The other companies said I had to install it. Everything I read said you don't mix an attic fan with a ridgeline vent. The last company, (Brothers Aluminum) said, "We're a GAF gold installer, 25 year GAF warranty, what do you need to think about." He was so arrogant that when he left I called GAF tech line. They said "A1 Roofing is right, Brother's Aluminum is wrong. You don't mix a ridgeline vent and attic fan. We have a technical bulletin on our website."
