Upon arrival we were told it would be a wait, which would be fine. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of asking if we needed to sign in. The person working at the desk said for my daughter to go pick out polish. I repeated, "okay, but do you want us to sign in?" Without addressing me she said again to my daughter to go pick out polish. I asked a third time and she loudly and rudely said while pointing at my daughter, "I'M TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO.", muttered under her breath, rolled her eyes and walked off. A simple question. All that was needed was a yes or no. I have no idea why someone feels they can be so rude, but be warned if you decide to go here. They may do a nice job with nails, but the desk staff clearly needs to learn some customer service skills. We immediately left and won't be returning. Zero stars if I could.

I'm only in Springfield a couple days per month. Now, I need to get a total dip replacement and it has been less than a week. To sum things up, I am not satisfied. I had a chunk of glue stuck under my nail and the shape does not match the original set. I feel that if he took a couple extra minutes to focus on the detail then I would agree that this service was worth $190 plus tip, but there was no consideration involved and the set only lasted a day. I do work and I've had multiple sets while working where I do and this has never happened. I will not be returning to this nail shop.

I mean just horrible! She rings me up and it's 97.00 dollars, I ask what am I paying for cause she sure couldn't do a design? Worst my nails ever looked! The said thing is I tip every time I'm there. Lesson learned! I don't care what price they show you on that book some how when they ring you up, it's a bit much. He's got a knack for gardening and he brings it here to the shop. It makes for a very soothing and relaxing environment. I've had work done by several technicians and the work is always great. I should've done this review earlier but I'm really not trying to give up all my favorites so you'll have to come in and figure out who your favorite technician is. Today my color scheme was purple. Last month I did red. I love the design work, it's not always exact but it's always cute cute cute. I love coming to this place and when my girls are big enough, I'm bringing them too. Thanks all. Oh and I love all of the color options :) Jaleesa even takes special orders for press-on nail kits for special occasions. Definitely will be back every month.
