He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!).

I had a valley behind my chimney as the house had been expanded at some point. I hired several roof companies thru the years to address chimney and roof leaks. Quick fixes did not solve the problem. Nick explained that the valley needed to be moved past the chimney and constructed a new roof line where needed. The chimney was power washed, repointed and waterproofed. It looks like a new chimney!! The valley is no longer behind the chimney. The price was reasonable for the work involved. The mason work and copper flashing install was done by a craftsman. Everything was put in writing and guaranteed. I highly recommend Supreme Roofing & Chimney.

We had to coordinate with our solar company to remove the panels before David could start and he was wonderful about sticking with that schedule. His crew took care when removing the old roof and had even laid out tarps to make sure the majority of the old nails and such were picked up and not left for our children or dogs to step on. we had an excellent experience with this company and highly recommend them!!

Do not use this roofer. David is unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional…read more I am active duty military and after being restationed I kept my house as a rental property. I am reliant on responsive professionals to help me whenever maintenance issues come up. After my roof leaked, I found David who came to the house to do the repairs. A few months later the exact same leaks occurred again. After multiple text messages, phone calls, and cancellations he finally got out there and charged me several thousand dollars to do additional repairs. He "guaranteed" the roof would not leak again. Less than 6 months later the same exact leak occurred again, this time an emergency leak, he told me the best he could do was go out 6 days later to assess. He said he would bring his brother because he couldn't figure out what the problem was. Except he never showed up, lied about showing up (my tenants were home all day and have cameras), never called after promising, then rescheduled 6 days later. Then it rained again and leaked again. Then when he was supposed to show, he finally told me me after being 8 hours late (and multiple missed calls and texts) that something came up and his phone was dead. He then told me "maybe" he could get there after another 6 days. This would be 3 weeks after the original leaks occurred. He told me he has other customers and basically I was not his priority despite the severity of the leak and the fact that he "fixed" the leak two times before. He will not answer your calls, text messages, and will cancel on you multiple times and give you every excuse in the book. I finally had enough and found someone else to do the repairs. Save yourself the hassle and heart ache and avoid this roofer at all costs!

Turns out, the issue wasn't the roof at all--it was my gutters. Even more importantly, they saved me from a potential $10,000 scam by another contractor trying to sell me on unnecessary roof work, and bad mouthing them, when the whole time it was a clogged gutter. Their integrity and expertise are unmatched, and I'm beyond grateful to have a roofer I can trust. Highly recommend! -The Medford Mulligans

I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side. They will be sending me back my deposit, putting it in the mail tomorrow morning. I just don't think this is good business. And even if they came back and said they would do the job for the original estimate I still would not go with this company. All comments are welcome. Eddie the guy that gave me the estimate called me this morning and apologized for the mistake. Due to the COVID issues, which is like Eddie said is no ones fault everything has gone up tremendously. Even though I have never had work done by this company, I am giving it 5 stars for the Honesty. Another reason why I changed my star rating was because of customer service on the part of Eddie. It was very nice for him to take the time out to call me, and that did mean a lot. I'm just disappointed because at this point I have to put my work off till the spring.

Dennis hopped up on the roof during the estimate, I appreciated that, the other vendors just eyed it from the ground. A1 had copies of their Insurance & license in their packet. The other guys, "yeah, we've got that." Dennis knew a ridgeline vent wouldn't work on my install. The other companies said I had to install it. Everything I read said you don't mix an attic fan with a ridgeline vent. The last company, (Brothers Aluminum) said, "We're a GAF gold installer, 25 year GAF warranty, what do you need to think about." He was so arrogant that when he left I called GAF tech line.
