Our family goes here all the time and visits when in town. This place has delicious food and the golf is very fun.

Visiting some family in New Mexico and was so excited to experience this. Facilities were clean, food was decent, servers were nice.... until my very legal and very up-to-date, not expired California ID was rejected when my mother tried buying me a mimosa, simply on the grounds that it was vertical. It doesn't expire for another 2 years, and it's the Real ID used for domestic air travel, etc. Afterwards, I noticed that this was a recurring thing in some New Mexico spots. I think it's an absolutely ridiculous practice. I'd love an explanation as to why the very same ID I used to get into the state couldn't be accepted at a place within. They don't state this policy anywhere that we could find on the Topgolf website either, so this is just a heads up. They wouldn't take a photo of my passport, either. Also a bit ridiculous that the staff lacked customer service skills/the ability to make good judgment. I understand policy is policy, but sometimes it's okay to simply use your head. Not only am I turning 22 this month, but my credentials are all valid, and the selfsame mother who birthed me was with me-- she was just as confused as I was. It doesn't matter where I am in the world, I was still very much born in '99! Visitors to New Mexico shouldn't have to be indirectly punished for the state's apparent inability to control their widespread problem of serving minors. Sounds like a problem that doesn't include tourists. They comped us a free appetizer, which is the only reason for the 1 star. I didn't even want a drink that badly at first, but the whole ordeal made me want one more than ever! read more

Overall, had a great time here and would definitely come back again. Due to COVID restrictions, playing golf requires a bay reservation, which you can only make up to 7 days in advance. Reservations fill up quickly esp during the day. However, making the reservation on the website was pretty quick and straightforward if there is availability. If you're not playing golf, walk-ins are welcome for the bar/restaurant area. They are also COVID compliant in requiring masks, checking in by text, using plexiglass dividers, putting social distancing stickers on the floor, and closing some tables and bays to allow for distancing between groups. Bays are also limited to 6 pple. - I was really happy with the food and drinks we ordered (I had a mimosa, signature nachos, cheeseburger with fries, and chips and salsa). - Of course, playing top golf was a lot of fun. There are different game styles to pick from, but I stuck with the basic top golf. I used the clubs there, but they also have compartments if you want to bring your own. - Everything was clean and tidy. - Very friendly and attentive staff, cannot emphasize this enough! - A great view of the mountains in the background, which is a bonus. - I did find it on the expensive side, but you can prob find ways to save by limiting food/drink orders or looking on their website for discount offers. read more

I am so glad topgolf finally made its way to Albuquerque! We visited last night and it was wonderful! For any of you that wondered how I got a reservation, I would sporadically check the website to see if there was any open reservations that were available that worked for me. It took me a few tries but I finally was able to make it work! The facility was clean and spacious! Everything was done electronically: the reservation and the check in process. We had a host that met us at our bay to go over rules and facility amenities. Our waitress was amazing and we received our food shortly after we ordered. We ordered nachos, wings, and a burger which they were all delicious! To finish it off we got the injectable donuts. The manager stopped by our bay upon the end of our visit to make sure everything was great. It was a breath of fresh air to have fun during a pandemic! We will definitely be back! read more

