The person working at the desk said for my daughter to go pick out polish. I repeated, "okay, but do you want us to sign in?" I asked a third time and she loudly and rudely said while pointing at my daughter, "I'M TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO.", muttered under her breath, rolled her eyes and walked off. A simple question. All that was needed was a yes or no. I have no idea why someone feels they can be so rude, but be warned if you decide to go here. They may do a nice job with nails, but the desk staff clearly needs to learn some customer service skills. We immediately left and won't be returning. Zero stars if I could.

I showed up right on time. The salon was clean and everyone seemed busy. A very nice gentleman greeted me right away, told me to pick a color and guided me to one of the pedicure chairs.
