Honestly, not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. I had an appointment at 9:30 and was treated great even though it got busier! My nail techs were amazing. I wish there was more maroons in the color selection but I chose a great one anyway! The place is super clean and the nicest nail salon I've been too. It doesn't have the typical nail salon vibe. The pedicure area is really pretty! I will 100% come back when I am in town. Staff was also so nice! read more

Horrible deluxe pedicure today! There was nothing deluxe about it. The guy was not paying attention! I had to ask him multiple times to put another coat so color was uneven. My toes looked dry when he was done. I was ready to get out of there at that point. A waste of $$ and I will not be on going back! read more

I've been going to CT Nail Salon for years. I love MiMi who has always been good to me. I went today and her husband (co-owner) treated me horribly. He took a long time to do a gel fill and didn't want to paint them pink and white the way MiMi does. He basically told me to not come back unless MiMi was there. I fought back the tears. He was awful and he should no longer be an active leader. He's a jerk and he belittled me in front of other patrons. He is going to run the business into the ground if it doesn't change. Until then, save your sanity, and go elsewhere. read more

I've gone here twice to have my nails done... each time I have had a younger man do my nails and more often than not when he was sanding my nails down the sander would get extremely hot and pretty much burn me. So I would end up jerking my hand back in discomfort. Staff isn't very chatty, feels like they are just there to do their job and leave. read more

Absolutely fantastic! They did great work and took their time, we never felt rushed! Amazing design work!! Very friendly staff and clean facility! It is my sister and I's go to place! I will say if you go here try and avoid the middle aged male! He is horrible and the girls have had to fix his stuff any time he has done work on my family...the younger and older men seem to do fine. everyone else great! read more

Horrible experience. Male technician was rude, rough and provided the poorest excuse for a manicure my daughter has ever received. Cut her three times...she was bleeding in multiple places. Extremely rude, poor quality service. Stay away!!! read more

This place is always my go-to and I won't even venture anywhere else in chatham or springfield. However the service always depends on the day and/or who you end up getting. But 90% of the time I leave satisfied with their work, and the prices are great in my option. ($55 for a gel mani/pedi, $65 for an acrylic mani with a pedi) read more

I go here every two weeks to get my nails done. They are of the best but you have to go to Mimi or Mio because they are the two women that do my nails every time and I am always happy. I've had friends come and get other people and have bad experiences but these two women are the stars of this place. Also if you get a pedicure get the older lady because she spends the most time on pedicures and you definitely get your moneys worth. read more

Horrible!! I always make an app with a specific person & someone else always ends up doing them. Never on time either always have to wait at least 10-15 min. Every time I get my nails done they are never how I want them to be. Last time I got acrylics they were uneven and one lady kept cutting me and I started bleeding twice. If it were possible to give ZERO stars I'd give ZERO stars. I am new to the area and trying different places to find one I like. This is not it. This was the worst experience I've ever had having my nails done. The man (not gentleman) doing my nails was so aggressively rough (despite me repeatedly saying ow, ouch and flinching) I was contemplating if I was doing something to upset him. He held each finger so tightly my fingers turned white and ached. He twisted and bent my fingertips at angles that fingers are not meant to be bent. He was at no time concerned about my comfort or experience as my hands were stretched across the counter and over his side of the surface so I was kept in a perpetual stretch of my shoulders. He used his fingernails to forcefully push back my cuticles. He drilled my nails until they were hot making me jump with pain. The drill repeatedly nicked my cuticles until they were sore and swollen. When he filed my nails he made no attempt to spare my cuticles being rubbed by the file and repeatedly flicked my knuckles with the file. Most upsetting was his lack of adjustments despite my obvious discomfort. The only words he ever spoke were not English and not spoken to me. There were several moments I looked at the ceiling to hold back tears and considered asking him to stop but I didn't want to make a scene or have him be more aggressive. I will never go back. If the customer service wasn't bad enough the fear alone of ever having him touch me again will keep me away. This man may have been a sadist. read more
