I showed a picture of what I wanted and said I'll love it exactly like the picture. I don't know the name of the color I just loved the picture inspiration. the guy that attending to me just shoved the color palette in my face and wanted me to pick my color . I felt like the he was already angry at me. then I picked a color, we painted it on and he said that was the wrong one. We had to take it off and paint a whole new color. if you knew what color it was why shove the colors in my face. The whole set just felt angry, kept making side comments. I was a customer of the salon when Tammy owned it years ago I would take my daughter with me and she would get her nails done. I went back to that nail salon in the summer because I was meeting a friend there because my daughter died in a car accident three weeks before she turned 26 right before Christmas 12/10/2020 and it was devastating to me so going to get my nails done was hard without her. I was very happy with Luke doing my nails but he was not very friendly and he watched a movie on his phone one day and I should have said something because I hated my nails and I did go back a few days later and I told him that I didn't like the nails and I would prefer he not watch a movie when he was doing my nails and he wax rude and then he did my nails again and charged me agai. I was happy that he was quick but he was not a friendly and was constantly talking to all the other employees in their languag. I w drive across town to have Luke do my nails because I did like that he was quick so I made an appointment with him a few days ago and I was only gping straight there and home so I wore a pair of Chanel sunglasses that were very expensive almost 700 dollars and I only wore them if I wasn't going for errands or something but I was having a hard time because it was the 4th anniversary of losong my daughter and in September my mom passed sway after being sick for awhile and that was hard but three weeks later my sister was taken to the hospital and she died from a heart condition we didn't know about and I was shocked that I lost both of them in a month. I put my sunglasses in my hat and put them in my purse and I went to wash my hands when Luke told me to and I heard something hit the floor and turned around and asked him if that was me and he said no he dropped something and I trusted him and then I paid and tipped him 12 dollars I was the only person that was in the salon exce for a older lady that came in a few minutes after me and she was on the other side of the room. I went to my car and went to put on my sunglasses and they were not in my hat and I was freaking out and went back inside and asked if he had seen them but he said no I looked everywhere I had been and I didn't find them. I called when I got home and ask him to please look around for them. I realized that sound of something hitting the floor was my sunglasses I had knocked my purse over when I went to wash my hands and he had taken them. I was so upset that he would do that to me after everything I had been through I called the next day and he said that I could come look around and of course he would say that because my glasses were at his house and I called the next day and talked to the owner about the situation and she said I could come look for them. They were black sunglasses that had the Chanel logo on both sides and I am sure his wife will be thrilled about getting my glasses I am so sad that he would do that to me I never thought he would but I went straight there and used the bathroom and I put the glasses in my hat and both in my purse and I am positive that he has them and its sad that he is the kind of person that steals from a customer so I would not go to that salon unless you want to deal with that type of behavior read more

All I can say is that if you're into acrylics go see Luke! He is incredible. You should definitely check out his Instagram because his work is unparalleled in Springfield. He really knows what he's doing and he pays very close attention to detail. I am a bit of a stickler for my acrylic nails to have the right shape and Luke gets it. Worst pedicure experience of my life. The tech made my toe bleed for starters. And then painted them with gel color and didn't dry them with the uv lamp so they never dried and now my toes look awful and I'm going to have to do them myself. This place is definitely not #1. Initially, I thought to give this place 1 star because of how bad my manicure came out just a day after getting them done but there's potential for some of the nail techs here. Luke is great at long flashy and pretty designed artificial nails, follow his insta, but coming here for a regular shellac/no-chip manicure... will not do again. My manicure has lasted less than 24 hours with one of my nail being completed peeled off and many of the paint lifting on different fingers. Also, a sloppy job with lots of air bubbles left in my nails. Same with the pedicure, lots of extra paint left on my skin arnd my toe-nail. Overall, would not come back for anything basic but if looking to do something special with acrylics, I'd give it a try. read more

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just had a fill and full pedi done here for the first time. Made an appt for 430, was 10 min early and they had me in the pedi chair as I walked in the door. Started on my Mani about half way through pedi and I was done and out the door in about 1 hr 15 min! Amazing! The atmosphere is great, relaxing and happy. I went to this location on 7/2 for a no chip manicure. The shop was very busy as I figured Friday before a holiday. I walked in and noted my place in line. Another person and her daughter walked in and one of the ladies was about to have them take a seat instead of me ; I spoke up quickly to let them know I was next. The nail tech that was assisting me was worried about getting people in and out. She didn't take much time to file and buff my nails. Didn't ask if I wanted them cut either. The lengths were all a bit different and not uniform. She was working so fast at applying the polish that she was missing small spots on the corners and edges of my nails. As well they did not make sure all the polish I had on before this was completely off, so their are still small bits of black around my cuticles. Not 5 days after I got the no chip I had a part of the polish chip I went back and had it fixed and left. LIARS!! And UNPROFESSIONAL!! Didn't even get the chance to get my nails done. I walked in and asked for the man who does the nails they post to Google. He was there sitting on the floor on his phone. They tried going back and forth with me trying to convince me to let someone else do my nails but that's a NO! They don't even post anyone else's work which lets me know he's the only one who knows what they're doing. Then they tried to switch up the story saying the person had an appointment. So they're LIARS!! NEVER NOT ONE TIME did they say he only worked by appointments or that I needed one. Especially since I've been there before with NO APPOINTMENT and been serviced by him! And the door says WALK INS! Plus I would have simply made one if that was the case. Also if it was appointment only and whoever had called before I walked in hadn't called he would have taken me as a walk in. So don't try that lie! Hey if you don't want to make money I will most definitely take it elsewhere. I hope whoever they decided to wait for shows up and pays and tips well. Because I would have like I did the last time. I have been here a few times now, and they were great until recently so I am giving them an average rating of all my visits. They have a kid's pedicure chair which is really adorable. The staff have been nice and they have done a great job with my nails until my most recent visit. The technician scrubbed far too much of my toes off and I was left with a red sore on the side of each of my feet! My nails were clipped unevenly and they buffed my nail until it was damaged after I had just finished growing out some damage from another salon. read more

This is the 2nd time I tried this place because my daughter had a good experience last time even though I did not. She was happy with both but I wasn't with either. My 1st visit was to get my fingernails dipped. My nails were definitely darker on 1 hand and 1 nail popped off 2 days later. Today, I got my toes painted and it looks like a child did both the clipping and the painting. She used a cotton ball to try to get the polish of the surrounding skin but they still look bad.
