Nobody was talking to the customers in the entire shop, they were talking to each other in their native language, which is so rude. I was so bored I love the massage. I love the pedicure. It is wonderful but the customer services I won't be back. I felt like I was bothering them.

The nail technician was rough and hurt my fingernails and finger tips so badly. When I suggested he…read morehave a gentler approach, he did not take it well. I got a couple of cuts and injuries on my fingernails. He indicated that if I move my finger even slightly (which I never did), he "jokingly" said he cannot promise that he won't cut my fingers as he's trimming... Very unprofessional behavior for no reason, I was not rude or anything, I'm normally just a quiet overstimulated client in pain. The nail polish and gel applied did not even get the whole of my nail bed and some of my cuticles are showing and unpainted on the base edge of all my nail beds (especially on the thumb). The only plus is that the color looks bomb. The pedicure (Milk Honey Scrub) with massage was excellent though and much thanks to the pedicurist!

From my experiences coming to this establishment, they do a really wonderful job with their lash…read moreextensions and I highly recommend their services. The only thing that I'm very disappointed about was being blocked and not giving any heads up of why or any reason I wasn't sent any messages or anything I literally had to go in person and find out what the situation was and when I talked to the owner, she didn't really give me a clear answer. It was just one excuse after another of why they didn't want to take me as a client anymore, and I felt like she was just trying to find a reason, even though I was trying to professionally figure out how to fix the situation and when I was talking to her. I was nothing but professional and respectful and apologetic. Also keep in mind. I tip the aesthetician very well and I think she's a great person. I was just caught off guard that I was blocked and had no way to get a hold of someone to where I had to end up coming to the establishment, which is really unprofessional because you're supposed to let someone know if you don't want to take them as clients anymore not make them come to your establishment to find out also another thing that I'm very frustrated and disappointed about is that the owner was trying to falsely accuse me of writing a review that I never wrote about her business .She blames me which doesn't make sense because like I've said earlier when I went to go talk to her about figuring out what the situation was I was nothing but polite, respectful, and apologetic. I would never do such a malicious thing to this business. I think they do a great service. I'm just not ok with how she handled the situation. but the point of this so-called review that was created and apparently this person that so-called created a review made a review about another business that I had no idea about and she contacted them and told them that I wrote the review which is harassment and is against the law and I was in shocked that this person with no proof just randomly is contacting other businesses trying to blame me at fault for something that I had nothing to do with it got to the point to where she kept texting me and I had to ask her politely to stop harassing me because I was tired of being accused of something that I would never do. I've never even left a review of any business of my life. I literally ended up having to reach out to the other business because I finally found out through research what the other business was, and I literally had to tell them that this person was harassing me making false accusations, and if she contacts them again that they should call the police because this is harassment and it's against the law so please know that like I said that they do a wonderful job with lash extensions and the micro needling services, but I'm extremely not OK with being accused of of writing a review that I never wrote about any business, it's extremely wrong and I'm will not be doing business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!

On Thursday the owner again text to ask me if I was coming on Friday. I work long hours but responded within 30 min to say yes I will be there to which she replied well we gave your appointment to someone else!!!!!!! They kept my 25.00 and then had the nerve to say well I guess we can still see you..... clearly after being treated so rude the idea of spending 2 hours with someone applying lashes seemed risky at best. Obviously this is how they operate and keeping deposits seems to be their way of making extra money. Beware.... several other qualified options in town.

I replied to her, you didn't ever say you were sorry, you said mistakes happen. That's hardly the same.

I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .
