Maybe the best pedi I've ever had. By far the best foot/leg massage. The man who took care of me took his time and did a great job.

Well when I came to the spa it smell like cigs and it was creeping me out and when we we're getting are toes done she hurt me when she was trimming my nails but I'm he rest of the trip was okay but the wired thing is that they were complimenting me on my height and my looks witch is very weird cause I don't look the best at that time read more

I had a 3pm appointment for a fill-in and pedicure. I arrived at 2:58pm. At 3:20 I inquired when they might be able to begin with no real answer, except "Soon." Clearly i was not going to begin my appointment soon. I finally walked out. Terrible business practice. read more

Never in my life have I had a worse mani/pedi. I could have painted my own nails better with my left hand. The gentleman who painted my toes slopped the paint on quickly with no attention to detail. When I got up to go to get my mani, I accidentally hit my foot on a pedal that was under the table. He then again slipped the paint on and it was all over my skin. The color I chose was a light pink and when the owner came over she told him to add another coat because you could still see the nail. She then took over because she saw how poorly it was done. She painted my nails and when she was finished, again I could still see nail and the paint was slopped all over my skin again. The gentleman then came back over to apply lotion and he only applied it to my palm and arm, not my fingers. I had to pump the lotion on my and apply it myself. After paying I walked outside and noticed there were brushstrokes and bubbles galore in my shellac nail polish on my fingers. I went back inside and I asked them to clean it up, the gentleman started to use a nail file on my skin. From filing it so hard, he made me bleed and when I pointed it out he started to cut the area and file it again! Why would you ever think it's a good idea to apply an abrasive material to an open wound?! My nails now look worse after leaving than when I went in. There is polish all over my cuticles, my finger is cut, and the as you can see was poorly applied to my toes. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone else to go back. read more

This salon is more about quantity than quality. I've been there a few times over the years for pedicures and for me it's just gone downhill. The water was cold, I asked for warmer which she added but it lasted about five minutes and was cold again. I'm not super picky about the massage and such so if you like any more than about 15 seconds this isn't for you. Either the girl I had wasn't trained well or just didn't care but she scraped the skin off my big toe enough to cause it to bleed. Before I knew it she stuck my foot back in the water and now my toe has been infected for over a week. So I'm guessing that minimal spray they do of the tub after each person doesn't disinfect at all. Definitely won't be back. read more

I will not be going back to this nail salon. They barely look at you or talk to you. They are not friendly whatsoever. I got my nails and toes the same color and my nails look horrible. The man told me before I sat for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to check on my nails to see if the were dry or to give me an estimate as to how much longer they just sat and played in their phones and laid in the pedicure chairs.. this is the worst place to go. Save yourself time and money and choose somewhere else! I tipped very well BEFORE he did my nails and they are so thick and smugged and not professionally done. I did not at all get what I paid for. If I could give this place zero stars I would. And this is not the first time I had been there and left unsatisfied. I tried to go back and give them the benefit of the doubt since it had been a few years in between visits. I regret that decision. read more

Most horrible nail salon I have ever been to!!!! My daughter goes there and she likes them. Upon arrival, I asked if they do the DIP. They said they did and assigned an elderly man to me. He didn't even look at me, smile or in any way and knowledge my existence. He was talking very quietly and he was getting frustrated at me because I did not know what he wanted me to do. It was busy, which made even harder to hear him. I was heading out of town the next morning, so I was in a hurry. I didn't look at my nails very well when I left the store. I got home and looked at the mess on my fingers I almost cried. He did not push the cuticles back. The layers of the Polish was taller than my finger. They looked like Lee press on nails from 2 weeks ago. Because they were so thick, soaking in fingernail polish for hours did NOTHING! I tried to hide my hands as much as possible. It looks horrible! I will NEVER EVER go back there! I wish I would have taken a picture of the nails you could see how ridiculously thick they were. I on get a manicure very so often, so this was such a big disappointment. read more
