DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask…read moreif the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

Amazing job done by Ron and his associates at Strictly Window Tinting! I'm so glad I found this…read moreplace on Yelp. Ron is very professional. Scheduling an appointment and communication was a breeze. This is how a business should be run. My car was done in less than 2 hours. Plenty of restaurants and stores along Bloomfield Ave to help pass the time. Best part is the very competitive pricing. Was quoted much more in some other business establishments in the Northern NJ area. Please do not hesitate to come to Strictly Window Tinting. I'll definitely recommend my family and friends to come here for window Tints from now on.

The tints really help with the side view mirrors reflecting other car high beams irritating my eyes while driving. I recently returned to get 5 windows tinted on a new car ; excluding the windshield. (Which i think i will be coming back to do soon) ! The staff is professional Mr. Will is very entertaining and knowledgeable about the process. I didn't feel pressured to purchase more than what i intended. Everything is computed in the system and warranty is given. The job took almost 2 hours so i walked around the neighborhood and returned to their customer lounge with Cable Tv ; clean restroom and other amenities. Definitely recommend ! Thank you :)
