We're new to the area and have always wanted to try this place. It's tucked in the back a bit, in what seems like an up and coming complex. This was our celebration dinner for our new house! We didn't know it was happy hour, so it was packed when we came in. We sat at the bar and our waitress was awesome! Being as packed as it was I figured it would take awhile for things, but food came fast. And she checked on us quite frequently, but not overwhelmingly. The rolls were very tasty. We got a little bit of everything. The calamari was ok, not much seasoning, but the crab puffs were great (can't go wrong with fried cheese). We got the Big Boy Country roll and Super Crunchy roll to start. We also order some specialty rolls; the Kamille and the Yummy roll, both amazing. To taste the quality of the fish we got the Kazami nigiri (truffle salmon), as well as salmon and yellowtail nigiri. They were very fresh. Music was just loud enough and the lighting was just right. 10/10, loved it here! Great and fun menu choices as well. I want to mention that this was one of the best service I have ever received. What a disaster. Went on a Sunday at around 7:30pm. Restaurant was decently busy considering the size of the restaurant, so already walked in with a patient attitude. Our waitress was serving most tables there, so can't fault her there. She took our drink order after about 10 minutes where we immediately ordered apps. We notified her that my fiancé has a gluten allergy, and she was very accommodating. This was the highlight of the time there unfortunately. After about 20 minutes, we finally get drinks and no apps. I order nigiri because it typically takes about 3-5 minutes to prepare. Another 10 minutes passes, the apps arrive and we order our rolls. We modified them to be gluten free and she had already spoken with the chef. Another 40 minutes passes - nothing. I finally find someone, who I assume is the manager. I ask him to at least check on our nigiri since the wait time has been a little inconsiderate considering I see EVERY other table getting served, and people getting entrees who were seated MUCH after. He comes back and claims that I placed the nigiri order only 15 minutes ago - i correct him and say it had been at least 50 minutes since we had been sitting here for an hour and 15 minutes. He still tries to displace blame - to where I had to get stern and tell him to check on the order. Finally - a roll comes out. Before the nigiri. Oh well, we have food. We eat our roll - it certainly was modified to be gluten free because they only had steamed shrimp and rice. No veggies or sauces despite them being GF. No complaints there though, better safe then sorry. Then the nigiri comes out an additional 15 minutes later. 75 minutes for 4 pieces of nigiri. The manager slams the plate down and goes "here, we took it off the bill too so no worries". His tone come off as dismissive and rude. This is where I wanted to lose my cool but didn't want to cause a scene. The straw the broke the camels back was the 2 other rolls. According to the waitress, our delay was that the chef incorrectly made them, and had to remake them to be gluten free. I asked them to please push it to the front of the line or just give us the check because it had been almost 1:45 hours now. Finally at the 2 hour mark the food comes. I take a bite (thankfully) and realize ALL the rolls had tempura shrimp in them.... One of the rolls we ordered wasn't even supposed to have shrimp - let alone tempura. This is when I lost my cool. My fiancé has a serious condition - and the manager, chef, whomever was simply just careless and tried to get us out at that point because it's now close to closing. I walk over with the plates, let him know that he has done an absolutely horrendous job, and try to give him my credit card. He then starts yelling at the chef and waitress rather than acknowledging me - and finally says "just don't worry about it, go ahead." And points to the door. Rather than flip out - I just walked out. Would give the experience 0 stars if possible. The manager comes Overview: Waitress tried her best Food (that we received) was good. "Manager" was truly awful. Truly truly awful. Placed blame among customer, staff, etc rather than just saying that they messed up. Immature and not good business. Chef doesn't listen or doesn't care about the food they are cooking. My friend owns another Top Sushi location, which he told me the ownership, staff, service, and food get complaints ALL the time. After hearing him say that, I can absolutely understand why. Food is good (from what we received) however the staff make this place utterly useless and impossible to dine. Won't be back when there are so many good sushi spots close by such as Fuji, Bloofin, Blue Fish, and Akashi. read more

This place is new and popular (for good reason). It's clean, well kept and has excellent service. We went at regular dinner time on a weeknight and it wasn't exceptionally packed (actually probably on the slow side). Their happy hour is a steal for their most popular rolls. Service was speedy. We chose to order a few rolls at a time so our table wasn't flooded all at once and could try a few at a time. The sushi bar is open and visible to watch them make your rolls. Or you could sit at the bar in front of them. Our They have your favorite speciality rolls and even simple (kid friendly) rolls. Our waitress brought over chopstick helpers without us even having to ask. Thank you! Not many sushi places have Naruto rolls, but this place does and it's delicious!