We got a newbie in the house! First timer over here! Hey,everyone come look at the new girl! Yup, that was me! I went to my first Topgolf ever! Albeit smack dab in the middle of a nationwide pandemic...it was still a lot of fun. Brand spankin new digs so the place is clean and still has that new car feel. I came at night too so the place was all lit up and funsies! I do recommend coming at night for that extra pizazz. We booked our time online but I think you can also give them a call. Our server did mention that they may be getting close to taking walk-ins so you'll have to just call in to be sure. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and nearly everything is done via text until you get up to your "bay". (Your bay is basically like your lane if you were bowling.) Then a server will come and walk you through setting up your one-time topgolf registration. After that you can select how much time you want to play and once your are coming to the end of your time you can add additional time in similar increments of time. It really is kinda like a night of bowling, but with golf! They have a bunch of different games you can play too if you get tired of the classic topgolf game. I came with a friend but you could easily come with a small group. The drinks were nothing special but I would mention that the well vodka is Tito's, which I wasn't mad atl. We ordered the Mac n Cheese Bites, Wings and a Pepperoni Flatbread. Everything was tasty and pleasing to the eye too! Didn't come out looking like typical bar food. I'm glad Topgolf finally opened in Albuquerque, too bad we're in the middle of a pandemic and there are restrictions. It's pretty hard to get reservations but not impossible, I've been here a handful of times already. I love the concept here. If you don't golf, you'll still have a good time. It's like being at a bowling alley and a driving range at the same time. There are a bunch of different games that you can play, and if you're still not having fun, you can start drinking! The staff here is super friendly and the service is fast. The food is good and the beers are cold, what more could you ask for!! Hopefully, as restrictions ease and occupancy increases, reservations will not be necessary and we can all hang out here! read more

We came and moved upstairs because it was time for our reservation. We had already ordered food downstairs and offered to wait for it to come out and pay so that our server didn't have to figure out the transfer of our check etc because we didnt want to be those people but some things were lost in translation. Our bay host, Abbie, I think (glasses and blonde highlights) was super kind and helpful. Although the mixup on our bill wasn't her fault she did a great job of figuring it out. My only issue was with two of the runners that seemed to be annoyed when I asked them for water. I mean I know food has to be rung in etc etc but they looked so bothered that I interrupted their conversation and told me to ask my host and not them. read more

The food is very very good, my burger was amazing and the fries were okay, they where kind of burnt but the service is good and my server was nice and fast and it's a very nice place they give u your own clubs and can control the AC and it's very pretty at night read more

This was a fun time. I was there with my church group for an exclusive event so we had a reserved area. We did not eat from the menu so I can't really say much for the food. I saw some stuff other folks ordered and it looked awesome. This is a fun way to spend an evening. Take a group if you can; I think it would be pricey for just two people. I highly recommend it. Even if you have never played golf. It was great fun and there are different games you can play. There is a full bar if that's your thing and lounging patios, music, a huge tv and little tv's at all the bays. I had a blast. The waitress and staff I dealt with were very professional helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and stocked well. All around to me coming from a family of golfers it was challenging, competitive, and wholesome fun! I need to go back and try the food for sure. I came to TopGolf for a family and friends event and it was awesome! I am so happy that Albuquerque finally has one! The inside is absolutely amazing and the bays are great. The food was delicious, which I didn't take pictures of except the doughnut holes which come with two different fillings! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun place to golf! First experience here and I loved it! Totally did not expect what I was going to get. Reserved my 5 person party and reccomend doing that in case times get busy and the check in process was efficient! I liked the clean look to the facility and it was more modern. We went back because we already had gift cards that had been purchased and tried going during the day. It was a complete 180 from our last visit, we had issues getting a gift card to work on gloves and two managers came over and immediately helped. We had managers check on us multiple times, and it wasn't because they knew about our previous experience. I didn't tell them about that until after the fact. They also were checking on other tables at the same frequency. The servers were friendly and checked at the perfect frequency, we didn't have to pause game or go on a search for our server. We had issues again with the gift cards, which eventually we realized with the help of one of the managers again what was going wrong, but they made sure to make it right. It was entirely different managers and staff working this time than last time. We had a manager reach out from our previous experience and is supposed to be mailing something to rectify the previous experience, but overall everyone that wasn't working that first night has handled the situation beautifully and made sure we were taken care of. read more

