Besides the usual language barrier, I was pleased with the result. I don't feel like they rushed me thru my manicure and they did a nice job. Place itself could use a sweeping. I showed up right on time. The salon was clean and everyone seemed busy. A very nice gentleman greeted me right away, told me to pick a color and guided me to one of the pedicure chairs. He did one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. I'm very happy with how my toenails look and really enjoyed the long massage he gave me. The price was also right - $45. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Swan Nail has SO MANY colors to choose from (I got a gel manicure) and let me tell you these nails lasted so long! I had an appointment with Cherry (one of the owners mind you) and was less than satisfied. I hate to turn situations into a black or white thing but idk how else to take this one....so I'm 5 mins early for my appointment I'm told to go sit next to her station bc she was with another client at the time. Cool, I'm patient. She finished the person she was working on then tell another lady (of the lighter hue) to come sit in her chair . I'm then confused bc I had an appointment. Ok, again I wait.. patience is a virtue... maybe she had an appointment too. ‍ It's now 30 mins past my appointment time. Another lady (of the lighter hue) walk in (no appointment) and said she wanted a brow wax and something else. Cherry then takes the lady to the back and does her brows. I had an appointment... I'm 45 mins past my appointment time now... waiting... I got up and politely walked out. On my way out the door she's walking back up from back with the lady and says oh honey I'm ready now... GIRL BYE! No, thank you! I'll take my business someplace else!

I was very impressed with the ambiance of the place. I've been to other nail salons in Springfield, and this was the nicest I've seen. They also have a great choice of colors. The young gentleman who did my pedi was nice and efficient. I liked the fact they did not try to upsell me; that is something I find so annoying. Overall, it was a nice basic job. I have also been here for an eyebrow wax. I was SO pleased that they have a private room for this. For me, this is a MAJOR plus. The tech did a good job, and I was delighted.I also felt that both services were well-priced. I recommend this place to others.
