I have had only a few very bad dental experiences in my life, but those few experiences can still instill fear into me, even now as an adult! It's a breath of fresh air to be able to come into the office, and actually feel relaxed and comfortable here at Ruggless Dental, despite my past "scares". The staff, literally all of them, are so sweet and amazing- and extremely quick to comfort if you feel uneasy! Not once are you ever confused about finances or billing here, either. The staff are great at expressing those throughout the care options given, which takes away about 50% of the stress, I would say! LONG REVIEW SHORT: I would, and do, 100% recommend Ruggless Dental! The entire atmosphere, alone, is welcoming and comforting- it really is the best dental experience of my life- and I am *terrified* of the dentist

The only thing that I'm very disappointed about was being blocked and not giving any heads up of why or any reason I wasn't sent any messages or anything I literally had to go in person and find out what the situation was and when I talked to the owner, she didn't really give me a clear answer. It was just one excuse after another of why they didn't want to take me as a client anymore, and I felt like she was just trying to find a reason, even though I was trying to professionally figure out how to fix the situation and when I was talking to her. I was nothing but professional and respectful and apologetic. Also keep in mind. I tip the aesthetician very well and I think she's a great person. I was just caught off guard that I was blocked and had no way to get a hold of someone to where I had to end up coming to the establishment, which is really unprofessional because you're supposed to let someone know if you don't want to take them as clients anymore not make them come to your establishment to find out also another thing that I'm very frustrated and disappointed about is that the owner was trying to falsely accuse me of writing a review that I never wrote about her business .She blames me which doesn't make sense because like I've said earlier when I went to go talk to her about figuring out what the situation was I was nothing but polite, respectful, and apologetic. I would never do such a malicious thing to this business. I think they do a great service. I'm just not ok with how she handled the situation. but the point of this so-called review that was created and apparently this person that so-called created a review made a review about another business that I had no idea about and she contacted them and told them that I wrote the review which is harassment and is against the law and I was in shocked that this person with no proof just randomly is contacting other businesses trying to blame me at fault for something that I had nothing to do with it got to the point to where she kept texting me and I had to ask her politely to stop harassing me because I was tired of being accused of something that I would never do. I've never even left a review of any business of my life. I literally ended up having to reach out to the other business because I finally found out through research what the other business was, and I literally had to tell them that this person was harassing me making false accusations, and if she contacts them again that they should call the police because this is harassment and it's against the law so please know that like I said that they do a wonderful job with lash extensions and the micro needling services, but I'm extremely not OK with being accused of of writing a review that I never wrote about any business, it's extremely wrong and I'm will not be doing business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!

On Thursday the owner again text to ask me if I was coming on Friday. I work long hours but responded within 30 min to say yes I will be there to which she replied well we gave your appointment to someone else!!!!!!! They kept my 25.00 and then had the nerve to say well I guess we can still see you..... clearly after being treated so rude the idea of spending 2 hours with someone applying lashes seemed risky at best. Obviously this is how they operate and keeping deposits seems to be their way of making extra money. Beware.... several other qualified options in town.

I didn't Dee resent reviews so I thought I'd chime in. I seen mostly pictures of wigs/hair, but…read morethere is so much more almost and possibly too much more. They have nearly every other hair product you may or may not find at Walmart. Most hair accessories to make hair accessories with. Some bling at reasonable to cheap prices. Make up, nail products, and eye lashes. I particularly like the assortment of cosmetic contacts to chose from. (Non prescription). Talk about wigs and hair colors. I can bleach my own hair and safely color it using YouTube video tutorials. And spend less than 10$ and my time. I think the owners are not very knowledgeable and just buy and pack the store to make money. But if you kno what you want I would check it out. There's stuff for men but it's mostly tailored to woman and stylists. If you need helped you will have to ask for it if one of the 3 people there working are not busy. If you want a wig and it's unavailable in the back they discount the floor model. Trendy clothes are pricey . If you and your friends need matching attire that's where to look. Some 80s styles also slouch socks hats and scarves to bandana. And oils ove all kinds for hair n skin. And some flashy shoes that may have been bedazzled. It can be overwhelming but it's definitely a place to check out atleast once if you're not finding what you need and can't wait for Amazon or Temu to deliver . lol oh they don't use the rewords stuff and returns are not so easy if at all. Also cash or credit/atm cards ok but not (link card.Cash part not food ) things not marked they just tell you a price. I call that haggle price. Ok I think you got a better picture here. I'll add pics next time I go and get them.