There are so many different games to play that your two hour times flies by. I could go here every weekend if I could. So much laughter, fun and great memories. Was able to try Topgolf yesterday for the first time! We came on half price Tuesday without a reservation (the last few months, it's been hard to find an available reservation or on a night where there's not a 2 hour wait). Coming before noon, there was no wait and a few other true golfers that brought their own clubs in. Several other parties were mostly clumped around us due to staffing. We were told that the bottom level would be easier for first time users, but I'm thinking the top platform would be easy to launch the ball off of. They do birthday party packages and from the looks of it, can hold quite a lot of people. It's outdoors with heaters, making it a nice winter activity too. Our time was started while explaining the rules, so we lost about 5 minutes off of that. On Tuesday's, if you do the hour and a half or two hours starting your reservation before noon, you get the discount. We started with an hour and then decided to get another half hour after noon, so the price increased a little after that. The downside is the $5/ person membership fee, but after the first time you're good to go. I didn't get a chance to take any photos. And while we didn't get to try the food, the prices seemed reasonable and I have heard the food is good. (Next time, the mac n' cheese bites!). TopGolf is always a good time. This one has sections with lounge style couches. We liked that idea, but the couches were pretty dirty, and I started thinking I'd rather sit at a table & chairs that could be cleaned easier. The small coffee table in front of the couches hadn't been cleaned before we sat down and the floor needed a good sweeping. It was a fairly busy Sunday afternoon though so I understand some small things might get overlooked. We only got drinks, no food, drinks were good. Bookings seem to be snatched up by bots online, and then they tell you to download the app... which doesn't let you book more than 3 days in advance. It is Nov. 26th and I can't see the Dec. 1st reservation option because you can't change months. You can join the waitlist or try and walk in. But, to say reservations are full for Sunday at 9 am a week away is just hard to believe. read more

Top golf is definitely fun; the layout is basically the same for every location. I've been to the ABQ location once and the service was good. It was a work team building drill that was well done. So, I recently visited a top golf in Alabama. Good service, food, and an overall good experience. One notable difference that just screams "WTF!?" Their prices are 60-80% less for a bay. Makes no difference of the day....$40 for a Saturday compared to $115 in ABQ? Seriously? Nope, I'm out...you can supply/demand me all day, that's just ridiculous. read more

Our first time visit was eventful! I originally planned to go in the morning, but I had a doctors appointment that went over and had to modify the time to the afternoon. For my afternoon I did not receive an 15 min text to let me know that my bay was ready, but the staff there helped me get up a bay once I got to the front text. The bay we got was on the upper deck and had a pretty view. However, it would've been nice if we were in the middle of the deck instead of being all the way on the right. But I get the first come first serve bay basis. I also wish the staff let me know that they had left handed golf clubs. But other then that we both had fun! The weather was nice in the beginning and got super windy in the end, but the heaters helped keep the area around us warm! read more

My kids absolutely love this place so anytime we come we always order a bunch of drinks for the adults, sodas for the kids and they love the pretzels. My little one says that the pretzels help him with his swing which is pretty funny but after a couple of the pretzels his swing does improve so he might be onto something. LOL. Our bosses at Desert Ridge Dental gave our Team a evening at Top Golf. Fresh air, food, drinks and a fantastic way to spend time with the team. Whether you're an experience golfer or out just to have some fun Top Golf is a great way to spend an evening. We were provided with three bays and a maximum of six individuals at each one. We were quickly provided our drinks and had made arrangements for food to be provided 30 minutes later. The food did not disappoint. We had leftovers to take home. Can't remember the girls name but that's irrelevant because clearly she's a miserable. I walked in with my boyfriends daughter ready to golf I walked up to a girl with blond hair blue eyes and asked if she knew where our lane was then she proceeds to roll her eyes and she says "I don't know try to find it" to which then I decided to get management involved and they were reasonable and gave us a free game which I really appreciated but I won't be coming back most of the staff is very immature and rude. Very silly needs new employees ones that aren't entitled...it's top golf and the employees act like it's more then just that. read more

Took the family here for early evening entertainment and we had a blast. Drinks were fast and tasty, the food came out hot and was delicious. This was all because of the fantastic service from Tori. Tori was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was fast, wonderful to interact with, and timely. At the end of the day it's a driving range but she made sure it was a rememberable experience.
