I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .

The two stylist were beyond rude to the bride and myself. They told the Bride it was "impossible to achieve the style she wanted because she had to much hair!" The lady doing my hair told me the pic i wanted was also impossible BC of the way my head was shaped???? I was stunned by how rude these people were. After the lady butchered my head I had to completely redo my hair on my own. She charged me 50 dollars for an up-do BC she had to curl my hair! The lady doing to brides hair told her she didn't have time to finish her BC there was "someone waiting for her in her chair, that she would come back to her in a while". Thank God for our photographer who came to the rescue and did the exact style the bride wanted! WEIRD That a photographer can do a simple style but not a hair stylist? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Usually when I get gel they start to peel after 1.5 weeks and these didn't give me problems for I'd say 2.5 weeks? The atmosphere is warm and inviting and I want to thank Heidi for making me feel so welcome, doing an excellent job, and giving me tips on what to do in Springfield. I shouldn't have stayed after I saw how dirty the salon was. My dip manicure was misshapen and badly cured (she did not allow the layers to cure completely before doing the next layer). As a result, there were bubbles on some of my nails and the glaze was uneven and dull by day 2. It's been a new owner (Dao's relative) for at least a couple of years. I came because I was an old customer from when she used to work at a different Springfield nail salon. She actually does have talent, but has told me herself before that she is self taught and that she (plus most others at her old salon) are not licensed. I don't know how they get away with working on nails without being legally licensed! I will not be back.
