I live out of town and needed to get my nails redone. It had been four weeks since my last dip and the polish popped off two of my nails.. I came in on a Tuesday night and had two nails chip by Thursday morning. Today I had a significant polish break. This is extremely unfortunate. I can't stop into Bellagio to have them repaired. I'm only in Springfield a couple days per month. Now, I need to get a total dip replacement and it has been less than a week. The nail tech was nice and I appreciate Bellagio was able to accommodate a walk in after 5pm. read more

I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I feel like I need to express my concern. I came here for dip nail mani from out of town, I've never been here before, but needed my nails done for an event. I did a walk in and I had an older woman who was very sweet but unfortunately she filed my nails down so thin that they could bend like a piece of PAPER. The filing tool she used was turning so hot to the touch, my nail bed could feel it and I had to tell her to be gentler. That appt was in July. I recently got my nails done at a more "natural" salon that doesn't use harsh chemicals and my nail tech today said there were obvious rings on my nail bed that were from way over filing. My nails from when Bellagio tech did them were almost hurting after I took my dip off. I wanted to post this because I feel like the tech at Bellagio can harm people and needs to be trained on technique. I will not go back to Bellagio. She also left glue over some parts of my hand that took a few days to come off. She was on and off her phone taking calls so that also didn't add to a great experience. read more

Bellagio is my absolute favorite nail salon in Springfield. Kimmy and Jason are my favorite techs but they all are very good. My nail polish never chips, I rarely break a nail and if I do it's usually my fault lol. They are very sweet and friendly. My daughter and I have tried many, many nail salons and this one by far is the cleanest, nicest and the absolute best service. read more

If I could leave zero, I would. I came here a total of 3 times just to make sure the horrible service was consistent and not just a one off that maybe they were just busy. Everything was always just rushed and did not feel welcomed. I even brought my mom here who is the most understanding person and she left very upset and irritated by the guy who did her manicure. He talked down to her and made her feel bad for asking to fix her nails. Her cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed and her polish just a mess. He didn't even bother to clean it up. My experience has been the same all three times. From the rudeness to the belittling comments and then still being charged full price. They don't even ask you how everything was. I was really excited to come here. My mom and I came for full sets. My moms nail tech split her nail in half and then blamed her for it. They had no customer service and did not ask if she was okay. They still charged her on top of that. My nail tech chose acrylics that were way too wide for my nails and I said something before we got too far in and he just kept going. I got a pedicure manicure today. I asked for extra massage I was willing to pay. The lady that gave me a pedicure was OK. The lady that gave me a manicure did not even give me a massage! Aftermy nails were dry I had to ask three people to help me put my shoes on. The management was very arrogant not very friendly. They charged $1.50 extra for using a Visa card to pay. Additionally, my friend also got a pedicure and manicure. For her manicure which was same as mine, she was charge $15 where is my lady somehow charged me $18 for the same manicure. After having a baby my sisters husband bought her a pedicure. He called and asked for recommendations and we suggested this nail salon. My sister never gets time to pamper herself so this was a big deal. I am furious at how my sister was treated during her appointment. They were rude, water was cold, grabbed her by her arm, and treated her and her friend horribly. My sister is not one to complain or make a scene so she sat and allowed them to treat her so poorly. She left upset and won't be pampering herself again any time soon. I am absolutely furious. Her husband called to talk to a manager and was hung up on. I will NOT be recommending this location to anyone and will offer a warning to anyone considering going here. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews because they paint a clear picture that the service at this location is unacceptable. read more

mannnnn I am still livid. So this what happened...came into the shop abd i told them i didn't want the lady from last time becaue i told her i wanted my nails a little....A LITTLE rounded and pink gel and she squared my nails and put a clear coat. I had already worked a 16 hour shift and got a haircut right after i got off so i was up pretty much 20+ hours and was tired so i let it go. Next time which was yesterday i went and they put me with someone else and this lady did great on the pedicure but AGAIN I had a terrible experience with my manicure. i told her don't cut the sides of my nails and just to round the top a little. Not a lot. A little bit guess what!!...you're correct. She start to file my whole entire nail down..at this point I'm just pissed and ready to go. She says she can fix it. I'm like nah I'm cool. Shes like i can i can blah blah blah. I'm like okay fix it (Idk how you gonna bring my nails back becuae you down sawed them down) SHE BEGANS TO DO THE SAME THING I TOLD HER NOT TO. Horrible experience. Had appts for my daughter, two granddaughters and myself for a girls' afternoon. When we get there they will not let us sit together even though we asked several times. Two of us on one side of the building and two of us on the other side. My 10 year old granddaughter was sitting next to me and she had 3 different people do her pedicure. When someone they liked better ( a regular) would come in they would switch off and give her someone else. Guy doing her heart on two toes messed them up and then told my granddaughter she had messed them up and did not fix them. My daughter nor granddaughters got a massage and we paid full price and it was to be included. To top it off my daughter and my heals were so rough when we left. Worse than when we got there. Not impressed, not recommended and I will not be back. Beautiful place but people working there and service was awful. If this is a high scale salon they have a lot of work to make it that. read more

John the owner is very helpful and always full of recommendation for those of us who don't always know what we want. Eric is great when it comes to the perfect shape for my nails. Completely unprofessional and felt very unwelcome. I was talked about and laughed at between the employees while my pedicure was being painfully completely. You should ALL be aware we are equipped with smart phones that translate your bantering at our expense. We KNOW what you are saying and you should be ashamed! My nails were done without even asking my opinion on anything which were entirely too long for my liking and not the process of dip that I had asked for. My cubicles received very little attention and they looked days grown out before leaving. The manicurist was just as rude as the gentleman doing my pedicure. I've never received straight appalling service in all my years going to a salon. My toe is now infected. I will not recommend. read more

I've gone to this salon twice. The first time I got a dip manicure. The manicure turned out fine... I have definitely had worse dip manicures. Although when I went to a new salon last night they asked if I did the dip myself Now the reason I will not be returning to Bellagio... I recently went in for a deluxe pedicure with shellac polish. The polish job is not up to par, but I couldn't really tell from sitting in the chair and the tech put my socks and shoes on after so I wasn't able to really inspect the nails before I left. The tech did not cover the entire nail and did not file the tip of the nail to be smooth on several nails. So I had to file them at home after my appointment because my toenails kept getting stuck to my socks. Anyway.. now normally I would return to a salon to allow them to fix a bad polish job, but the tech made me incredibly uncomfortable. She kept saying "tickle tickle" when touching my feet and was making shooting sounds and actions towards my feet as well... I also found her putting on my socks and shoes odd. I asked to do it myself several times. I'm told I look young for my age.. I'm 25, but look no less than 16. I just found this behavior extremely off putting. I will not be returning. read more
