I felt like the he was already angry at me. then I picked a color, we painted it on and he said that was the wrong one. We had to take it off and paint a whole new color. if you knew what color it was why shove the colors in my face. The whole set just felt angry, kept making side comments. I shouldn't have stayed after I saw how dirty the salon was. My dip manicure was misshapen and badly cured (she did not allow the layers to cure completely before doing the next layer). As a result, there were bubbles on some of my nails and the glaze was uneven and dull by day 2. It's been a new owner (Dao's relative) for at least a couple of years. I came because I was an old customer from when she used to work at a different Springfield nail salon. She actually does have talent, but has told me herself before that she is self taught and that she (plus most others at her old salon) are not licensed. I don't know how they get away with working on nails without being legally licensed! I will not be back.

She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .

The shop was extremely clean up-to-date wonderful atmosphere where the clients talk to each other and it was an all-around great experience. I also went to her for a regular wash and style. I never had a hair dresser wash my hair and then put me under a hair dryer and then style with a curling iron. I believe this method of doing hair also contributed to my dry and frizzy hair. I guess she was too cheap to use moose and to lazy to use a blow dryer. I never received any services that were worth the money that I spent at KM Salon. I would not refer anyone to this hair salon.
