No. I then get sat with a young man who then rushes through the service and did not show any care when replicating the original look. it's one thing to say you can't do it, but I feel as if he took it on with arrogance. To sum things up, I am not satisfied. I had a chunk of glue stuck under my nail and the shape does not match the original set. I feel that if he took a couple extra minutes to focus on the detail then I would agree that this service was worth $190 plus tip, but there was no consideration involved and the set only lasted a day. I do work and I've had multiple sets while working where I do and this has never happened. I will not be returning to this nail shop.

I asked a third time and she loudly and rudely said while pointing at my daughter, "I'M TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO.", muttered under her breath, rolled her eyes and walked off. A simple question. All that was needed was a yes or no. I have no idea why someone feels they can be so rude, but be warned if you decide to go here. Usually when I get gel they start to peel after 1.5 weeks and these didn't give me problems for I'd say 2.5 weeks? I came in on a Tuesday night and had two nails chip by Thursday morning. Today I had a significant polish break. This is extremely unfortunate. I can't stop into Bellagio to have them repaired. I'm only in Springfield a couple days per month. Now, I need to get a total dip replacement and it has been less than a week.
