Tommy, the owner, responded immediately to a request for a quote on a full rip-down of the old roof and a new installation as well as new gutters. He arrived at exactly the day and time he said he would (which I could not say the same for other quote appointments we set up from other contractors). We received four quotes in all, and although I was a little hesitant about going with the lowest quote, we could not be happier since all his reviews, both on Yelp and Google were nothing less than five star. In addition to removing our entire roof and installing all new as well as new gutters, we also asked him to quote new soffits in the front of our house, a solar roof vent attic fan and a new skylight to replace an old existing one. All work was completed in a day and a half and began exactly when he stated it would. His crew of 10 guys were all very respectful, polite, and highly experienced workers who carefully protected our shrubbery around our house and cleaned up so well afterwards on each day that you didn't even know they had been there. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the services we requested, the quality of the work performed and the value. We had a patio awning affixed to our roof which they carefully removed and reinstalled after the new roof was done at no extra charge. They also removed our DirectTV satellite dish also affixed to the roof. Tommy offered to have it reinstalled after the new roof went on, but we opted to have DIRECTV do it directly so that it is pointing in the correct direction. Shortly after that Tommy called me and said he was booked for Sunday but would come at the end of the day. By 6:00 he called and said he was inside my development. My recommendation don't ask them for a quote and be specific that you may only use them for that one job because if you don't have them do the whole job they will not call you back and play games very unprofessional.

I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side. They will be sending me back my deposit, putting it in the mail tomorrow morning. I just don't think this is good business. And even if they came back and said they would do the job for the original estimate I still would not go with this company. All comments are welcome. Eddie the guy that gave me the estimate called me this morning and apologized for the mistake. Due to the COVID issues, which is like Eddie said is no ones fault everything has gone up tremendously. The screens are separating from the track after 3 years. The windows had cracks in them after a year. For the very high prices we paid I would expect much better quality materials
