From my experiences coming to this establishment, they do a really wonderful job with their lash extensions and I highly recommend their services. The only thing that I'm very disappointed about was being blocked and not giving any heads up of why or any reason I wasn't sent any messages or anything I literally had to go in person and find out what the situation was and when I talked to the owner, she didn't really give me a clear answer. It was just one excuse after another of why they didn't want to take me as a client anymore, and I felt like she was just trying to find a reason, even though I was trying to professionally figure out how to fix the situation and when I was talking to her. I was nothing but professional and respectful and apologetic. Also keep in mind. I tip the aesthetician very well and I think she's a great person. I was just caught off guard that I was blocked and had no way to get a hold of someone to where I had to end up coming to the establishment, which is really unprofessional because you're supposed to let someone know if you don't want to take them as clients anymore not make them come to your establishment to find out also another thing that I'm very frustrated and disappointed about is that the owner was trying to falsely accuse me of writing a review that I never wrote about her business .She blames me which doesn't make sense because like I've said earlier when I went to go talk to her about figuring out what the situation was I was nothing but polite, respectful, and apologetic. I would never do such a malicious thing to this business. I think they do a great service. I'm just not ok with how she handled the situation. but the point of this so-called review that was created and apparently this person that so-called created a review made a review about another business that I had no idea about and she contacted them and told them that I wrote the review which is harassment and is against the law and I was in shocked that this person with no proof just randomly is contacting other businesses trying to blame me at fault for something that I had nothing to do with it got to the point to where she kept texting me and I had to ask her politely to stop harassing me because I was tired of being accused of something that I would never do. I've never even left a review of any business of my life. I literally ended up having to reach out to the other business because I finally found out through research what the other business was, and I literally had to tell them that this person was harassing me making false accusations, and if she contacts them again that they should call the police because this is harassment and it's against the law so please know that like I said that they do a wonderful job with lash extensions and the micro needling services, but I'm extremely not OK with being accused of of writing a review that I never wrote about any business, it's extremely wrong and I'm will not be doing business with this company!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The owner uses text to schedule new clients which is the FIRST red flag. After sending my deposit thru cash app of 25.00 I was confirmed on a Friday at 345. On Thursday the owner again text to ask me if I was coming on Friday. I work long hours but responded within 30 min to say yes I will be there to which she replied well we gave your appointment to someone else!!!!!!! They kept my 25.00 and then had the nerve to say well I guess we can still see you..... clearly after being treated so rude the idea of spending 2 hours with someone applying lashes seemed risky at best. Obviously this is how they operate and keeping deposits seems to be their way of making extra money. Beware.... several other qualified options in town. read more

I was really nervous about having my eyebrows microbladed. I had actually planned to go to Chicago or even New York for the procedure- ombré brows at the NY place I consulted were $1700- so you know I was pretty anxious. I decided that was insane and the reviews for Blink looked excellent so I gave it a shot. All I can say is that Leana could seriously work in any upscale New York salon- she's that good! She's an artist really, a very pleasant person additionally but I wouldn't have cared if she'd been a raving beeatch, her work speaks for itself. Could not recommend more highly. read more

I've had several services provided through Blink! Always have been happy with them, I had permanent eyeliner done 2 years ago just had them retouched and I'm very pleased with the outcome!
