Jere planned to cut from the mountain approximately 100 truck-loads of earth and circle my property in the excavation process to achieve the required slope. Preparing property for a mountain home build is challenging, earth is riddled with boulders and shaping the land is much more than sand toys on the beach. From day one, Jere and his team cut and moved earth with precision and speed that was nothing less than amazing. Earth removed, boulders re-located, and landscape aesthetics achieved with perfection. I can't say enough good things about B & E Roofing! Their bid was competitive, to say the least,…read moreand their crew was fast, efficient , and cleaned up extremely well. Before they started we asked B&E for addresses of houses with the roof colors we were considering and they emailed the next day with several local homes with those roof colors. That attention to detail and customer care helped us so much, as you can only guess what the roof color will be on your house based on some small samples! They truly went above and beyond - working 14 hour days to get the roof on and watertight before a big storm forecast for the next day. The foreman came the next morning to do finishing touches, including painting the vent pipes Charcoal to match our new roof! They found some unexpected damage to our copper roofing and had a coppersmith out the same day to repair it. He also fashioned a new copper cap for the cupola where the copper had deteriorated - also unexpected. Turned out to be a tornado warning storm With tons of rain and the roof held up great! I would recommend Amos and B&E Roofing to anyone needing a new roof! A+ job!

Every situation is different and your experience with Class One may be different than ours…read more Based on the insurance estimate, our restoration from a garage fire and interior smoke damage was expected to take approximately 4-6 months to complete. With our project, the majority of work was completed after about 8 months, which was the longest that the insurance would permit our rental housing to be paid. We moved back into the house before some of the final work had been completed. Looking back, scheduling could have been done better to keep the project moving and on schedule. As Class One was a new company when we contracted with them, some sub-contractors had to be vetted and eventually replaced, which added time to the project. Some of the sub-contractors were not of the highest quality or dependable, which led to some of these being replaced during the project. These are the pains of a new business that is growing and expanding. The warranty period after job completion is one year. We had some communication breakdowns during the contract period that led to confusion regarding what was covered under warranty. This was eventually resolved. The owner will work closely with your insurance to insure that all areas that need addressed are included in the restoration.
