DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask…read moreif the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

They were able to get all 3 done in just a little over 2 hours. An added bonus, they installed my carbon fiber rear spoiler for me for free that's been sitting in my trunk for months. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was to get all 3 mods done. The owner Ed is super easy to work with and very accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome of the mods. I can't stress enough how useful the auto frunk opener/closer is. A very useful addon for anyone with a model 3 or model Y. I'll be coming back for any future Tesla mods or if I'm ever in the market for vinyl wraps or PPF. The type of cars that comes in tells you the quality of work they do.
