I had a amazing experience for my first time at top golf thank you for the experience

We came here last night to celebrate my sister's birthday. We rented two bays and purchased the Flex Package, which included an extra 30 minutes and a $100 minimum food purchase. As soon as we arrived, the manager came over to introduce himself, explain how everything worked, and let us know our server would be with us shortly. He also mentioned that it was our server's first time handling a large group and asked us to be patient. I really appreciated him being upfront about that because it helped set expectations and made us much more understanding when service wasn't perfect. We had 12 people in our party, and everyone had a good time. The atmosphere was fun, and everyone who ate said the food was good. My only concern was with the gluten-free options. The menu had some items marked as gluten-free, but when I asked our server about them, he told me they "still had a little bit of gluten." When I asked what he meant, he wasn't sure. I asked if he was referring to cross-contamination, and he said he thought so, but he couldn't give me a clear answer. Since I have celiac disease and can't risk eating gluten, I decided not to order any food. I would recommend providing staff with better training on gluten-free options and food allergies so they can confidently answer questions from guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, service was okay, we had a good time, and our family enjoyed celebrating there. read more

Topgolf is always a good time, but this visit was next level--especially with half-off games on Tuesday. Such a great deal and made it even more worth it. We ordered a little bit of everything and every item hit. The chicken sliders were soft, crispy, and full of flavor. The wings came in barbecue, Parmesan, and Asian--each one was really good, but the Asian and Parmesan stood out the most. Perfectly sauced and cooked just right. The chips, queso, and sides were great for sharing. However the queso was cold when they brought it over. The tacos were fresh, well-seasoned, and not soggy at all. The drinks were great! I had a mango margarita with a tajín rim and it was so good. Sweet, a little tangy, and super refreshing. Overall, great vibes, great food, and a fun atmosphere whether you're there to golf or just hang out. The half-off Tuesday just makes it a no-brainer! read more

Had a good time here. The venue is smaller than the average Top Golf I have been too but exact same experience and fun. Service here was really good and very attentive throughout. We did food drinks and 90 minutes of golf which was perfect in time. All in all was a great time once again. read more

My son and I went late morning on a Tuesday and we got a bay right away. Marisa was our server and took great care of us. We ordered the Nacho Average Nachos and they were so tasty!! My family and I go to Top Golf often as my children have found they really enjoy it and it's always a great vibe. We have had a server named Brittany a few times and she has been truly amazing. We visited last night and unfortunately were put in another section and it was eye opening to see the change in service between Brittany and the other servers. Brittany is professional in the sense of keeping the game rolling and being respectful and considerate of our time- making sure food and drinks continue coming out. She is also incredibly personable and amazing with my children. I don't like leaving bad reviews so I won't go into last nights service but it did push me to highlight the exceptional service we have received in the past. read more

Laidback, clean, helpful staff. Visited Topgolf with my wife and a couple of friends. It was my first time at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was quick. We ordered some alcoholic drinks, soda, and teas. Everything came out pretty quick. I also ordered some tasty, salty lemon pepper wings. They were yummy! We also ordered a side of fries that we enjoyed. The golf bay we were sat at were warm because of the very necessary outdoor heaters. It was comfy! Playing the game was fun too of course! read more

My first time here since it opened in 2021 and I live only 5 minutes away. I'm glad I did! It was a beautiful day, the restaurant area was lit up. I sat on their lounges rather than the tables for more comfort. I visited at a slow time, I was the only customer in the restaurant so the bartender was also my server. I ordered the Nachos Average Nacho and was pleasantly surprised! It came out on a black board, much like a charcuterie would. It was artsy, not just thrown on a plate or piled high like other local restaurants do. However, it wasn't made fresh as it is delivered in packages that can be heated. And I'm going back soon! There's ample parking, an elevator to encourage older folks who can't navigate the stairs to visit. I never thought of playing golf but this venue perks my curiosity. We've been to Top Golf in a half dozen states and this one is probably my least favorite, or second to least. The golf part is fun as always, self explanatory and just an awesome time. The service was also good and the staff nice for the most part although when requesting a bay on the top floor on a dead Sunday morning, we weren't afforded any consideration and were on the ground level... still can't figure out why!??? Don't like that there's only 2 levels although I was told it was due to height restrictions. Also didn't like the fact that it was DIRTY! Seat cushions were ripped, tattered and had food or gunk all over them. I wasn't comfortable sitting! Also annoyed that they were OUT of straws!!! What kinda place that serves food/drinks runs out of straws and doesn't fix it?!! Finally, the ball dispensers kept acting up and were super slow to feed balls. Overall, love the concept and the view... just not as nice as I expect of Top Golf for the prices charged. read more

