I tried a 90 min Ashiatsu massage for the first time ever and realized about 10 min in that I could not do that type of massage for 90 min so I asked if she could do a combo- 30 min Ashiatsu and 60 min regular and she accommodated with no problems. I would make this a monthly priority if I lived here, but unfortunately I am down here for a conference. But if I ever make it back here I will definitely make sure I book with Ami here! read more

They both (Cindy and I didn't catch the name of the male colleague) really got in there and worked out quite a few knots on both of us. Especially in the upper back and hip areas. Great massage. I came in all tense and had a lot of pain in my arms, neck, and back. About an hour after the massage i felt no pain and felt like someone took about 500 pounds off my shoulders. I'll be real, they give good massages. I came in before and settled with hair a massage for 90 minute in earlier hours. It was perfect. Second time I went in for a 2 hour massage with cupping and grasting. I wanted to feel relaxed and enjoy my massage. I booked the appointment for 6 and even confirmed if it was ok considering the fact that It was close to closing time and even was willing to compromise and get a 90 minute massage. They insisted I do a 2 hour massage. For the first 15 minutes someone kept coming in and out of the room need i mind you im naked and in a vulnerable spot and I feel like my privacy wasn't respected. I was covered up but I still felt not only humiliated but just uncomfortable. 20 minutes into my massage 2 more people come in interrupting the massage to tell me they're gonna spend an hour cupping me but they weren't going to give me a skin grasting since they were short on time but in exchange they were gonna cup me "real good". So while I was getting massaged they were cupping me and after the hour of massaging was up they cupped me for the remaining time till it accumulated for an hour and they considered it "done" so realistically I only got worked on from 6:15 to 7:30 and they considered it 2 hours. I couldn't enjoy either since I had 2 things going on at once. I paid for something I could enjoy but instead left confused and disappointed. I feel like they bit off more than they can chew. They were far capable of getting the job done just didn't want to commit and do they 2 hours but instead improvise so they could leave faster. read more

Excellent massage! Easy online booking with zero wait when I arrived. I booked 60 minutes and got the full 60 minutes! No subtraction of time for undressing/dressing. I made my appointment in advance, confirmed the appointment, even told them I'd be there on time 20 minutes before hand. They send out a lot of text messages verifying your intentions of coming. I requested Cindy, but when I arrived a woman told me a man would be giving me a massage. When I questioned why Cindy wouldn't be doing it, she said that she was Cindy. I was confused. I figured out why she didn't want to do my massage, because she had another customer in the back she committed to. I heard her blame me for the occurrence saying I showed up early. I was only 10 minutes early, and I thought that was customary for an appointment. Needless to say, Cindy did the massage, it was awkward after I heard her lying about me. The massage was so-so, and the place had a strange smell. I'll never be back and would never recommend this place. Honestly it's a little sketchy. read more

There's 73 reviews and 4.9 stars on google, I wouldn't listen to the reviews here. I've been here twice now and both times had the gentleman (I can't remember if it was the same guy but I think it was two different ones). My friend had the other two women both times. My friend said they'd rate it 5 stars as well. Personally, these are two of the best massages I've ever had and being an athlete for 20 years, I've had a LOT of different types and styles. Here I quite literally feel like they read your body lol it's amazing. I'm thin so maybe it's easier for them to find but they always find areas that have been bothering me without me even telling them. When they find one of those areas they also adjust pressure without me telling them. Of course they do ask though to make sure pressure is ok. I left there feeling the best I have in months both times, and having chronic pain with an autoimmune disorder this is life changing for me. I haven't tried their other services but the infrared and sauna options sound amazing and I can't wait to try those too. All reasonably priced and I also booked last minute both times and they got me in. 5 stars through and through, thank you for your hospitality. read more

Horrible customer service. Four months ago I made an appointment only to show up and be told I'd have to wait 30-40 minutes. I decided if try again today. Guess what? Exact same thing happened. The therapist wasn't available and I'd have to wait a half hour. What is the purpose of any appointment. I would not recommend this place. read more
