I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .

I can't even tell you in any other words How wonderful she was. Diane, the owner was quite the hostess and offered a little package of cookies and ice cold water, which was more than most places do. The shop was extremely clean up-to-date wonderful atmosphere where the clients talk to each other and it was an all-around great experience. I showed up right on time. The salon was clean and everyone seemed busy. A very nice gentleman greeted me right away, told me to pick a color and guided me to one of the pedicure chairs. He did one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. I'm very happy with how my toenails look and really enjoyed the long massage he gave me. The price was also right - $45. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Swan Nail has SO MANY colors to choose from (I got a gel manicure) and let me tell you these nails lasted so long! Usually when I get gel they start to peel after 1.5 weeks and these didn't give me problems for I'd say 2.5 weeks? When I went to get my nails done, he first filed down all the color which made my nails burn. So I told him I'd rather dip it in acetone to about filing down my nails. He didn't argue and dipped my nails in acetone. Then when the gel was off. He asked if I wanted manicure, I said sure. He started yanking on my cuticles instead of slowly snipping them off. My cuticles looked worse. I let it go. So then he started putting the color on. I told him he may need a new polish, since he kept getting little debris on my nails. The nail polish bottle he used was old and had a lot of debris inside it. He continued using the same bottle and finished my nails. This is the aftermath. My nails don't look pretty. I am actually going to get a cuticle set and clean up the edges myself and file down the sides. They are friendly. But not as good.
