After feeling bad for about for several years and going through a very stressful situation..I…read morecouldn't feel much hope of continuing on with my life. Every part of my body hurt. My brain wouldn't work at all. I could barely get up out of a chair, my whole body hurt so bad. Each day was a terrible struggle. I remembered a friend once mentioned 'The Medicine Shoppe' and they were advertising on the radio at that time about a wellness program. I figured I might as well give it a try. I set up an appointment with the pharmacist ' Beaux Cole'. He was considerate and very forthcoming about helping me get well. I took one of their wellness test. The results indicated that my body was in severe depletion of the required balance of vitamins, nutrients, etc. to function normally. I was put on a regiment of homeopathic remedies (vitamins, etc.) that met my personal needs. It's been six months since I took the wellness test and started a very simple wellness program. I cut out all unhealthy foods. Refined sugars, flours, etc. I am so excited to say, that I feel the best I have in 10 years. It is such a wonderful feeling to wake up and be excited about another day and what I can get done now. Life is lovely again.

I am a stickler for good customer service. Nothing irritates me more than being in a store, asking…read morean employee for help, and having them be obvious about having no desire to help me. I just got off the phone with Jacob from this store. I was looking for a very specific make up brush that I've been having trouble locating. There was no one working in the cosmetics department today and Jacob happened to be the store associate to pick up my call. I am not sure which department he is actually with. He was so nice on the phone and he went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. He wrote down what I was looking for. Went over to the department to look for it. Came back with 3 brushes of the brand I was looking for, when we decided that none of these were it, he made another trip over to look again. He discovered they carry it, and were currently out of stock. He then offered to look in the computer to see what store carried it. When he discovered that it wasn't really helpful, he then offered to call a few store and have them loo for it by its number. (I did not as him to do this! LOL) He was so kind and patient and was the epitome of good customer service. I sat right down with my phone to write this review. I am so thankful to him for his help. I hope the store realizes that they have a star employee n their midst. I know all of this was over a silly make up brush, which make this experience all that more special. Most people would have just said "nope, don't have it, sorry." And that would have been it. So, Thanks Jacob. You deserve a raise!
