We paid the 195.00 service call and the 255.00 deposit on Dec 6, 2024. There has been NO communication since. We have emailed and called numerous times and we have had no response. The call center can only transfer your call to DEANS phone, which is worthless since he never answers or calls back. All we want is our deposit back. We do not want his company business. After an initial visit to make the repairs, we found out it would cost another $2K in additional equipment in order to use the fireplace. Through 2 additional calls the price increased to over $7K and it turned out the original quoted repairs were unnecessary! We parted company at that point because Dean had totally lost credibility with us. If you work with this company beware of Dean's poor communication skills and persistent price gouging!
