted everywhere regarding this" why isn't it addressed at check in? Policies and procedures are god awful. The conversation with management wasn't any better just explaining policies that aren't being enforced. I Will be letting everyone I know not to come here we will not be back. Highly dissatisfied with everything. God awful employees as well. They need better training. With the bar tender telling us to squeeze in when evidently it's only "6 people" also not to mention the lobby it fully of people and people waiting outside tell me how that works? read more

This place is so. much. fun. My friends and I have been here a few times, and although we always have a good time, nothing beats our experience last night - this is all thanks to our incredible bay host, Peter and the manager, Dylan! Peter was nothing short of exceptional customer service and great hospitality and Dylan reassured that with all of his assistance - he even gave us some golf tips! The game, food, drinks, music and all were top notch as always, but Peter and Dylan really put a cherry on top of our time here. I could go on and on about them and how much they are assets to this establishment, but to sum it up - this place is the perfect choice for a casual and fun night out. Even if you have to wait an hour (which you usually do if you're going on the weekend), there are multiple bars, delicious food, fire pits, and game lounges that make the wait go by super quick. If you have any say, I highly recommend requesting to be in a bay that Peter is hosting. You can thank me later! We will definitely be frequenting here all summer. THANK YOU, PETER AND DYLAN! read more

Not organized. Not kid friendly on the weekends. They are horrendous at turning over the golf bays. They need the simple restaurant buzzers that light up. 1/3 of the bays are closed off because they aren't working or they don't have the staff. You can't transfer cards from other topgolf locations. If you want to drink at the bat it is fine, but it is not a place to hit golf balls and drink. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, new, and modern. The other top golfs aren't NEARLY as nice. It has three levels, so can accommodate more people. This is about the 10th time we have visited Top Golf in Ashburn, including a party I arranged for my company. Had an amazing time the first 8 times we were there but, most recently, our last two visits didn't go to so well. Toward the end of our session, we were visited and asked if we would like to extent our time; we didn't. Fair enough, but honestly didn't like being warned several times that we had to vacate our booth immediately after the time ran out regardless if we had beer or food on the table. Keep in mind we spend and average of $110 dollars every time we go there. What really was obnoxious was that with five minutes left, the guy came back, warned me again, and then stood there by the computer waiting for our time to expire. My wife and I were trying to finish up our last game. This has happened twice in a row so I assume that this must be their policy. We left feeling rushed and with a bad taste in our mouth. This is not a good business model. read more

Great food, great atmosphere. This is my favorite place to just chill, or compete with my friends.

I went to the topgolf restaurant for lunch and I was ignored for 15 minutes. Then the bartender laughed as I walked out. He said the price was too much for me and the other bartender laughed. I didn't appreciate it and I will not go there ever again. read more

I have to say I was very reluctant to book a party for 12 due to the expense, however the birthday party turned out to be a huge success. The assistant who was there for the full 2 hours was fabulous. Answered any questions, gave the kids a quick tutorial on golfing and just had an overall quick wit about timing as far as food and drinks. Thanks Leon!! With 12 boys there was more than enough food at our individual buffet. I'm only rating it 4 stars because I wasn't guaranteed the the level I wanted (some kids are afraid of heights) and payed up front $498. I was told that if the 2nd level gets completely booked then I'm stuck with the 1st or 3rd level. However got lucky and the 2nd level with 2 bays was available. read more

Me and a couple of friends decided to try out Top Golf last Sunday and we didn't have the best experience. I walked in and went to sign up and purchased a life time membership card (they spelled my last name wrong). Our first waiter, Calvin (who wears a tail) was great! Very social, welcoming and attentive! He had to close out our tab because he was soon to be off. He told us our waiter would be Gabby. Throughout the night we only saw her twice. Once to take our drink and food order. I ordered the Orange dream, which was delicious and an order of fries. The drinks took about 20 minutes to come out! I asked why it took so long and she blamed it on the bartender. Keep in mind it was Sunday night. The place was empty!!! I kept asking her about my order of fries and she kept saying she will check downstairs. The fries took probably 40 minutes! Ridiculous! Overall my experience here wasn't the greatest. I think I'll try Alexandria location first before I return here! read more

Went on a Friday night was told it was an hour wait. Checked back in an hour and was told it would be at least an other hour. Meanwhile we had ordered food that never showed up when we asked the bartender she said we are really busy" after another 15 minutes asked again. She went to kitchen dissapeared for a while came back with food and said someone else had taken it. Unfriendly service all around, unorganized and just a bad vibe. Looked like a nice time if we would have got that far. Left in frustration. Hopefully time will help make it a great Place to hang out. read more

Went here last night and it'd definitely an awesome place. The service could be a little better explaining how new people go about getting a bay. There was a lot of confusion between me and my friends, and even people who had been to the one in alexandria couldn't quite figure it out. Having 2 area booths (one to get the cards if you need one and one to actually get a bay) is kind of confusing. After we got a hole we began playing and flew threw the times. We went with an hour and the 6 of us quickly burned through it and ordered another one. It was also a little confusing at times on the screen how to add people to split the tab, so I actually ended up payinjg for the first hour. The food was okay. We all really liked the beer cheese dip. I ordered the chicken and waffle sliders. The waffles seemed like the frozen kind and the chicken was pretty much a chicken patty. Would be nice if they cooked actual food, but it is what it is I guess! The chili cheese fries were okay. One complaint was price is a little on the high side, but it's not too unreasonable. Definitely a solid 4, and we'll be back. read more

I honestly LOVE topgolf. But the service at this topgolf, bar service for dining ONLY, was seriously the worst I have ever experienced. We waited for 20 minutes to order a drink, 20 more for food, and when we asked the waiter for BBQ sauce, it came literally as we were paying our tab. We asked for a lime for his beer, and the waiter forgot and I had to go to the bar and get one myself. Overall terrible dining experience but LOVE topgolf overall! read more
