I had such an issue and the pharmacist Lisa at Chatham took time out of her busy schedule to rectify my situation... Lisa deserves a big shout out because she was amazing taking care of the issue I was dealing with for almost a month... If you experience a problem with the call center, try to talk to the actual pharmacy or pharmacist Tech they are truly amazing and I hope people realize that the call center is not through the pharmacy... I actually had a lady through the call center yell at me and was very rude... But Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Please remember this whatever you were calling Walgreen pharmacy sometimes you do not always get a hold of an actual individual who is at the location.

I know the medication I am trying to get is hard to come by, but I wish I knew their new policy. I just lost another week because I didn't realize it was canceled! Most are helpful but there a couple rough pharmacy employees I don't care for. This has to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever gone to. I always had an issue with my order. Always. I was once given someone else's medication (via the slide drawer at drive through). The cashier sheepishly asked for it back when I said, "this isn't mine!" Overall one star for awfully slow service
