Never been here, the treatment on the phone when inquiring about making a visit was the turn off. We were given info they had miniature golf. Whether they do or don't didn't matter, it was care less attitude on the phone was enough to have me boycott this place altogether. So, unwelcoming came pouring out through the phone. We have been to Topgolf's in various other locations and were excited to finally get to try our home location. We were sad to see there were only 2 levels. The bays, also, seemed smaller and it's a tight fit for a larger party (more than 4). The computer at our bay was glitchy and didn't score anything we did for about 30 min of our time there, which was ok because our kids never even noticed, but adults might mind the inconvenience. We let our host know but she seemed unsure of how to remedy the issue so we just let it go. Service was fast and food was your typical fare - nothing delicious but solid. Bay host was quick and took good care of us - overall a very positive experience. Plentiful parking and a nice new facility. We will definitely return! read more

My family and I we're enjoying our night at the bar having conversations And laughing we only had one beer each and then we were told we have to leave. When we asked Michelle and her partner Trace there was no response , they didn't even know what to say except that we have to leave. Top golf you need to have some professional trainings for your staff if they are listening to others conversations and offended because they over heard something that's not their business their job is customer service and keep their biases to their self we were nothing but respectful and just there for a good time. Topgolf is such a great addition to Albuquerque! It's fun for a night with the family or getting together with friends! While I suck miserably at golf I had a blast still trying, having laughs, and making memories with the people I love. Also the food and drinks were INCREDIBLY mouth watering delicious!! I couldn't get enough of the blood orange bourbon mule. Imagine a blood orange cider mixed with a Moscow mule without the bubbly, yum! I tried the white sangria as my second drink, it was good, but I prefer my drinks sweeter. This one tasted more like a fresh picked white peach! Hey if that's your cup of tea have at it!! The macaroni bites, wow. Perfectly bite size, kind of like a mozzarella stick vibe but with a mac n cheese filling - and dip it in the tomato sauce, heavenly! Saved the best for last, the steak tres tacos were my absolute favorite part of everything we ordered! Rich in all flavors!! I devoured them and will definitely be ordering them again. When I arrived they told me I had been bumped another hour and forty five minutes because i was not a platinum member. Came here for a birthday, and we got horrible service from the bartender! She made a huge deal about us getting a glass of water...don't know what the dea there was but it was unnecessary. We were lucky enough to get a reservation on a Tuesday which was the perfect time to go. Not too busy (yet) and perfect weather outside! We started with a couple of pitchers of beer for a party of 6 and some quick bites. Now I'm not too sure if their portioning is standard throughout all Topgolf(s) but I definitely think they need to reevaluate it. Three chicken tender for $12? Absurd. The nachos maybe came with ten chips? Again I'm not sure if they're trying to still figure out the portioning but it was a little pricey for what we received. The pretzel bites were pretty good along with the macaroni bites. They need to work on communicating within each other before coming to the table ten times to let us know one thing instead of getting the answers to our questions then letting us know. Overall we had a decent experience and will give it sometime to work out the kinks. Service was great and they are following all covid guidelines and procedures! read more

I have been to Top Golf facilities in several states and have always enjoyed my time there. This one in ABQ is the horrible. Checked in for a bay and was told they would call me when it was ready. After an hour I asked how much longer it would be and was told it could be several hours. I talked to the manager and told him we were leaving. I was later charged for the cost of a booth on my CC. Topgolf is such an amazing venue unless you are a Platinum member at the Albuquerque location. As a business, we treat our clients to a night out of fun filled excitement and this is such a great place to normally do that. We sign up early to reserve our spot and get there, we order our food, and sadly it comes out fairly late, staffing is definitely an issue and when we ask to extend because their kitchen is behind, mind you we only asked for a half an hour so that we could finish our meals, nope she brought us boxes and said to take it with us. She said I'm sorry....any other venue accommodations for any member is always gracious, this venue is horrible and no matter what you pay per year they honestly don't care. The only true positive is their membership manager Lance, he has been wonderful and takes the time to try to make things right. Many times even as Platinum members we are not put first on their wait list as they promise. Sadly if you are considering Platinum elite membership it is not worth it at this location but our experience with El Paso and Phoenix were awesome and they love their guests! read more

Let me say this, I am not good at Golf. I slice more than some pizza places in town. However, it was a fun time going to TopGolf. Went with my brother and two of my kids. The food was okay, nothing amazing. I know your not going for the food per se, but as a foodie it was alright. Prices weren't bad, especially with the kids meals. I found it to be a good time with the kids even though they made me look good. I will be back, it was a fun family thing to do and it was nice to have something you could do as a family open. Horrible service here! I was in Albuquerque visiting family and we decided to take everyone out to Topgolf thinking it would be a great time, as it usually is at other locations we have visited. First of all, there are dividers between the bays due to Covid protocols, but there was a drunk guy from the next bay that kept coming into our bay, and using vulgar language and would hit the balls at the cart picking up the balls. Management did not do anything about that! Then the guy driving the cart stopped right in front of our bay and stared at pur kids and FLIPPED THEM OFF!!!!! Our kids are all under 18 years old! Then a little while later, we heard a ball hit the cart and people start cheering and saying "yeah", and next thing we know, the tall chubby bald manager comes over and yells at our kids, swipes his card go turn it off and says "you are done! And you will be charged for the whole time!" We still had 30 minutes left! This establishment is awful! Management never talked to the adults in the group once! Nobody was drinking in our bay and we were staying in our own space! I would definitely say that this is not a place to take your family for an enjoyable time! I would NOT recommend and will not return to this location. Oh, by the way, they DID charge me for the entire two hours, which is ridiculous! And also made us feel very embarrassed! Manager Jenny was also so attentive and the whole crew went above and beyond with effort, not only service wise but enduring our fried (the bride) felt completely adored and Special! My first experience with Top Golf was not good because we didn't have a reservation. We decided to give it a second try with reservations and had a blast! We had excellent customer service by Brianna and Alex at the front door who helped to accommodate our having two bays and was able to get them next to each other (I'm thinking we got lucky and had good timing). Daniel was our server and he was great--always there when we needed him. We will definitely be back...but only with a reservation! read more