We came in here without much planning ahead of time. We planned to swing by in the afternoon but did not think to make a reservation -- on a Sunday afternoon (or any weekend/holiday), I strongly suggest that you make a reservation. It was busy, but not PACKED. We were initially told it was a 45-60 minute wait, but within 10 minutes they had found a bay for us. This was the first time I played in the bottom level bays of any TopGolf and it was just as fun of an experience -- just different. It's more realistic to real golf, and you're able to still hit the ball as upstairs. So if you're looking at a short wait for the 1st floor, I would not hesitate to take it. I like to play the "Top Score" game, but I learned of the game "Block Party" which was a lot of fun for everyone, even non-golfers. Basically, as long as you hit the ball into the grass, you will be getting points -- I lost 2 of the games to someone that never golfed before, because he was more consistent where the ball went. Highly recommend Block Party for people that do not normally golf. The first server we had was fantastic. She was helpful, quick, and was very personable, joking around with us as she came by to check on us. She made good recommendations for an appetizer (pretzels) which are always a good choice at TopGolf. She swapped out for another waitress a little after halfway through our visit, but the service wasn't as good. The only part of the experience that was less than ideal was when we were abruptly asked to finish our game in 5 minutes, though we still had 30+ minutes on the clock. They had booked the bay for a reservation, but had not given us any heads up in the hour + we had been playing. We had extended the game at the hour mark or so, and had been playing for ~90 minutes when they told us. Every other Top Golf location I have been too, staff will check in before the system asks to extend or immediately after, to make sure your game-play can continue. At this location though, we had played 30 minutes into the extension before any staff came to even acknowledge us -- and it was to tell us to wrap it up. They did provide a very slight discount for the reduction in game play, but it was still a disappointing end to an otherwise great time. read more

Being out of core menu items at 7PM on a Friday is inexcusable (seriously who runs out of chicken strips) furthermore having to wait nearly 30 minutes for left handed clubs started the night on a sour note. MY ADVICE - STAY AWAY!!! Other TopGolfs have been amazing, but Albuquerque is HORRIBLE. Not only was our table not ready on time, they didn't come an get us when it was (the excuse was that the texting system was down and they forgot to come get us). Our appetizers came out 45 minutes after ordering, our main dishes were missing sides and one entire order was missing, and arrived at least 15 minutes before our appetizers. The waiter blamed it on the service staff, the manager blamed it on the kitchen, and our replacement waitress tried her best to make it right, but ultimately did very little to help us as customers. Booked 2 bays for a team building event. Showed up a little early to see if I can order food for the team. Told me I couldn't.....ok, cool I'll wait. Ask them to see if I can add another bay, and they tell me I couldn't, and that I have to go thru a whole avenue for that. What gives, you hardly have anyone here....on a Tuesday morning. His place sucks at customer service. As I'm about to save this, a nice young kid went by and asked if I needed water or anything? OK, I'll change it to 3 stars instead of 1, just for that. read more

They absolutely are NOT able to accommodate large parties unless you pay a $50 fee on top of booking. Since we're a party of 8 we have to pay $50 to grantee us together. Wouldn't that simply be the reason your booking in advance? The $50 doesn't go towards our total it's simply just a fee. The bays only fit 6 people and that's not even comfortably. So don't try to bring more people with you because you will be penalized. Absolutely ridiculous and super upsetting. read more

We reserved a pass in July that gave us the option to purchase a second reservation for $40. So we took it! The time we went in July, it was so fun. We decided to take my son for his birthday. My husband reserved what he thought was a reservation for Saturday at 1:30 pm. It showed a $0 balance due. We arrived and was told the reservation wasn't in the system. My husband had booked it on Sunday! So we asked if we could transfer the reservation to Saturday and they told we could. The waiter told us the game play would come off the ticket when we pointed out it was supposed to be free. We started playing and I ordered a sandtrap martini, which was supposed to come with a salted graham cracker rim. I get my beverage and there is no rim. I asked the waiter and they said "oh yeah, they stopped ordering the salted graham" Cool.. wish you would have mentioned it when I ordered it. When we got done, they tried to charge us for the game time. I pointed out the game play charge and all of a sudden, the waiter had no idea. She got a manager, who then told us it wasn't free because out promotion was Mon-Thur only. Then we show him the email confirmation that SUNDAY was showing free. Then he gets another manager who blames us saying "you didn't tell us it was a free promotion when you asked to switch the reservation" like huh? We thought they could see the reservation. She then said that there reservation system online uses some software system. I told her okay, how were we supposed to know. And she said again that we should have told them it was a promo. Eventually they credited the ticket, but my head is killing me as a result of sitting and arguing. Upsated because the server was nice and food wasn't terrible. read more

