I showed up right on time. The salon was clean and everyone seemed busy. A very nice gentleman greeted me right away, told me to pick a color and guided me to one of the pedicure chairs. He did one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. I'm very happy with how my toenails look and really enjoyed the long massage he gave me. The price was also right - $45. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I had my nail chip a day later and immediately called and asked to get it fixed. I was told I could get it fixed free of charge. Awesome right?! No. I then get sat with a young man who then rushes through the service and did not show any care when replicating the original look. it's one thing to say you can't do it, but I feel as if he took it on with arrogance. To sum things up, I am not satisfied. I had a chunk of glue stuck under my nail and the shape does not match the original set. I feel that if he took a couple extra minutes to focus on the detail then I would agree that this service was worth $190 plus tip, but there was no consideration involved and the set only lasted a day. I do work and I've had multiple sets while working where I do and this has never happened. I will not be returning to this nail shop.

I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .

Swan Nail has SO MANY colors to choose from (I got a gel manicure) and let me tell you these nails lasted so long! Usually when I get gel they start to peel after 1.5 weeks and these didn't give me problems for I'd say 2.5 weeks? The atmosphere is warm and inviting and I want to thank Heidi for making me feel so welcome, doing an excellent job, and giving me tips on what to do in Springfield.
