When I arrived, the pain and stiffness was so bad I could barely turn my head; by the end, I was able to move again. He asked me questions before to understand what I wanted to focus on, how deep to go, and customized the massage to exactly what I wanted. He also gave me some great sample topical creams to help with the muscle pain. I felt so much better when I left, I was able to sleep comfortably at night, and woke up a million times better than the day before -- clearly on the mend. I found a deal they were doing online and treated myself to a hot stone massage and a hot oil scalp massage. Ah-maz-ing. Diane is great. I feel refreshed. The spa is super clean and much nicer than I anticipated, especially being around a shopping mall area. They brought me into a private waiting room and had me get into a robe; the room was an extremely relaxing and elegant waiting room. After being served hot tea and a warm neck pillow, Diane brought me into the massage room. Music was great. Smelled fantastic. Super clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll stop by and visit.
