Thursday night Karaoke. - A lively bar scene with neon signs, a karaoke screen displaying song information, and patrons seated at tables and the bar, some singing or socializing.

Wow, Shay, the server/bartender was very attentive. She paid close attention to my needs and I never had to ask about anything. It's almost like she has generations of experience of serving degenerates, which I really appreciate. 10/10 would recommend.

I would not call this a dive bar. It's more of an affordable, neighborhood bar. Prices are good service excellent. Welcoming. Like I t.

Good place for a few drinks. Not to crowded good pool tables and friendly staff. A little more on the dive side and mom food.

I sat a brief while at the bar before being greeted and later served a "Sandia Sunset" (watermelon, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine) made with vodka (around $12). The views were nice of both the city lights and the silhouettes of the Sandia Mountains. The bar was chic. By all accounts, this place seems to be not a chain and not a franchise either, Brian G. (per your review from 12.14.2025), but an independently-founded and owned bar. When I explored the patio, it was quite windy that night, but I thought I could handle a few swigs next to the smokeless fire pits. Several seating arrangements I went to each had dirty dishes. I didn't like the crowd vibe inside so I just took my drink to my room. I'd definitely visit again, but hopefully next time hand-in-hand with a particular tall dark handsome man.

This time was no different in terms of our server's attention, personality, efficiency, and overall demeanor. V ~ was great and thank you! I am personally giving 3 stars for this bar/restaurant for 2 reasons: 1) the online menu is not updated with prices - I will delve into this more in a minute, and 2) kitchen service was slower than expected. Here is a link to their menu online: https://drive.google.com/file/d/148CplSivVBTXmrWlSO46WytoWdpd0REA/view I got the hard seltzer which was supposed to be $7 but I ended up paying $10 for a can of seltzer. Got 2 and the total without tip with tax was over $21. Seriously! that is friggin outrageous. I would have gotten wine if I wanted to spend that much. TRULY HARD SELTZER | 7 Hard Seltzer | 5.0% ABV Secondly, 7 out of 8 of us ordered food and 1 person had to ask for her crostini 3 or 4 times. Our lovely server did take it off of her check but nontheless, we were all done eating by the time she got her food and she was so gracious about it. Another thing: why can't I make a reservation in advance for a group of more than 4 when the place was clearly not busy at 4 pm on a Tuesday? We make 3 separate reservations for 4 people. This is a social group, and we meetup via MEETUP weekly. People will RSVP and then cancel. We had 12 coming and then 8 showed up. I am not certain we will resturn.

We're kind of snobby about our beer and every. single. beer is solid. I might not like reds that much but this is one that I'd actually drink. The Hefe is solid and delicious without the weird aftertaste and off flavors that 95% of them have. Just a clean, refreshing hefe. The DIPA is delicious and one of my faves. I still stand by that the IPAs here will stand up to any others we have around town and we have some good oens. We stopped in to watch football for a bit and the screens were plentiful, there was lots to do including darts, shuffleboard, and nearly every single game on at once. They've done a lot to the place and I really hope it sticks around - we need a place like this! Beers are super reasonably priced and they have a daily happy hour (including an all day happy hour on Monday!). This is a chill, cool place with lots of seating, lots of parking and ample food options around.

With that said, I am somewhat also disappointed in the non-beer options. One friend of mine is gluten sensitive. So, she can order seltzers or wine, but a glass of wine (which she prefers, is $12 or so -- pretty pricey. I don't drink alcohol and I don't consume sugar, so I can either get water (takes like hose water) or they have a quanine water in a small bottle - 10oz I think and it's about $4 I think (they don't have a menu with prices online). On the plus side, if you like sports then you will like their TVs. Never a cover charge, and you can bring in food from outside since there is no kitchen here. There is plenty of parking. Overall nice place, but the service is sometimes off - usually 1 bartender on week night. In order for me and my pals to return, they need to offer more reasonably priced wine and add more non-alcohol options. Some establishments offer Athletic brand NA which I like. Clausthaler now has a new IPA NA that is wonderful, and something like a canned sparkling water - La Croix would work too.

I first visited around the holidays when I was visiting. Was not a good experience, service was lacking... and I walked away thinking: it's like half Denny's half dive bar... now that I'm living in Abq I was looking for a beer and a bite and because its proximity to where I am staying, returned... and it was not good. Dirty bar top, servers who barely recognize you, standing at the end of bar sucking a lollipop while guests could be helped. Seeing the bar was dirty, they did clean it and got a drink.. asked for a menu; it was disgusting. There was dried food all over it. It was sticky. And badly damaged . The kind of menu you should be ashamed to present. And, after finishing my drink.... and staring into an empty glass as servers walked past me without asking if I wanted - anything... (I asked for a menu because I was hungry. And no one asked if I wanted to order food . ) When the server did ask if I wanted another beer- she finally asked if I wanted to order any food .... "not any longer" I replied.... great location, great promise, But even the sign taped to the front door stating they won't serve you more than 4 drinks... so that means they don't want my business I guess... because I like watching sports at bars.... four beers during a baseball or football game?? So sad...

We ordered some fish and chips as we heard that they were delicious. We also got some red Chile cheese fries and some beef tacquitos. The taquitos tasted like a regular ones you would get from Cotsco. The fish was nothing special. Again it tasted like a frozen fish that was fried up. The best part of that fish was the steak fries. The chile cheese fries would have been better if they used steak fries in my opinion. They also could have seasoned the chile. The waitress was ok, the food runner did come around and ask how the food was. Overall it was average. If you like frozen Sysco food, this is the place for you.

From the moment you find the hidden "bakery" entrance and step inside, it's like being transported into a completely different era--dim lighting, vintage décor, and that perfect moody, upscale speakeasy ambiance. It's the kind of spot that's perfect for a date night, girls' night, or just wanting to feel a little fancy for the evening. Now let's talk drinks--because WOW. Every cocktail feels like a work of art. Beautiful presentation, unique flavor combinations, and clearly crafted with serious attention to detail. You can tell they don't just make drinks here--they create experiences. I also loved that they pair the whole experience with live entertainment! One thing to know: reservations are definitely recommended since it's a smaller, more exclusive space, but honestly, that just makes it feel even more special and intentional. Overall, Teddy Roe's isn't just a bar--it's an experience. If you're looking for somewhere unique, a little mysterious, and full of personality, this place absolutely delivers. I'm not going to give away the trick to it but it was fun. Once inside we got our spot that we held. I didn't see a drink on their menu that I liked that was rum based, so I asked the kind bartender if they could make me one. I only asked that it be alcohol forward, but that I was good if it was a more fruity drink too. They brought me a concoction that was perfect. It's a real nice place. The ornate ceiling and the beautiful bar added to the regal vibes of the place. I would definite recommend Teddy's; it's one of the best speakeasies in town.
