BRIGHTSIDE IS TO BE TRUSTED FOR SURE!!! I contacted them late at night and I received a response almost immediately, they answered any questions I had no matter how stupid, quoted everything, and was so quick to get everything done. Bryan was very professional and respectful; he drove to my car, took the damaged tire so I didn't have to worry about it, FOUND A TIRE I NEEDED FOR MY BUDGET, and replaced it WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TOW MY CAR. And this all happened in the span of less than 2 hours (that includes him going to my car, taking off the wheel, going to a store that had my tire on inventory, come back, and put the new tires in). As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, there was never a time I felt that he was mansplaining anything but really just talked to me normally and I understood. He always had my car's best interest in mind and you literally cannot ask for more. I will 10000% call him for future services. And if you get stuck somewhere in Portland area, give Bryan a call and he will get to you without you having to tow!! Please don't be like me and fuck up your tire even more by driving on it while flat lol. Jesse is a lifesaver…read more Last night (Feb 1, 2021), my wife and I just flew back home to Portland and landed around 11pm at night. We parked our car at the airport economy parking lot, and when we reached our car we realized our car battery died and our manual key couldn't even open the door. I called my car insurance provider, and learned I didn't have roadside assistance (my fault), but they said they can locate a nearby locksmith to unlock my car - I accepted their assistance. They said they found someone and he will be there in a hour. A hour goes by, and then it turns out the provider was unable to fulfill my request (after WAITING A HOUR in the cold). I was livid and called back my car insurance policy and they were able to locate another provider, which turned out to be Jesse's Roadside Rescue. Jesse arrived in less than 20 minutes. He provided speedy, efficient, and courteous service. He got my car unlocked and jump started in a few mere minutes. I highly recommend him for any roadside services!

After providing us with a jumpstart through my auto insurance roadside assistance program we went over to AutoZone to buy a new battery and have it installed. Unfortunately with less than an hour remaining before closing time the AutoZone employees refused to install the battery even though it is the company's policy to install 100% of the products that they sell. We ended up calling Nick back and he came out to the AutoZone parking lot to install the battery for us! This was above and beyond. We very much recommend Nick and his service to anyone requiring roadside assistance in the Portland area.

(my fulltime job is on-call, work comes in at any moment) Despite this, Kevin still offered me the best price in Portland and was professional while coordinating what time the tow was to happen. Kevin was honest and maintained fantastic communication throughout the two days of coordinating times. The shop was able to get the car started so I could at least drive it to the next shop.
