Stopped by to pick up a prescription at the drive-thru around 3:30. There were five cars in line…read morealready, so I should have kept driving, but I had time, so I got in line. Figured I could wait. There was absolutely no movement and eventually one of the cars in front of me left. After several minutes, another left. There were now four of us. I finally had to leave as well, leaving three cars, all of which had been there when I first arrived. The car at the window had a lady just sitting there on her phone and there was no one at the window. I figured I'd come back in the evening. They closed at 8:00 that day, so I drove over around 7:00, arriving at 7:05. I was so excited to see no one in line until I pulled up to the window. There was a sign saying there was no pharmacist on duty. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow. Honestly, if there were a CVS closer to my house, I'd switch in an instant.

I had such an issue and the pharmacist Lisa at Chatham took time out of her busy schedule to rectify my situation... Lisa deserves a big shout out because she was amazing taking care of the issue I was dealing with for almost a month... If you experience a problem with the call center, try to talk to the actual pharmacy or pharmacist Tech they are truly amazing and I hope people realize that the call center is not through the pharmacy... I actually had a lady through the call center yell at me and was very rude... But Lisa went above and beyond to help me. I despise having to "babysit " Walgreens and make sure they don't try to sneak in an expensive "partial order," when I really need my diabetic supplies. As much as I try to avoid Walmart pharmacy, I know they will have what I need, and I don't have to risk my life waiting for a shipment to come in. Walmart is "eating Walgreens' lunch" in the atena of providing medical supplies which is pretty much all that Walgreens does!

There's a cashier that I think should evaluate her customer service as she always looks at every product we buy and comments on it and sometimes it feels inappropriate. Oh well! Only complaint would be in the cosmetics department there's a woman who asks "What do you need help finding?" And it's just a bit odd as I never need help finding anything, so I'm not really sure how to answer it besides saying, "Nothing!" Sometimes I feel like she's trying to be a bit too helpful, if you know what I mean.
