But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

The tints really help with the side view mirrors reflecting other car high beams irritating my eyes while driving. I recently returned to get 5 windows tinted on a new car ; excluding the windshield. (Which i think i will be coming back to do soon) ! The staff is professional Mr. Will is very entertaining and knowledgeable about the process. I didn't feel pressured to purchase more than what i intended. Everything is computed in the system and warranty is given. The morning of, I dropped off my car and spoke with Dave. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he's been in the business for awhile. We went through the whole process and what needed to be done: the Sony system installation, connect to my backup camera and steering wheel controls, and replace the 12v cigarette lighter with a dual USB port. Dave let me know that the cigarette lighter replacement might cause some fitting issues, so he walked me through some alternatives if it didn't work out. I came to pick up my car 3 hours later and everything was perfectly installed! The total came out to $428 with tax. There were definitely some cheaper options out there but I felt comfortable knowing that the job would be done correctly the first time here.