My family had fun and that's all that matters but the service tonight was terrible. We reserved two bays with 10 people requiring a minimum of $175 on food so you know we were on for atleast $500 (they charge for each bay times two hours of play) . And the waiter was terrible, drinks went unserved food missing and when asked he would stay on the other people in your group have that at your second table and clearly they did not- it was like arguing with the waiter to get my daughter her sprite and then again with one of the kids dinner orders. I would encourage the staff to step up their game especially on the groups events that are so so so costly. Will definitely think twice before doing another event here. Not worth the hassle. I was with a large group using two bays. We grabbed a drink at the bar first then moved outside. Once our time was finished we moved back in for one more drink before leaving. They refused service because one of us had a UK ID. We were confused because we already had a mimosa at the bar and then shared a bucket of beer outside. The manager was rude and actually came and confiscated one of the drinks saying she wrote up our server for not ID'ing us. Our server was awesome and probably thought we were ID'd already since we had drinks. It's just lousy that they wouldn't accept ID when it's from the UK. Not everyone wants to carry around their passport incase of losing or it getting stolen. Especially because he had been served several times already- I think a warning of hey next time make sure you bring your passport would have sufficed instead of coming over and taking drinks away to try and prove a point. read more

We came here to play Top Golf as my daughter was out of town and celebrating her bday with us here in NM. The two very very young ladies were aware that they had a celebration at 1700. They put us in one of the four bays that were reserved for that time We were told that we could play in another bay on second level or downstairs. When the time came we were told we could not just move to another EMPTY bay but had to go to guest services. The older lady was going to give us a bay and the manager, Phillip would not let us have a bay. He told her that we could not play because we already had been here for two hours. We were told it would be an hour wait. We observed the first level was completely empty?! What gives?! read more

This apparently is a spot for the younger population. My husband and I are in our 60's. I wanted to treat him to a birthday gift and from the moment we arrived to the time we left it was apparent we were not the age for attention. I was ignored at the bar while we waited for our bay. It was my husband's birthday and I asked the server about treating my husband for his birthday when I saw the staff make a big deal for another client's birthday and, yes, my husband was given a dessert but no celebration for him. I was told by the server he meant to give my husband "a surprise" but it didn't happen. Then I attempted to pay partially with a gift card my husband had been given for his birthday but they could not process it "because they cannot take Vanilla gift cards." My husband and I are professionals and we have the money but apparently we are nor worthy of full service because we are old and not as exciting as the table next to us with young women. We will never return to this place and if you are older I highly recommend you seek another place for a celebration. read more

They get you to pay thousands of dollars with the promise that you'll have preferred access to the bays and then close reservations for Platinum members so they can keep their money while also getting money from walk ons while platinum members are left without any value for their investment. The place is a joke to make reservations. They must be taking reservations in advance for their online system. They "say" 6am 7 days in advance or is open to make reservations online. Well I tired exactly 5:59 am at 6am hit submit and the selected time was not available. Did this same thing for 3 different time slots which showed availability and got same message "time slot not available. You can't even call to speak to an actual person. Tried that day before and would say to hold them say no one is available to take your call to call back later, which I did. I tried calling several time from 12pm-4pm same thing every time!! read more

I have visited this location on 2 occasions, as well as the Nashville location. I'm a serious golfer and their setup is pretty great. It allows me practice time and my wife, who isn't that crazy about the game, to join me and we both have a lot of fun. On our last visit we decided to grab a bite to eat after our game. Waiter took our order and while we were waiting for it to arrive another employee brought the bill saying we could pay when we were ready. We set it aside while we continued to wait on the food. After delivery and about midway thru the meal the employee who brought the bill rerurned and asked us to pay, stating that she wanted to be able to get us going. By the way there was no one else in the bar area where we ate. I've eaten in a great number of establishments and have never been presented with a bill to pay before the food even arrived. Other than fast food which this definitely was not. I found this practice to be rather rude and for that reason I neglected to tip. If this is the common practice and the way the employees are trained I won't be staying for a meal in any future visits. However I will return for the golfing which my wife and I thoroughly enjoy. read more

This company is literally trying to extort its customer base by 33-50% of the initial price you are quoted for booking a bay for a two hour session. We arrived with a $125 gift card from a local business and after a few drinks, a snack, and two hours of play, in addition to our $125, we were charged an additional $60. Total, $185 for two hours. Our bay hostess and bay managers, could not, and would not, explain the discrepancy, and tried to push us out of our location and asked us if they could keep the receipt showing the payment error. We had to find a manager downstairs, in order to resolve our payment issue where they also could not explain why we were overcharged by more than an additional hour of prime time game play...In addition, you will be asked to tip based off of your entire bill, game play included, not simply the food and drinks that you order. A $30 tab of food and drinks goes to over $150, and they expect you to tip on the later. Also, we showed up for our 3:30-5:30 time slot on Saturday and upon arrival at our bay were only given the option for a 98min slot. Upon us finishing that 98 min time period, still having additional time to play, we had to call a bay hostess over to allow us to access more time, where they tried to charge us an additional fee, even though we were still playing in our 3:30 to 5:30 time slot.
