The haircut was a typical haircut, nothing abnormal there; however, the eyebrow wax was a nightmare. Given I do have sensitive skin, this has never happened before. It was very painful. No lotion, aloe, or even rubbing was done after each wax pull, something that every waxer I have ever had has done before. I believe it helps sooth the pain and helps the burns not intensify. My face and eyebrows were red for DAYS! I had to try and cover it up with makeup, but then it started to try and heal by peeling over- yuck! Everyone was staring at it and asking what had happened- how embarassing, glasses couldn't even cover it. I do NOT reccomend getting your eyebrows waxed here unless you want your faced burned for a week straight.

I got hot pink nails and when I left they started turning purple when I called they said they would fix them when I got there I asked if I should just pick a different color because it was more than likely going to happen again and because he didn't have time (only one person in The entire salon) he told me no. Even the customer was agreeing with me and was shocked that they didn't help me to their full potential. When I tried to explain to him it's going to do it again he then told me that that wasn't his responsibility. I asked for him to take them off and refund me and he then said absolutely no refund. He fixed two of the 20 nails that we're screwed up and basically told me I'm SOL. (Toes and nails) this was a really bad first impression! I won't be back and I don't recommend anyone else to go here and loose out on money! I spent $70 here and I'm absolutely unsatisfied and they didn't care one bit! Such terrible customer service. I get my nails done often and I have never had an experience like this one! I should had just stuck with soak but wanted to give a local business a try! If you want fabulous nails go to soak! It's cheaper and they do better work! They took advantage of me and wouldn't even accommodate me. Horrible! Trash place!