We've been regulars at the Topgolf location in El Paso, TX, visiting at least three to five times each year. Every visit, we spend well over $500--and last night (12/13/2025), our group of six (including three kids) spent over $750 for a night we were hoping would be memorable for the right reasons. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the way the manager, JD (stationed on the first floor), responded when we had issues with the computer system not registering our golf balls. Instead of helping us work through the problem, JD seemed visibly irritated and told us there wasn't anything he could do. He expected us to resolve the issue on our own rather than stepping up as a manager and prioritizing customer satisfaction. After much back-and-forth, JD eventually added 30 extra minutes to our overall time, but we had definitely spent well over that dealing with the technical difficulties, and the gesture hardly made up for our lost time and money. What frustrated us most wasn't the money--it was the principle of the matter, especially given our loyalty to this location. We simply wanted to be heard and supported, particularly with kids in our group who were excited for a fun evening. JD's lack of initiative and unwillingness to properly address the problem left us feeling disregarded and undervalued as customers. He failed to demonstrate the professionalism and leadership expected from a manager, especially under pressure. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Topgolf location--particularly if you expect respect and effective customer service when things go wrong. read more

This was my first time here. My family was excited about this family outing. We were thinking, are we going to have fun?! Oh what a surprise it was. Note: you must reserve a spot at least a week in advance. We did just that for this day. We got there early in the morning since there are different tiers/time slots. You can also try and see if they'll take you as a walk in, but reservations are highly recommended. There are 2 ways to get to TopGolf. I decided to take the way that takes you almost to Candeleria. This way takes you to a windy driveway that takes you directly into the lot. Ample amounts of parking. We parked and walked up to the front. Front lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in and we were texted when our bay was ready for us. Once you get the text that your bay is ready, you are directed to your bay. For this day, we had the 1st floor. I've heard the 2nd floor is much better and provides a more beautiful view. I'm hoping the next time we visit we can be on the 2nd floor. But the view itself was pretty cool. We were greeted by our server, Gwen. Who had fantastic customer service! Always there for us with any questions or concerns that we had. She gave us instructions on how to get set up on the computer. She also showed us how to turn on the heater, because it was cold the morning that we visited. She then provided us with a menu. The menu had a good amount of variety. We went ahead and ordered Cheesy Macaroni Bites (which were amazingly delicious!), the Margherita flatbread pizza and a side of tots. After ordering food we were on our way to start our game. This was my first time ever trying to hit golf balls. My husband, who is very familiar with the sport, had to show me and my family how it's done. I'm glad he did, because after a while I was getting used to it. That is what made it so fun!! First time for everything! We stayed for about 2 hours, eating, drinking and having a blast. I'm glad we got a chance to have a good time here. It was definitely a great experience. I hope we can come back again. Thank you! read more

The food is ok and more on the concession side, but you're really there for the entertainment, and on the plus side, they make great drinks. We were there on a Tuesday which is half off, definitely another plus. Make sure to make a reservation because they are pretty busy on Tuesdays. We had a great time playing the angry bird game and even though it was a hot summer day, the misters and fans made it cool and enjoyable. Thanks to you TopGolf staff we will be back!! read more

