WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERE…read more so i went in for gel x last week and left unhappy, i just felt like the work was not quality and i wasn't happy with it especially because this place charges more than my normal place but did a worse job, so i called later that day asking if they could please just remove the nails entirely and give me a refund, they said they couldn't do that, and that the only thing they could do is fix or change them, ok that's fine but i did not have time to get them redone before the event i was going to so i decided to just let it go and leave it be. now there is more than one nail where they did not apply enough of the gel between my natural nail and the fake one so there is a big gap between my real nail and the fake one, so all kinds of dirt debris etc is getting between the nail and since there's a gap i can't clean it out that way. (disgusting) so i thought ok, let me just go in and get those few nails fixed so that they're at least clean until i get my next set done. and this place is right next to my work so I WISH THEY DID A GOOD JOB. i go in, and you will not believe this, but instead of taking off the nail, and redoing it properly you know what they do??????? they literally just PUT GLUE IN BETWEEN THE GAP!!!!!!!! ON TOP OF ALL THE NASTY SHIT THATS GOTTEN CAUGHT BETWEEN THE NAIL THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IT OUT FIRST. EWWWWWWW!!!! so now im sitting here with nasty shit caught between the nail, and glue on top. i literally gave them two chances to redeem themselves bc they are right next to my work and it's so convenient. The haircut was a typical haircut, nothing abnormal there; however, the eyebrow wax was a nightmare. Given I do have sensitive skin, this has never happened before. It was very painful. No lotion, aloe, or even rubbing was done after each wax pull, something that every waxer I have ever had has done before. I believe it helps sooth the pain and helps the burns not intensify. My face and eyebrows were red for DAYS! I had to try and cover it up with makeup, but then it started to try and heal by peeling over- yuck! Everyone was staring at it and asking what had happened- how embarassing, glasses couldn't even cover it. I do NOT reccomend getting your eyebrows waxed here unless you want your faced burned for a week straight.

Everyone I was with and in the lounge smelt it. Major turn off. Now to the nails, I have NEVER gotten a manicure in under 15 minutes. The very next day I had multiple bubbles under my polish, the girl most definitely did not let my polish dry before adding another layer. THREE days later, the corners lifted and DAY FOUR all of my polish peeled off in one piece, nail by nail. Ive done my nails at own and have had more luck with them lasting longer & looking better. Would not recommend this salon unfortunately.
