Lot of choices, some are the mega beds that have Uv that make the tan last longer, some are bronzing beds which I didn't even know existed. Stopped in Sunday to check the place out and get some information. Even though I didn't have time…read moreto tan, and had not been inside any other tanning facility in the area, I was so impressed by the clean and bright atmosphere, and the young lady behind the counter, I went ahead and purchased my package (which I thought was very reasonable) at that time. They offer no appointments, which helps with the flow, and they seem to be able to get more people in to tan. I've tanned twice, and never waited longer than 5 minutes to get in, so it's hardly an inconvenience. The staff members that I have met are all young, but very professional and informative. I only tan before vacation to prevent burning, so I'm not really an expert on tanning salons, but this place will be my "go to" before I "go" anywhere.

Nice facility, but the manager, Brandy, is just crazy. She put me in a booth for 15 minutes (when I…read morehad asked for 10 minutes). I just got horribly burnt and couldn't take a shower for 2 days. When I got out of the booth, I asked her how many minutes she had put me at. She replied, "well, what did you ask for?". When I told her 10 minutes, her only reply was, "well, mistakes happen". I started walking out and she started SCREAMING at me, "Maam! Maam! Stop right there. I said I was sorry!". I replied to her, you didn't ever say you were sorry, you said mistakes happen. That's hardly the same.

Ashamed to have worked for such a horrifying company. At first I really did enjoy the environment…read more The manager who hired me on was amazing- but she fortunately moved on to amazing opportunities. Your employee contract when hired has you signed on to agree that you will be recorded and watched on your shift, you have to tan and maintain a tan, and if you put in two weeks before working a full year- those last two weeks they have a right to withhold wages. I should've read the ONE yelp review this company had and I should've stayed away. Not only are employees treated poorly and talked down to daily- customers aren't shown respect or kindness. Multiple times did I run into an angry customer and I have tried to problem solve but MANAGEMENT refused to do anything to make the customer happy. I unexpectedly had to submit an immediate resignation due to a promotion at my full time job and I am so glad I got out when I could. It's unfortunate I have been warned by many parties, my last check coming will not be accurate. As an employee, you are unable to call off- even if you're in the hospital they will hunt you down for a doctors note, and if you have a funeral to attend they will ask for an obituary as evidence-- something unfortunate my coworker had to be put thru- someone who has also quit. I will probably following the lead of the Yelp review and former coworkers will be reporting to Dept of Labor. I'm still in shock they're running a business with such poor morals and people skills.

This company has repeatedly taken money out of my account every single month without my permission. Then the corporate owner goes to tell me that they were going to need a letter from my doctor. for one that's a violation of my personal health rights so if anybody has a contract with this company I would highly suggest they pull it because they will continuously steal from you. Corporate is refusing to refund any of my money even though I have not had services from them since October 2020 if this isn't stealing 101 I have no clue what is. and just to make things very clear I have called on this several different times I was told multiple times that this was taken care of in the staff even apologize because they were under new management so I understood shame on me for having trust in a locally owned business! they're basically blaming me because I didn't fill out the paperwork. Not that they're blaming their staff for not getting the consumer me the proper paperwork. Shame on this locally owned corporation. Watch your banking accounts! corporate owner I spoke with her name was Becky. She offered me a $38.50 credit. And they've taken hundreds of dollars out of my account but only want to refund me 38.50 absolutely asinine I filed fraudulent with drawls. The bank told me that I need to get the states attorney involved and to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