They also did a little birthday celebration for my two friends, which is why we were there. The food and drinks are always good here and we always have a good time. Our director brought us to TopGolf for a fun team building and a reward for our work with Covid-19 vaccination sites. Some of us hadn't see each other in over a year, because of the shutdown. Finally! After much anticipated, and patiently waiting the long awaited TopGolf opened its doors here in Albuquerque. They would've been open sooner had Covid not ruined it! I'm just happy I finally got to walk through those doors and try it! I had heard they were booked up until April but being the curious creature I am I figured I'd take a gander to see if I could find an opening. Sure glad I did because wouldn't you know there was one for today. Immediately I secured my reservation and called up my dad told him guess where we are going Monday! He was pleased. When you reserve online they send a confirmation to your email then about 30 minutes prior to your appointment they send you a text confirming your reservation. Once you confirm they tell you to wait in your car until you receive your bay assignment. Once you receive it you can head on in! The course was quite beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being a first timer I didn't know my rear from a hole in the ground so I was appreciative that they gave me the run down of the place! Our server was very friendly and helpful. Being a food connoisseur we had to try some of it. We ordered the Cheesy Macaroni Bites and a Classic Burger for each of us! Mine I requested with cheddar and pepper jack cheese. My dad got his with cheddar and green chili. The Cheesy Macaroni bites were a cheese lovers delight! I couldn't get enough of them. Combine it with either the creamy tomato sauce or ranch they were amazing! I tried one with both and it was ok but didn't share the same zaz that you had from dipping them in one individual sauce. The burger was very juicy! Every bite packed a punch! I wish they offered mushrooms as a topping option. The fries were pretty good, reminded me of the restaurant style fries you get at chili's! I was so full by the time I got to the fries I couldn't finish them all. Next time I go I wanna try the nachos! They looked amazing on the TopGolf screens. Overall it was a great fun experience. It is a little pricey averaging to about $12.50 a person per hour. Which isn't bad considering the entertainment but combined with the lifetime membership fee that tacked on another $10 for two people so I ended up spending around $60 after tip just for the two hour session. So pricey but you can't put a price on good old fashioned fun! read more

Top Golf Albuquerque is a good place to have fun with family and friends. I have nothing but positive things to say about their bay hosts and staff. I have been a platinum member for the past 3 years. It is a great place to hit some balls and always appreciate the climate controlled environment. You can hit as many or as few balls as you like with nice people all around! That being said, I don't know that I will be continuing to go to this facility as they have taken away my favorite games...Top Shot, Quick 9 and Top Drive. They have replaced it with more animated children's games and lesser game called Shot Shuffle which is supposed to replace all of my favorites. It is disappointing to say the least. It seems like they are prioritizing children and family games over golfers needs. Go during the day to avoid the party crowds and order the food. It is pretty darned good! Especially the Parmesan boneless wings and pizza! The jury is still out....hoping my games will be brought back.... read more

Been here a couple of times now. The service is really nice and it's a lot of fun. However, drinks and food leave much to be desired. Avoid the buffalo chicken dip- especially if you are on a date. There was so much dehydrated garlic dumped on top and more garlic flavor throughout the dip. It was a lot. The fries were good. The nacho chips were a different texture... a thicker tortilla and not as crunchy. One thing I would reorder is the cheesy macaroni bites, our group finished those very quickly! read more

We came here to play golf and that was the highlight of the entire visit. The staff was very attentive and took care of us in every way shape and form! We had a great time but when we were done hitting the balls, we wanted to grab something to eat so we went inside. Once inside we sat for 20 minutes and that one single person came up to help us take an order for drinks or for food. I looked around to see if there's any staff that we could get their attention and there was literally no one available. So if you want to come here, go outside hit some balls and eat. Visiting some family in New Mexico and was so excited to experience this. Facilities were clean, food was decent, servers were nice.... until my very legal and very up-to-date, not expired California ID was rejected when my mother tried buying me a mimosa, simply on the grounds that it was vertical. It doesn't expire for another 2 years, and it's the Real ID used for domestic air travel, etc. Afterwards, I noticed that this was a recurring thing in some New Mexico spots. I think it's an absolutely ridiculous practice. I'd love an explanation as to why the very same ID I used to get into the state couldn't be accepted at a place within. They don't state this policy anywhere that we could find on the Topgolf website either, so this is just a heads up. They wouldn't take a photo of my passport, either. Also a bit ridiculous that the staff lacked customer service skills/the ability to make good judgment. I understand policy is policy, but sometimes it's okay to simply use your head. Not only am I turning 22 this month, but my credentials are all valid, and the selfsame mother who birthed me was with me-- she was just as confused as I was. It doesn't matter where I am in the world, I was still very much born in '99! Visitors to New Mexico shouldn't have to be indirectly punished for the state's apparent inability to control their widespread problem of serving minors. Sounds like a problem that doesn't include tourists. They comped us a free appetizer, which is the only reason for the 1 star. I didn't even want a drink that badly at first, but the whole ordeal made me want one more than ever! read more
