Her name is Kirsta, friendly, knowledgeable, professional only begin to describe how AMAZING she is. I have curly hair which is difficult to cut and style to meet my high standards. When I went to get my nails done, he first filed down all the color which made my nails burn. So I told him I'd rather dip it in acetone to about filing down my nails. He didn't argue and dipped my nails in acetone. Then when the gel was off. He asked if I wanted manicure, I said sure. He started yanking on my cuticles instead of slowly snipping them off. My cuticles looked worse. I let it go. So then he started putting the color on. I told him he may need a new polish, since he kept getting little debris on my nails. The nail polish bottle he used was old and had a lot of debris inside it. He continued using the same bottle and finished my nails. This is the aftermath. My nails don't look pretty. I am actually going to get a cuticle set and clean up the edges myself and file down the sides. They are friendly. But not as good.

They provide wonderful service, and they offer one if the best pedicures I've ever had. It is a very clean salon, and employees make very noticeable sanitation efforts, including wearing masks. I have never had anything but amazing service here. It is also a very reasonable salon. I can't find many $25 pedicures where I'm from. I will continue to come back.

I had bubbles in the acrylic, no apex, the nails looked horrible for what I was charged and a child could lowkey do them better. They were unsanitary as fuck. THEY ALSO USE MMA in their product, soaking off the nails they gave me took an hour with them filed completely down and cut, the acrylic was legit a gooey goop that any nail tech knows is from MMA and will damage ur nails. My only watch out is they don't soak off gel (I had gel on previously) and only use the tool to scrape off so it hurt my nails. They are very affordable too!

Swan Nail has SO MANY colors to choose from (I got a gel manicure) and let me tell you these nails lasted so long! Usually when I get gel they start to peel after 1.5 weeks and these didn't give me problems for I'd say 2.5 weeks? The atmosphere is warm and inviting and I want to thank Heidi for making me feel so welcome, doing an excellent job, and giving me tips on what to do in Springfield. Next time I'm in Springfield, Swan Nail will be my first stop!
