This is a very nice nail salon. It is by far the best overall I've been to in Springfield. I went here first for a basic pedicure. I was a walk-in, but I was taken care of promptly. I was very impressed with the ambiance of the place. I've been to other nail salons in Springfield, and this was the nicest I've seen. They also have a great choice of colors. The young gentleman who did my pedi was nice and efficient. I liked the fact they did not try to upsell me; that is something I find so annoying. Overall, it was a nice basic job. I have also been here for an eyebrow wax. I was SO pleased that they have a private room for this. For me, this is a MAJOR plus. The tech did a good job, and I was delighted.I also felt that both services were well-priced. I recommend this place to others. read more

So this is a bit of a buyer beware. I love the salon- it's lovely inside and the staff are attentive. The peppermint pedicure (with "regular" polish) is amazing and I highly recommend. I've been going to the salon every couple weeks all summer. Here's the thing you need to look out for. I had about five manicures over the summer. I got gel polish on my natural nail each time. The first couple times acetone was used to remove and then a metal scraping tool. By about the third visit only a drill tool was used. The metal scraper and the drill were used down to and on my natural nail surface. I didn't realize that was super bad for my nails. Today? My nails are so thin they literally tear and peel. I didn't get gel polish on my last visit and now have to rehab my nails for the next few months. Will I go back? Yes- but I will never get gel polish on my natural nails there again. First, I don't write reviews. This warranted one. The first time we came here, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, our return visit was not. Upon arrival we were told it would be a wait, which would be fine. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of asking if we needed to sign in. The person working at the desk said for my daughter to go pick out polish. I repeated, "okay, but do you want us to sign in?" Without addressing me she said again to my daughter to go pick out polish. I asked a third time and she loudly and rudely said while pointing at my daughter, "I'M TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO.", muttered under her breath, rolled her eyes and walked off. A simple question. All that was needed was a yes or no. I have no idea why someone feels they can be so rude, but be warned if you decide to go here. They may do a nice job with nails, but the desk staff clearly needs to learn some customer service skills. We immediately left and won't be returning. Zero stars if I could. read more

10/10 is the best way to describe this place! Not only is the atmosphere out of this world, but the service will blow you away! Super clean and super classy. They have multiple options for refreshments along with snacks for your time there at the salon. They are tech forward allowing multiple payment options, a loyalty reward system and online booking with pictures of their technicians for easy booking! They have a private room for parties and events so you can stay with the group as well. Absolutely will be coming back and plan on sending everyone I know here. Also--worlds nicest employees! My mom forgot her phone there and they opened the door 20 minutes PAST closing to hand it to her after they picked up a ringing phone 10 minutes past closing as well. Will be a forever customer based on their incredible customer service and phenomenal selection for nail art. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the only place I go locally to get my nails done and the only place I ever recommend. I got my nails done a few weeks ago- just showed them a picture and it was perfect. Went back today and said I just wanted a fill and exactly like last time and showed the same picture. They're not even close to the same. I was in a hurry so I left and came back and hour later and asked them to correct the color. I was told it would be $25 and they couldn't guarantee it would look like the picture. I will never go back. read more

The staff is friendly enough but after 3 attempts at others doing my nails they were crooked beyond belief, shaped differently on each nail, charged me $65 twice for a correction that wasn't corrected. I asked the girl to remove the crooked nails and start over, she wouldn't, they were even more lopsided... I would not recommend this place. It's beautifully decorated and clean with lots of colors to choose from, but they come out crooked and misshaped. Spent $200 on 3 visits and won't ever go back. Their attempt to "make it right" was even worse. Don't waste your money. read more

A birthday present for my granddaughter was a set of acrylic nails. She picked out what she wanted and while the manicurist was putting them on,she and another manicurist were having a conversation in Spanish and commenting how UGLY her nails were. My granddaughter understood everything and left in tears! What a horrible first experience. Rude, bad behavior, and not professional. When I came back to talk to the owner/manager he was nonplussed. I just had to come back to say this. This is literally my first review I've ever had to make. I went in with a couple weeks ago to get my nails done around 1. I asked for Shellac nails because I wanted to keep my long natural nails.. He began drilling my nails and I had never gotten Shellac so I wasn't aware if it was right. He then used the powder with a brush that they use for acrylics. I hated the outcome. Super bulky looking. Just took them off bc somehow they still were on really good and my nails were ripped to shreds absolutely ruined my nail plate. I have to start over on my nail journey now. Let's talk about also how when he did my pedicure he dropped the sugar scrub spoon on the floor and put it back in..I then went to pay after one rough ass massage too and my total was $95! The pedi was like $35 so why were my nails so expensive if I got "shellac".This really was my last straw of going to nails salons. I didn't even take a picture bc they were nothing special. read more

This was the WORST place I've ever gotten my nails done. My nails were slanted after the the tech cut them and I could not get her to straighten them. I did not have her finish but they charged me for a full manicure and didn't care that they were slanted when the "manager" looked at them. Poor customer service, poor cleanliness of tools. Do NOT recommend and will never return. read more
